多传感器信息融合技术在液压设备故障诊断中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了克服液压设备传统诊断技术上的不足,提出了多传感器信息融合技术的故障诊断模型.该模型充分利用液压设备上能够携带故障特征的多类信息,并对这些信息在不同的层次上通过神经网络、贝叶斯理论、D-S证据进行有效的融合和计算,从而提高液压设备故障诊断技术的准确度.详细分析了多传感器信息融合技术的结构层次和一般方法,并讨论了信息融合技术理论在液压设备故障诊断模型中的原理和功能.达到了对液压设备典型故障的准确诊断.  相似文献

为了能够从多方面反映电机系统状态,实现对电机故障模式的自动识别与准确诊断,将信息融合技术与神经网络相结合,建立电机故障诊断系统。在数据融合级上,将故障特征量进行分类处理,然后,采用多层神经网络进行故障特征级融合与电机故障的局部诊断,获得彼此独立的证据,再运用DempserShafer(D-S)证据理论融合算法对各证据进行融合,最终,实现对电机故障的准确诊断。诊断测试试验证明:该诊断系统提高了电机故障诊断的精度,并能满足诊断的实时性要求。  相似文献

为了提高变压器故障诊断的准确性,引入了一种基于证据理论的诊断方法。根据变压器故障的特征数据,采用2个并行的BP神经网络对变压器进行局部故障诊断,以获得彼此独立的证据,再采用证据理论对各证据进行融合。实验结果表明,该方法可有效地提高诊断的准确率,减少诊断的不确定性。  相似文献

针对旋转机械故障诊断中在同一征兆域中很难区分多种故障的实际情况,研究利用其他征兆域的诊断信息,进行全局信息融合,从而获得更为准确的故障定位,提出一种基于神经网络和Dempster-Shafer证据理论的多参数综合诊断系统模型,在该模型中采用证据理论的组合规则进行局部和全局信息融合,得出较好的诊断结果。  相似文献

钻井过程状态监测与故障诊断是钻井系统安全运行过程中的重要保障。基于信息融合原理,先建立钻井过程参数子空间和子神经网络进行初级融合,形成对钻井故障辨识框架中各故障模式的证据支持,再利用D-S证据理论将子网络输出所形成的证据进行融合,得到各故障模式的置信区间,很好地实现了钻井状态识别。试验结果表明,基于神经网络和证据理论集成的融合算法降低了神经网络的复杂性,提高了神经网络诊断过程的效率,集成融合算法可以很好地提高钻井参数融合的准确性。  相似文献

针对液压系统出现故障隐蔽性强、可变性强的问题,给出基于修正的D-S(Dempster-Shafer)证据理论的多传感器时空域信息融合方法。通过测试待诊断部分的压力、温度、流量并结合经验值,得到各部分信度函数分配,根据D-S组合、决策规则,对多个传感器多个测量周期的时空域信息进行融合,识别出故障部分。实验表明:该方法在证据高度冲突时仍有效果并有效防止了指数爆炸现象,算法简单,能准确定位故障。  相似文献

为保证校车安全,在强电磁干扰环境下实现高速大容量的数据传输、信息融合与故障诊断,建立了基于光纤CAN(Controller Area Network)网络的数据通信和信息融合的故障检测综合平台,通过该平台实现了节点中各传感器数据的实时采集和融合诊断处理.将BP神经网络(BPNN)和D-S(Dempster-Shafer)证据进行有机结合,然后将BPNN的初级诊断结果处理后,作为D-S证据的基本可信度分配,诊断结论通过D-S二次融合后输出.采用该方法在校车自动变速器的故障诊断中进行实验,结果表明,该平台具有很高的可靠性,且该融合诊断方法能够对故障数据的冗余和互补信息进行有效的处理,引入BPNN和D-S证据之后,综合诊断结果的准确性和可靠性比单一神经网络有了很大的提高.  相似文献

本文介绍并构建了故障特征向量,给出了一种多源时域时频域数据融合故障诊断方法,用神经网络给出了基本概率分配,证据理论融合各传感器的信号而得诊断结果。对液压泵进行了试验,结果表明,该诊断系统充分利用了多源数据的冗余互补信息,提高了诊断的可靠性和准确性,降低了诊断的不确定性。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
