北京市服务业稳外资工作存在的问题及对策

改革开放以来,我国引进外资的规模和质量不断提升,外资在我国的技术进步和经济增长过程中扮演了重要角色.北京作为服务业扩大开放试点城市,服务业利用外资所占比重一直保持较高水平,但受近几年来国内外环境的双重影响,实际利用外资规模呈下降趋势.文章对北京市服务业稳外资工作目前存在的问题进行了分析,并从构建良好的营商环境、建立完善的创新机制、形成高效的区域协同3个方面提出了对策建议.     

浅析我国物流业人力资源管理发展现状——以顺丰速运为例

当前,我国经济呈现出新常态。而物流作为一个新兴产业,在我国的发展十分迅速。专业化的物流在我国逐渐形成规模,与公司发展相对应的,是公司内部人力资源管理工作的发展。该文以顺丰速运公司为例,分析顺丰速运内部人力资源管理中在人才招聘、培训机制、晋升机制、薪酬和激励制度上所采取策略的不足之处,提出相应的改进建议,进而探索我国物流业人力资源管理的发展前景,以应对"新常态"经济条件下的挑战和机遇。     

中国外汇储备现状及其问题分析

本文从外汇储备的总体规模和外汇储备管理的结构特征入手，分析了形成我国高额外汇储备的根本原因。同时从正反方面分析高额外汇储备对我国经济的影响，并且根据我国外汇储备的现状，结构特征和形成原因提出建议。     

高速公路贷款项目的发展及可能产生的金融风险

论文针对我国高速公路大规模的建设过程中商业银行贷款的产生、发展及存在的金融风险展开研究.分析了高速公路项目商业银行贷款金融风险的形成机制,揭示了高速公路建设中存在的投资体制缺陷所引起的商业银行贷款金融风险,以及存在的社会经济矛盾和财政投入平衡问题.从高速公路建设贷款发展规模和资金结构角度,分析了现行高速公路建设资金筹措模式中潜藏的金融风险和对商业银行资金运行所产生的负面影响.以此为基础,对我国的高速公路建设过程中的投融资模式、商业银行对高速公路建设项目贷款审批标准提出了改进建议.     

军事资本形成机制探析

军事资本形成机制顺畅与否,关系到军事资本的总体规模,进而影响到一个国家的整体国防实力.该文从军事资本形成的储蓄供给、军事投资需求和储蓄转化为军事投资的渠道三个方面,分析了军事资本形成机制以及影响军事资本形成机制和规模的因素.收入机制、金融市场体制、政府财政政策、国家的经济实力、国防战略和所处的国际环境均直接或间接地影响到军事资本形成的机制和形成的规模.为了改善军事资本形成机制和扩大军事资本规模,需要不断优化军事资本形成的储蓄主体结构和军事投资主体结构,同时要健全金融渠道,确保储蓄主体与投资主体的一致性.     

人民币汇率形成机制完善及对策研究

针对我国2005年人民币汇率渐进改革实践中存在的突出问题,通过对人民币汇率形成机制及市场化效应进行分析,从微观及宏观视角探讨其问题产生的根源;并从汇率形成基础及交易机制的完善、产品创新、宏观管理方式改革等方面提出完善人民币汇率形成机制的对策,为增强人民币汇率灵活性,发挥汇率对国际收支的调节作用,促进人民币国际化进程及经济的持续稳定发展提供参考。     

我国上市公司财务风险管理析

财务风险是一种客观存在的经济风险。在市场经济条件下,通过对财务风险的管理与控制,可使风险最小化,进而实现财务成果最大化和财务状况最优化。上市公司作为我国市场经济发展的先锋、现代企业制度的代表,更应该重视企业财务风险管理。本文从我国上市公司财务风险的现状分析入手,揭示了上市公司总体财务风险的水平,分析了上市公司财务风险的成因,并从保持适度债务规模、完善公司治理机制等方面提出了财务风险的防范措施,最后提出建立财务风险预警系统的建议。     

国际分工与区域产业经济发展研究

文章从规模经济与国际分工的新模式入手,分析了区域产业聚集对国际分工优势的强化作用以及我国产业聚集形成的原因和弊端,进而提出了我国产业经济发展的相关建议。     

基于生态产业链的库布其沙漠沙产业集群发展模式研究

库布其沙漠以广阔的草原和多变的自然环境条件,成为我国干旱、半干旱地区中最具典型性和代表性的地区之一,作为中国北方重要的生态安全屏障,作为黄河泥沙和沙尘暴的主要沙源地,影响着中国北方和内蒙古生态、经济和社会发展;经过40多年各方面的努力,库布其沙漠治理取得巨大成绩,形成以沙产业带动规模治沙的"库布其模式"。库布其沙漠沙产业发展规模大,发展状况好,初步形成了沙产业体系。但沙产业链条短,联结机制不健全,产业化程度低,产业集群区较少。在对库布其沙产业及生态产业链分析基础上,提出建立沙产业集群的三种模式。对推进沙产业由专业化集聚向产业链集聚发展,降低交易成本,实现规模经济和沙漠稀缺资源循环利用,降低沙产业对生态环境的负面影响,提高沙区企业竞争力具有重要指导意义。     

试论治理环京津贫困带区域经济政策

由区域非均衡发展而带来的贫困地区的存在是我国面临的一个长期比较棘手的问题,本文针对环京津贫困带问题,依据区域经济学相关理论,回顾了区域经济政策和解决区域经济问题的相关理论,简要分析了国外区域经济政策实践,从历史和现实、行政、发展模式等角度探讨了其形成的原因,提出了区域经济政策建议的政策原则和政策目标,本文不单拘泥于生态问题,而是从区域发展的角度综合看生态和其他问题,从国家区域经济政策和地方经济政策两方面提出了放手发展个体私营经济,完全保障义务教育和加强职业技术教育,建立生态和发展权补偿协调机制等一系列区域援助、区域协调、区域发展政策建议。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
