用含β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶串联基因双价载体质粒pBLGC的根癌农杆菌侵染甘蓝型油菜(Brassicanapus)带柄子叶和下胚轴的方法,初步建立了抗真菌病害油菜高效基因转化育种体系,研究了不同种类和不同深度伯激素对带柄子叶和下胚轴不定芽诱导的影响,试验结果表明卡那霉素(kan)筛选,含6mg/6-BA的MS培养基中带柄子的叶的出苗率及绿苗分化率最高,分别为100%和25%,下胚轴在含1mg  相似文献

通过对络驼刺(Alhagi pseudalhagi Desv)不同外植体来源、不同培养基及激素配比的比较,建立骆驼刺培养高效再生植株实验体系。表明骆驼刺下胚轴切段在含1.5 ̄2.0mg/L2,4-D和0.5 ̄1.0mg/L 6-BA的MS培养基中100%诱导愈伤组织,在含1.5mg/L 6-BA和1.0mg/L NAA的MS培养基上愈伤组织分化成苗,转至含2.0mg/L IBA和0.2mg/L NAA的MS培养基上成根得到完整再生植株,组织学观察表明植株再生主要为器官发生途径,染色体稳定遗传。  相似文献

将辣椒无菌苗下胚轴切段接种在MS培养基(附加不同的植物激素)上,诱导产生愈伤组织。最适的诱导培养基为MS+2mg/L BA,0.5mg/L IAA,在此培养基上产生的愈伤组织具有较强的分化能力。将愈伤组织转移到分化培养基,光照培养,芽分化率可达25.0%。不定芽在含1mg/L GA3和2mg/L BA的MS培养基上伸长成苗,再移入生根培养基上诱导生根,长成完整植株。  相似文献

风信子叶片及鳞片直接诱导下定芽的培养基为MS附加6-BA2.5mg/L、NAA2.0mg/L、IAA0.5mg/L和MS附加6-BA2.5mg/L、NAA2.5mg/L。不定芽发育成小鳞茎的培养基为MS附加GA0.2mg/L、IAA0.5mg/L。鳞茎移栽成活率为90%,从而建立了风信子植株再生系统。  相似文献

对星光垂榕的试管繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明,以微稍饱满的微萌发腋芽,诱导萌发最有效,可迅速形成多芽苗。植物激素配比对多芽苗的增殖影响极显著,在多次优选后找出最佳组合为改良MS培养基附加6-BA2,NAA0.1或0.05mg/L,无根嫩稍植于去除6-BA只含NAA的多种生根培养基上诱导其生根,筛选出最佳生根培养基组合为MS培养基附加NAA0.1mg/L,糖20g/L,活性炭500mg/L,根苗齐全  相似文献

以古拉巴、蜜翠、伊丽莎白,西莫洛托4个引进杂交种甜瓜和七宝甜瓜,小麦瓜,青皮绿肉、亭林雪瓜本地品种为材料,用其子叶为外植体进行培养,获得无性繁殖系,结果表明,杂交种的芽诱导率高于本地品种;在14种激素配比组合中MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IAA0.05mg/L培养基丛生芽诱导率最高,达72%-76%;MS+6-BA0.2mg/L+IAA0.05mg/L培养基最利于芽伸长;生根培养基为MS+IAA0.2mg/L+naa0.5mg/L,平均每粒种子可获得的8棵再生植株。  相似文献

荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.)无菌苗下胚轴切段在含不同激素配比的MS培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导,发现在 2. 0 mg/L 2. 4-D与 1. 5 mg/L 6 BA组合时,可100%地诱导出愈伤组织。愈伤组织在含 1.5mg/L 6BA和1.5 mg/L 2.4-D的激素条件下继代培养1代后转入含2mg/L 6 BA和1mg/L KT的 MS培养基上,计有80%以上可分化出苗。转入0.2mg/L NAA的 1/2MS培养基上则可诱导出根。研究建立了荞麦离体诱导高频率再生植株的实验体系。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
