2-苯氧甲基-5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑化合物的合成与结构表征

以苯氧乙酸乙酯与水合肼反应制得苯氧乙酰肼, 该化合物在以碳酸钠作缚酸剂, 分别与苯甲酰氯、3,4,5 三甲氧基苯甲酰氯、4 硝基苯甲酰氯、4 甲氧基苯甲酰氯、呋喃甲酰氯、3,5 二甲基苯甲酰氯, 4 氯苯甲酰氯反应得到相应的N, N/ 二酰基肼, 然后在POCl3 作用下, 脱水环化成2 苯氧甲基5 芳基1,3,4 噁二唑化合物. 通过元素分析, IR, 1H NMR和MS对其结构进行表征, 并对其裂解途径进行了探讨.     

环糊精胶束动电色谱分离亲脂性氯代苯同系物

应用环糊精对氯代苯的包合作用，采用胶束动电色谱方法分离１２种氯代苯同系物，并对环糊精与氟代苯的包合匹配性，以及胶束对其分离效果的影响作了探讨．     

用电位法测定2，3－苯并－8，15－二甲基－18－冠－6合钾的稳定常数

以玻璃膜钾离子选择性电极为指示电极，用电位法测定了２，３－苯并－８，１５－二甲基－１８－冠－６与钾离子的１：１配合物在水溶液中的稳定常数；得到ｌｏｇＫ＝１．７９．与前人报道的同一配合物在甲醇中的稳定常数ｌｏｇＫ＝４．３９相比，表明溶剂与金属离子的亲和性能对稳定常数有重大的影响。     

椰油酰胺丙基苄基二甲基氯化铵

本文研究了利用椰油酰胺丙基二甲基胺（ＣＤＰ）和苄基氯为原料，合成椰油酰胺丙基苄基二甲基氯化铵的合成工艺，研究了其溶液性质和抗静电性、杀菌性。     

四种氯代苯化合物对鲫鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

为阐明环境中氯代芳烃污染物对水生生物的危害，选择了我国的重要淡水经济鱼类——鲫鱼，暴露于4种在工业废水中普遍存在的氯代苯化合物（氯苯，1,3-二氯苯，1,4-二氯苯和对氯甲苯），在实验室条件下研究这4种氯代苯化合物对鲫鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性的影响.实验结果表明，经4种氯代化合物染毒的鲫鱼体内的超氧化物歧化酶活性与空白对照组超氧化物歧化酶活性相比没有显著性变化，表明这4种氯代苯化合物并不通过产生氧化还原循环和活性氧直接对鲫鱼肝组织SOD活性产生影响.鱼体SOD活性作为4种化合物污染环境监测的生物标志物的适用性还需进一步研究.     

一种合成1.3一二甲基-4-硝基-5-磺酰氨吡唑的新路线

本文报道以1.3—二甲基—5—氯代吡唑经三步反应合成1.3—二甲基—4—硝基—5—磺酰氨吡唑的新路线。1.3—二甲基——4—硝基—5—氯吡唑与硫脲于乙醇中反应,于水中经氯气氯化,四氢呋喃中氨化,以良好产率生成1.3—二甲基—4—硝基—5—磺酰氨吡唑。

利用气相色谱法测定了鸡肉中夜量二氯二甲基吡啶酚．用正交设计法研究了影响样品纯化中回收率的各种因素，确定了纯化样品的最佳因素．样品中二氯二甲基吡啶酚回收率达９０％，提高了测定方法的灵敏度和准确度．     

荷电镶嵌膜的制备与表征

以聚醚砜中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,2,5-二胺基苯磺酸、聚乙烯亚胺、均苯三甲酰氯为界面聚合单体,4-氯甲基苯酰氯和三甲胺为化学修正剂,正十二烷和水分别为两相溶剂,通过界面聚合方法制备了能够有效传递电解质而截留低分子量有机物的荷电镶嵌膜,研究了无机盐-水和有机物-水二元混合体系的分离性能和无机盐-有机物-水三元混合体系中无机盐和有机物的分离因子。结果表明:在三元混合物分离体系中,随着盐浓度的增加,膜的分离因子有所降低;盐与有机物之间的交互作用会对分离因子产生一定的影响。     

偶氮苯调控DNA解链的机理研究

采用半经典动力学模拟的方法研究了偶氮苯、2-甲基偶氮苯及2,6-二甲基偶氮苯3种分子的光致异构化反应,上述3种偶氮分子结构由反式变为顺式的时间顺序是偶氮苯<2-甲基偶氮苯<2,6-二甲基偶氮苯,说明光致异构化反应的活化能顺序是偶氮苯<2-甲基偶氮苯<2,6-二甲基偶氮苯.这就意味着2,6-二甲基偶氮苯发生光致异构化反应必须吸收足够高能量形成活化分子,从而克服过渡态能垒.较高的能量状态决定了分子在过渡态的热力学稳定性降低,因此反式的2,6.二甲基偶氮苯在过渡态更容易失活.形成顺式异构体.模拟结果解释了2,6.二甲基偶氮苯对DNA解链过程调控效率最高的实验现象.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
