等离子体处理提高兔毛染色性的研究

采用正交试验对竹原纤维进行碱处理,研究碱液浓度、温度和处理时间对其力学性能的影响;同时采用电子显微镜观察碱处理前后竹原纤维纵、横向微观结构．结果表明,碱液温度对竹原纤维强度性能影响较大,碱液浓度对纤维细度和伸长率的影响较大;竹原纤维碱处理最佳工艺条件为：碱液温度20℃,质量浓度7.5g/L ,处理时间90min ,此时纤维强度稍有下降,伸长率和细度不匀率明显改善,提升了竹原纤维可纺性．     

可纺性和织物风格改善的等离子体处理及效果

等离子体处理是一清洁化、高效的加工形式，可以解决纤维成网、成纱过程中的可加工性，即可纺性；也可以对成形织物进行再处理，弥补织物手感和可及性缺陷，同时还可改善织物的色泽风格。实际加工实验证明：（1）对纤维或纤维条的处理，可提高纤维间的抱合力，有利于牵伸中纤维滑移的控制及改善纱条的均匀性；（2）对织物的处理，可使织物硬挺度和丰满度提高而变得有身骨；（3）还可使深色织物的颜色更为深厚、无呆滞反光。因此，纺织加工中的等离子体在线处理应为人们所关注。     

罗布麻纤维氧化还原体系脱胶预处理工艺

预处理是脱胶工艺的重要环节,为了进一步提高罗布麻的脱胶效果与制备纤维的可纺性能,对其脱胶预处理工艺进行研究.试验在罗布麻纤维的脱胶预处理过程中,逐次加入还原剂硫脲,氧化剂双氧水两种组分,讨论了2组分浓度配比、预处理温度、时间对胶质去除的影响,分析预处理前后纤维纵向形貌的变化,同时还测试了氧化还原预处理脱胶工艺对制备罗布麻纤维性能指标的影响.结果表明采用该氧化还原预处理脱胶工艺可提高罗布麻纤维的脱胶制取率、纤维长度、单纤维强力等性能指标,是一种有效的脱胶预处理方法.     

巴西剑麻基本性能研究

为提高剑麻纤维的可纺支数和可纺性,以实验方法检测巴西剑麻在无处理、氯漂处理、碱液煮练下的性能.实验结果表明,剑麻纤维中果胶和木质素的含量较高,纤维刚性大,抱合力差,处理时最好选择碱液煮练为主,可有效去除果胶和木质素.     

超声波在亚麻纤维漂白工艺中的应用

为了在亚麻漂白过程中提高亚麻纤维的白度、可纺性,研究超声波和 H2O2共同作用下对亚麻纤维性能的影响。结果表明,在亚麻纤维漂白过程中,使用超声波比未使用超声波的白度有明显提高,且纤维的长度、分裂度、短麻率都有较好的改善。在漂白过程中,处理温度50℃,时间15min ,频率40kHz ,H2 O2浓度15％时,对纤维的处理效果相对较好。在亚麻纤维漂白过程中使用超声波不仅有效改善了亚麻纤维的可纺性,提高了亚麻纤维的白度而且有效地解决了亚麻纤维漂白过程中时间长、能耗大、污染等问题。     

等离子体处理对芳砜纶相关性能的影响

为提高芳砜纶(polysulfonamide,PSA)纤维表面摩擦因数,改善其可纺性,用等离子体技术对其进行处理,测试不同时间、真空度处理前后纤维性能的变化.结果表明:常压下随处理时间的延长,纤维的断裂伸长性能无显著变化;纤维静摩擦因数提高了22.5%～61.6%;动摩擦因数在各试验条件下无明显变化;宜采用常压等离子体处理芳砜纶纤维.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
