Information Entropy Fuzzy Matter-element Model and Its Application to Regional Eco-Environmental Quality Assessment

Based on the fuzzy characters of eco-environmental quality conception and classification standards, the incompatibility of evaluation indexes, the statistical fluctuation of index values, an information entropy fuzzy matter-element model for evaluating regional eco-environmental quality is proposed by way of comprehensively utilizing such theories as information theory, fuzzy sets and matter-element theory, etc. As a case, the model established here is used to evaluate the eco-environmental quality of Lake Chaohu basin. In the case, the eco-environmental quality standards and the evaluated schemes are indicated as matter-elements, together. Through constructing compound fuzzy matter-element, probability compound fuzzy matter-element and self-information compound fuzzy matter- element, the information entropy of each matter-element （including evaluated schemes and classification standards） is calculated in the end. According to these obtained information entropy values, the evaluated schemes can be not only arranged in quality state order but also classified by classification standards .Study result shows that information entropy fuzzy matter-element model is suitable for regional eco-environmental quality assessment.

Multiple-Attribute and Multilevel Synthetic Evaluation Model and Its Application

On the basis of analyzing the flaws of present multiple-attribute and multilevel evaluation methods, concerning the problem of characteristics of the multiple-attribute and multilevel system s appraisal and the particular emphasis on the respective attributes in the evaluation process, as well as its relevance to the environment, an optimal attribute system is proposed, and the multiplicative analytic hierarchy process (MAHP) is used to obtain subjective weight coefficients and the objective weight coefficient evaluating method is given. The deviation between the index value of each level and the values of the same index of other levels are formulated, and an optimal model is gained, thus establishing the weight coefficients of the whole optimal attribute system. Furthermore, the detailed implementation procedure of this method is introduced. Besides, favorable results have been gained by applying the model to the practical problems of economic evaluation.     

Coopetition Games and Its Application in Cournot Model

Coopetition has become the current strategic trend of the economic development. In this paper, coopetition game and the equi‘ibrium have been developed through comparing the characteristics of cooperation game with those of competition game. Furthmore, an algorithm using one kind of minimax theorem proposed by Dingzhu-Du in 1990 is put forward to solve coopetitior game. The algorithm has great advantages over other methods, which can solve irregular and non-differential concave or convex function of the games.A coopetition game of cournot model with asymmetric oligarchs is advanced and the coopetition equilibriums have been obtained by simulation. The simulation results are compared with that of Nash equilibrium. Conclusions can be made that more members in a coalition could get higher satisfaction degrees at coopetition equilibriums, which is dependent on cost and potential market demands.     

Spatial Linear Combination Forecasting Model and Its Application

The accuracy of spatial forecasting is close relation to the selection of spatial forecasting model. Each model from special aspects using special spatial data has its own advantage or disadvantage. A more accurate spatial forecasting model can be obtained by a linear combination of some models. In this study, first-order spatial autoregressive （SAR（1）） model, Kriging algorithm interpolation （KAI） model and back-propagation neural network （BPNN） model are established by using cross-section data or time series data. A spatial linear combination forecasting （SLCF） model is obtained by the combination models mentioned above. An empirical research by these models is carried out with forecasting some areas＇ GDP per capita in Fujian, 2003. It is found that the best one is the SLCF model.

模糊一致判断矩阵3种排序方法的比较研究

对模糊一致判断矩阵排序的方根法、按行求和归一化法、基于模糊一致判断矩阵元素与权重的关系式的排序方法进行了比较分析,找出了3种排序方法之间的关系,说明了根据模糊一致判断矩阵元素与权重的关系式给出的排序方法的科学性和可行性,以及另外两种方法存在的不足。研究结果表明,基于模糊一致判断矩阵元素与权重关系式的排序方法有助于人们正确使用模糊一致判断矩阵的排序公式,丰富了模糊决策分析的理论和方法。     

一种AHP判断矩阵一致性调整的新方法

提出了一种AHP判断矩阵一致性调整的新方法。该方法首先通过求取判断矩阵的偏差矩阵 ,然后再根据偏差和最小的原理寻找出n - 1个最能体现原判断矩阵中专家信息的元素构成完全一致性矩阵。调整后的判断矩阵等于原判断矩阵和完全一致性矩阵的加权和。最后用算例来说明该方法的实施过程     

不完全信息下判断矩阵排序方法探讨

本文研究层次分析法中不完全信息下判断矩阵排序方法及其一致性检验问题,根据不同的优化准则,从不同角度给出了五种最优化排序方法。计算机仿真结果表明,对于不完全判断矩阵而言,五种最优化排序方法可同时得到令人很满意的排序结果。

A New Method of Structuring the Hierarchy of a System

Structuring the hierarchy of a system is an important link of solving problems with the analytic hierarchy process. This paper gives and proves the two theorems about the relationship between the hierarchy and the reachability matrix of the system. On the basis of it, we propose a method of structuring hierarchy by directly using the reachability matrix of the system. This method is simpler and clearer than that of interpretive structural modeling and is suitable for both manual calculating and computer proceeding. It fully shows the simplicity of the AHP.
