HPLC法测定蒙药巴特日七味丸中没食子酸的含量

目的：建立测定蒙药巴特日七味丸中没食子酸含量的方法．方法：采用高效液相色谱法．应用Spherisorb C18（250mm×4．6mm,5μm）色谱柱;以甲醇-0．1％磷酸水溶液（15：85）为流动相;流速为0．8ml·min^-1;检测波长为273nm;柱温为25℃．结果：没食子酸在0．102μg～0．306μg范围内,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0．9999;平均回收率为98．89％、RSD为1．41％（n=6）．结论：该方法简便、快捷、准确、重复性好,可用于巴特日七味丸中没食子酸的含量测定．     

高效液相色谱法测定青霉素V亚砜酸的含量

研究了用反相高效液相色谱法测定青霉素V亚砜酸含量的新方法，所用色谱柱为HypersilODS-2柱，以磷酸盐缓冲液（pH=5．8）－乙腈（体积比为80：20）为流动相，流速为1．0mL/min，检测波长为268nm，并对副产物青霉素V砜酸进行了液相色谱的定性检测，表明表明，实验方法简便、快速、结构准确，可以用于青霉素V亚砜酸生产的质量控制。     

HPLC法测定LDK胶囊中的L-精氨酸

目的：测定LDK胶囊中的L-精氨酸．方法采用RP．HPLC法,C18色谱柱,乙腈-醋酸盐缓冲液（14：86）为流动相,流速1．0mL．min^-1,检测波长200nm,柱温为室温．结果L-精氨酸在1．002ug-10．02ug范围内线性关系良好,r=0．9998．平均加样回收率为92．38％,RSD=I．31％．结论该方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为LDK胶囊中L-精氨酸的含量测定和质量控制方法．     

RP—HPLC测定通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素的含量

建立通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素含量高效液相色谱测定方法．采用甲醇超声提取;Thermo HypersilKeystne ODS C18色谱柱,甲醇-水（70：30）流动相;流速0．8mL·min^-1;柱温：25℃;检测波长300nm,欧前胡素在0．02～0．20μg内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100．26％,RSD=1．41％．该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,专属性强,可用于通窍鼻炎片的质量控制。     

佛手饮料废渣中分离柠檬苦素的研究

采用Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱分离纯化了佛手饮料废渣中的柠檬苦素,分离条件：检测器波长为207nm;柱体积为112．5mL,分离柱内径为1．5cm;流动相为甲醇,流速为0．5mL／min．用核磁共振法对分离产物进行了结构鉴定．通过高效液相色谱法测定了佛手饮料废渣中柠檬苦素的含量,测定条件：采用美国AGT Venusil XBP（L）ODSC18柱（250mm×4．6mm,10μm）;流动相y（乙腈）：y（水）=45：55,流速为0．8mlMmin;柱温为25℃;检测波长为207nm．结果显示,佛手饮料废渣中柠檬苦素含量为1．73mg／g,相对标准偏差为1．1％．

建立用HPLC法测定蒙药哈斯-哈图古日-15中没食子酸的方法.色谱柱为：Hypcrsil C18 ODS（4.6mmX250mm,5μL）,流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸（体积比为5：95：0.02）,流速为0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长为273nm,柱温为30℃.没食子酸在（0.40～1.2）mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好（y=9E＋06x-127588,r=0.9999）,平均回收率94.95%（RSD=2.24%）.该方法可作为蒙药及蒙药材的没食子酸的含量测定方法.     

高效液相色谱法检测红发夫酵母胞内虾青素

确定了红发夫酵母的破壁提取方法并采用高效液相色谱法定量地测定了红发夫酵母胞内虾青素的含量。试验得到的液相色谱条件为:色谱柱KromasilC18, 5μm, 250mm×4. 6mm;流动相为甲醇和乙腈,V甲醇∶V乙腈=9∶1;流速1. 4mL/min;检测波长478nm;柱温为室温。加标回收率为(98. 2~102. 8)00。     

RP-HPLC测定小果博落回中白屈菜红碱的含量

建立小果博落回中自屈菜红碱含量高效液相色谱法测定方法．采用甲醇超声提取;Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C18色谱柱,乙腈-0．2％磷酸水溶液（25：75）为流动相;流速1．0mL·min^-1;柱温25℃,检测波长282nm．白屈菜红碱在0．02—0．10tμ内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99．17％,RSD=1．10％．该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,专属性强,可用于小果博落回药材的质量控制．     

HPLC测定妇炎净软胶囊中阿魏酸的含量

建立以高效液相色谱法测定妇炎净软胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。色谱柱为Diamomil C18（5μm,250×4．6mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-1％醋酸（35：65）;流速1ml·min^-1;检测波长：320nm。阿魏酸的线性范围是0．05055-0．4044μg（r=0．9999）,平均回收率为100．4％,RSD=1．45％（n=5）。本方法简便、快捷、结果准确,可用于妇炎净软胶囊的质量控制。     

HPLC法测定人参花中绿原酸的含量

建立以高效液相色谱法测定人参花中绿原酸含量的方法．色谱柱为ODS—C18（250mm×4．6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0．5％磷酸溶液（30：70）,流速为1．0mL／min,检测波长为326nm,柱温为25℃．绿原酸在0．4～4．0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（R=0．9991）;平均回收率为99．28％,RSD=1．46％（n=6）．本法简便、准确、重现性好、可用于人参花茶的质量控制和评价．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
