基于GIS的江苏省重点中心镇选取方法研究

设立中心镇是江苏省小城镇发展的一个重要战略,中心镇的建设也必将会对江苏省社会经济的发展,以及缩小区域发展水平差距起重要推动作用.但江苏省以前所选的重点中心镇大多从经济发展水平的角度出发,导致选取的重点中心镇空间分布严重不平衡,部分在空间位置上相互靠近,在带动经济发展方面,中心镇所发挥的作用比较小.本文以GIS技术为基础,从江苏省经济发展水平的实际以及中心镇自身的特点出发,提出了选出100个重点中心镇的方案.     

城市化进程中的重庆中心镇规划研究

本文基于笔者多年从事规划工作经验,以中心镇建设为研究对象,分析了中心镇的特征与作用,给出了其在城市化进程中的四大功能,在此基础上,笔者结合重庆的具体规划,分析了重庆的中心镇现状特点及建设思路,全文意图给重庆中心镇规划找到理论渊源,对全国其它地区中心镇建设提供理论和实践样板,相信对从事相关工作的同行也有着重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。     

试析县级中心镇体系规划

小城镇建设和发展成为中国城乡发展总格局中亮丽的风景线，成为中国城乡体系中的重要力量，成为中国经济社会人居的重要空间形态，并在社会经济、城乡一体化发展及乡村城镇化等方面居于重要地位。本文以县级城镇为例，探讨了中心镇的基本特征，对中心镇发展中的问题，提出中心镇建设的途径。     

我国区域城市化水平与经济发展水平的相关性分析

本文从研究我国城市化水平的区域间差异开始,进而选取指标建立多元回归模型从时间序列和截面数据分析区域城市化水平与社会经济发展水平之间的相关性,对全国各省区分类讨论其不同成因并最终得出结论以及政策建议,从而推动我国城市化与经济的发展。     

中心镇规划和建设的实践与思考

本文针对中心镇在我国城市化进程中的重要地位和作用,分析了中心镇的各种类型,着重提出了中心镇建设中存在的主要问题,探讨中心镇在规划编制中存在的具体问题,通过实例（惠东县大岭镇）提出解决问题的具体规划办法。

电气化工程自第二次工业革命时期以来,极大地改善了全世界生产发展能力、人民的生活水平、生产方式以及生活质量,人类从蒸汽时代走向电气时代标志着全区社会生产力水平的极大提高.在这里,我们将系统分析电气化工程对人类社会发展起到的推动作用.从辩证思想、唯物主义和科学视野等不同角度和领域入手具体分析电气化工程对人类社会生产水平的提高、人类城市化进程加快、改变了人类社会农业生产方式等方面的推动作用.     

韶关市城市化进程与发展趋势研究

城市化是区域经济发展和社会进步的重要标志.基于1949-2010年的时间序列数据和第六次全国人口普查资料,运用SPSS17.0社会统计软件,从发展阶段、影响因素和模型预测三个方面对韶关市城市化进程与发展趋势进行了分析.结果表明：韶关城市化正处于并将长期处于诺瑟姆“S”曲线的第二个阶段,即加速发展阶段;韶关城市化受到人均GDP、城镇居民可支配收入等经济增长因素和一、二、三产业产值结构、就业结构的重大影响.进一步加快产业结构转型,提升工业经济和现代服务业在区域经济中的地位和作用,着力于以韶关市区和以县城为重点的县域经济和城镇化建设,对于韶关未来城市化进程有着积极的推动作用.     

山西省服务业与城市化发展特征及其关系研究

服务业对城市的发展起着重要作用,城市外部经济效益的发挥来源于服务业的发展,服务业也是实现城市经济集聚效益的保障.城市化是经济发展和社会进步的综合体现,城市化对服务业的结构升级起着推动作用.关于二者之间的关系研究,主要是从服务业增加值、就业率两方面来考虑,而且大多是集中于对大区域的研究,对于小尺度的研究比较匮乏.本研究以山西省为例,选取相应指标通过相关统计分析及回归分析对服务业和城市化发展特征及其关系进行研究,以期为山西省实现城市产业转型提供一些参考.     

基于层次分析法的城市化水平综合测度与评价研究——以吉林省四平市为例

以吉林省四平市为例,选取社会、经济、人口、土地等多个城市化发展相关指标,采用层次分析法构建城市化综合水平测定模型,分析比较四平市城市化综合水平与经济发展水平及吉林省平均综合城市化水平.结果表明:与钱纳里标准型式比较,四平市城市化综合水平滞后于经济发展水平,从而制约了经济持续快速增长;作为省域边缘城市,在区域合作背景下,其城市化综合水平逐渐落后于吉林省平均城市化综合水平,而城市化发展水平的滞后会进一步削弱城市在区域合作发展中的选择权和话语权.     

城市化发展模式及其江西的模式选择

中国目前的城市化水平无论质和量上都滞后于工业化和社会经济发展水平，因此在未来一段时期内可能会经历一个高速发展的时期。根据不同的依据，国内对城市化发展模式有不同的划分。在城市化发展模式的选择上必须遵循现实性、阶段性、多样化、可持续性等基本的原则。最后，从江西省的现实出发，对其如何选择城市化发展模式提出了一些政策性建议。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
