复合节能轻质墙板轴心受压承载力试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对低层民用建筑中的墙板自重大、保温性能差的问题,提出一种集围护、分隔、保温与承重等多种功能于一体的新型复合节能墙板构件—薄壁型钢-保温芯材-薄面板复合节能轻质墙板.通过对4个全比例尺寸的墙板试件在单调静力荷载作用下的轴心受压试验,探讨了对复合节能墙板起决定作用的破坏模式以及墙体轴心荷载极限承载力计算原则.试验结果表明:墙板中薄壁型钢与薄面板通过自攻螺钉连接为一个整体,共同承担竖向轴心荷载.墙板试件中采用2种不同类型的薄壁型钢,最终极限承载力相差可达到60%以上,可见薄壁型钢对墙板轴心荷载极限承载力有较大的影响.研究结果为今后推导复合节能墙体的轴心受压极限承载力的计算模型与计算公式提供了理论依据.  相似文献

利用ABAQUS建立轴心受压墙板的有限元模型,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,论证了模型的正确性和可行性.通过在ABAQUS中建立墙板受压的模型,分析了分布钢筋的直径、混凝土的强度等级和混凝土面层的厚度对墙板轴心受压承载力和最大侧向位移的影响,结果表明:混凝土面层厚度对于承载力影响最大,混凝土强度等级影响次之,钢筋直径的影响最小.  相似文献

对4片1/2模型节能砌块隐形密框墙板进行偏心受压试验,分析各试件的破坏过程、协同工作性能、破坏形态及承载力,得出承载力计算公式.研究结果表明,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,且偏于安全,该公式可用于节能砌块隐形密框墙板的偏心受压承载力计算.随着偏心距的加大,试件由小偏心受压逐渐变为大偏心受压,其破坏荷载逐渐减小,而延性逐渐加大,符合钢筋混凝土构件的破坏规律.密框和砌块间可以很好地协同工作;试件的偏心受压破坏属于材料破坏范畴,不会发生试件平面外纵向弯曲破坏.  相似文献

通过对12根配螺旋箍筋芯柱的钢筋再生混凝土柱分别进行轴心受压试验和偏心受压试验,阐述了主要试验现象及破坏形态,对各试件的承载力、荷载-应变曲线、荷载-位移曲线和荷载-挠度曲线进行了细致分析,结果表明:配螺旋箍筋芯柱的钢筋再生混凝土柱的轴心受压承载力明显低于相同截面尺寸及配筋情况的钢管钢骨再生混凝土柱,说明螺旋箍筋对混凝土的约束作用低于钢管;外围混凝土破坏后,核心区螺旋箍筋芯柱混凝土仍可继续工作,破坏后的混凝土柱仍具有一定的承载能力,在柱核心区配置螺旋箍筋钢筋笼,可提高柱的抗震防倒塌能力;核心区配置螺旋箍筋芯柱可大幅提高柱的偏心受压承载力.  相似文献

通过截面经圆弧化处理、外包CFRP后的矩形截面的钢筋混凝土柱的轴心受压试验,研究了长细比对稳定承载力的影响。利用稳定理论中的切线模量和双模量理论,对CFRP强约束混凝土轴心受压柱的稳定性能进行了分析,并与试验结果进行了对比,提出了CFRP强约束混凝土轴心受压柱的长细比限值和相应的稳定承载力计算公式。  相似文献

以硅酸钙板为面板、纤维增强泡沫混凝土为芯材制备了泡沫混凝土复合墙板,研究了聚丙烯纤维掺量和泡沫混凝土容重对复合墙板受压性能的影响;并通过对受压应力应变曲线回归分析,获得了应力应变曲线方程.结果表明:随芯材中纤维掺量的增大(0~2 kg/m~3),复合墙板受压破坏时芯材的裂缝减少,抗压强度提升了76.08%,受压韧性指数提高了30.03%;随芯材容重的增大(400~600 kg/m~3),复合墙板受压破坏时逐渐从单一破坏转变为整体破坏,抗压强度大幅提高,受压韧性指数增幅较小;复合墙板受压应力应变曲线可分为弹性应变、应力硬化、应变软化和破坏4个阶段,峰值应变随纤维掺量的增加而增加,芯材容重对峰值应变的影响较小;复合墙板在受压条件下会出现界面裂缝和分层现象.  相似文献

通过配筋方钢管混凝土柱轴压试验及ABAQUS有限元软件对配筋及未配筋方钢管混凝土柱的轴心受压和偏心受压性能进行了非线性数值模拟,研究了2种方钢管混凝土柱在轴心受压和偏心受压下的力学性能、变形能力和破坏形态,给出了2种方钢管混凝土柱数值模拟的荷载-位移曲线和变形形式,分析了配筋对方钢管混凝土柱变形和极限承载力的影响.结果表明:钢管混凝土柱加配筋以后,极限承载能力显著提高,同时变形性能得到一定的改善,但2种方钢管混凝土柱的破坏形态基本相同.随着偏心距的增加,2种钢管混凝土柱的极限承载力和后期的稳定承载力逐渐降低,但配筋钢管混凝土柱的降低幅度比钢管混凝土柱降低幅度小.  相似文献

为研究冷弯薄壁方钢管与纸面稻草板(稻草板)组成的组合墙体的轴压性能,对三面组合墙体试件进行轴心受压试验,得到组合墙体的轴心受压承载力和破坏模式.试验结果表明,组合墙体的破坏模式是钢管端部屈曲破坏、稻草板局部发生褶皱和弯曲.方钢管和稻草板协同工作性能良好,稻草板对方钢管起到了良好的约束作用,组合墙体承载力较高.采用有限元软件ANSYS对组合墙体进行非线性分析,数值分析结果与试验结果吻合较好.在此基础上,利用有限元模型分析了钢管壁厚、墙体高厚比及自攻螺钉间距对组合墙体承载能力的影响,提出了该组合墙体轴压承载力计算公式.计算结果表明,该公式能很好地计算组合墙体承载能力.  相似文献

为研究钢骨—T形钢管混凝土长柱轴心受压力学性能,对16根长细比为16<λ<43的钢骨—T形钢管混凝土柱进行轴心受压试验,研究试件破坏形态和工作机理,得到试件的荷载—纵向位移曲线、荷载—应变曲线以及荷载—挠度曲线。通过分析套箍指标、配骨指标和长细比等参数对试件轴心受压力学性能的影响,以及对比试件极限承载力的试验值和理论计算值,提出钢骨—T形钢管混凝土长柱轴心受压稳定系数计算方法,进而推出极限承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:内置工字型钢骨的T形截面钢管混凝土柱具有较好的延性;钢管、混凝土和钢骨三者能很好地协同工作,改善了核心混凝土的脆性破坏性质,使组合柱的承载力显著提高;所提出的试件极限承载力计算公式可供工程设计参考。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
