我国主题公园未来发展模式探讨

作者通过分析我国主题公园的发展现状和存在的问题,评价我国主题公园发展环境,阐明了我国主题公园发展必须转换模式.提出了我国主题公园应向构建主题多元化、复合型产品的主题公园方向发展的观点,并提出应用现代科技成果将主题公园产品形态带入概念创新发展阶段的观点,同时提出在产品内容上要注重创意性、娱乐性和参与性.

通过比较分析中美两国体育主题公园发展的状况,结果表明体育主题公园在美国发展比较成熟,而我国尚处在起步阶段,在认识、经验和开发形式上都有待于进一步提升.体育主题公园在承载功能上兼具了旅游、健身和比赛的多重作用,而我国的开发在比赛功能上不突出;我国是公有投资占主流,靠政府支撑,而美国是私有投资为主,靠社会力量来发展,经营者有更多的经营自主权.因为开发的内容和投资形式的原因,体育主题公园的经济效益在我国体现的不明显.     

山东省主题公园开发的优化研究

该文以山东省主题公园开发条件入手,在梳理山东省3A级及以上和具有代表性主题公园的基础上,基于一定的实地调查研究,分析了当前山东省主题公园的开发规律,以及通过对山东省主题公园开发中问题的探讨,提出了一些探索性的发展对策,以期对当前主题公园的规范与开发提供借鉴意义.     

资源文化导向型主题公园发展模式初探

针对近年来国内旅游主题公园在发展过程中所出现的投资回报率低、生命周期短、分布不平衡等问题 ,提出了一种新的资源文化导向型的主题公园发展模式 :这种主题公园不一定要有很高的市场门槛和大量的投资 ,而必须以相应的自然景观资源为依托 ;其主题策划要深刻挖掘文化底蕴 ,产品应向体验经济方向发展 ,从而有效避免主题公园在传统模式下发展所出现的种种问题 .最后 ,通过腊子口景区的实证研究来佐证此观点     

我国海洋主题公园的发展阶段及其特征

通过网络、书籍、学术期刊及实地考察等渠道,共搜集了55家海洋主题公园的详细资料进行分析,从中获得了国内海洋主题公园发展的总体概况;对国内海洋主题公园的发展历程进行回顾,归纳并阐述了其不同发展阶段所表现出的主要特征,总结了海洋主题公园发展的生命周期规律及经验教训,以期为已经运营或拟建的海洋主题公园提供借鉴.     

基于基本经济数据的我国主题公园在不同经济区域的分布特点分析

我国主题公园的空间分布极不均匀,东、中、西部呈现出明显的差异,这样的空间布局正好反映了我国不同地区间经济发展的差异.基于经济发展水平、人口密度、交通条件等基本经济数据,分析比较了不同经济区域主题公园的分布特点,研究发现:(1)长三角地区主题公园还有增加的空间,而西部地区主题公园虽有增加的需求,但建设数目应有所控制;(2)人口密度、人口结构以及人口自然增长制约西部地区主题公园的建设数目;(3)珠三角和长三角地区每个主题公园所覆盖的区域、平均客运量及平均旅客周转量均明显高于西部地区.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
