用含β－１,３－葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶串联基因双价载体质粒ｐＢＬＧＣ的根癌农杆菌侵染甘蓝型油菜（Ｂｒａｓｓｉｃａｎａｐｕｓ）带柄子叶和下胚轴的方法,初步建立了抗真菌病害油菜高效基因转化育种体系,研究了不同种类和不同深度伯激素对带柄子叶和下胚轴不定芽诱导的影响,试验结果表明卡那霉素（ｋａｎ）筛选,含６ｍｇ／６－ＢＡ的ＭＳ培养基中带柄子的叶的出苗率及绿苗分化率最高,分别为１００％和２５％,下胚轴在含１ｍｇ     

播娘蒿子叶及下胚轴诱导再生植珠的研究

用播娘蒿种子，在附加６－ＢＡ０．５～１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上获得无菌苗，幼苗的下胚轴在含６－ＢＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上出愈情况最佳，将来自下胚轴的愈伤组织培养于含有６－ＢＡ２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上分化出的丛生芽状态最好，最佳生根培养基为１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ．     

骆驼刺高效离体植株再生体系的建立

通过对络驼刺（Ａｌｈａｇｉ ｐｓｅｕｄａｌｈａｇｉ Ｄｅｓｖ）不同外植体来源、不同培养基及激素配比的比较,建立骆驼刺培养高效再生植株实验体系。表明骆驼刺下胚轴切段在含１．５￣２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ２,４－Ｄ和０．５￣１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ ６－ＢＡ的ＭＳ培养基中１００％诱导愈伤组织,在含１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ ６－ＢＡ和１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ的ＭＳ培养基上愈伤组织分化成苗,转至含２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ ＩＢＡ和０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ的ＭＳ培养基上成根得到完整再生植株,组织学观察表明植株再生主要为器官发生途径,染色体稳定遗传。

用揪娘嵩种子,在附加６－ＢＡ０．５～１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上获得无菌苗,幼苗的下胚轴在含６－ＢＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上的出愈情况最佳,将来自下胚轴的愈伤组织培养了含有６－ＢＡ２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上分化出的丛生芽状态最好,最佳生根培养基为１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ。     

辣椒（Capsicum annuum L.）下胚轴离体培养的研究

将辣椒无菌苗下胚轴切段接种在ＭＳ培养基（附加不同的植物激素）上，诱导产生愈伤组织。最适的诱导培养基为ＭＳ＋２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＢＡ，０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ ＩＡＡ，在此培养基上产生的愈伤组织具有较强的分化能力。将愈伤组织转移到分化培养基，光照培养，芽分化率可达２５．０％。不定芽在含１ｍｇ／Ｌ ＧＡ３和２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＢＡ的ＭＳ培养基上伸长成苗，再移入生根培养基上诱导生根，长成完整植株。     

风信子外植体植株再生系统的研究

风信子叶片及鳞片直接诱导下定芽的培养基为ＭＳ附加６－ＢＡ２．５ｍｇ／Ｌ、ＮＡＡ２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ、ＩＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＭＳ附加６－ＢＡ２．５ｍｇ／Ｌ、ＮＡＡ２．５ｍｇ／Ｌ。不定芽发育成小鳞茎的培养基为ＭＳ附加ＧＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ、ＩＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ。鳞茎移栽成活率为９０％,从而建立了风信子植株再生系统。     

星光垂榕微繁殖研究

对星光垂榕的试管繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明，以微稍饱满的微萌发腋芽，诱导萌发最有效，可迅速形成多芽苗。植物激素配比对多芽苗的增殖影响极显著，在多次优选后找出最佳组合为改良ＭＳ培养基附加６－ＢＡ２，ＮＡＡ０．１或０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ，无根嫩稍植于去除６－ＢＡ只含ＮＡＡ的多种生根培养基上诱导其生根，筛选出最佳生根培养基组合为ＭＳ培养基附加ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ，糖２０ｇ／Ｌ，活性炭５００ｍｇ／Ｌ，根苗齐全     

甜瓜种苗克隆

以古拉巴、蜜翠、伊丽莎白,西莫洛托４个引进杂交种甜瓜和七宝甜瓜,小麦瓜,青皮绿肉、亭林雪瓜本地品种为材料,用其子叶为外植体进行培养,获得无性繁殖系,结果表明,杂交种的芽诱导率高于本地品种;在１４种激素配比组合中ＭＳ＋６－ＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＡＡ０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基丛生芽诱导率最高,达７２％－７６％;ＭＳ＋６－ＢＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＡＡ０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基最利于芽伸长;生根培养基为ＭＳ＋ＩＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ｎａａ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ,平均每粒种子可获得的８棵再生植株。     

用离体培养无性繁殖苦瓜

切取由苦瓜种子形成的试管苗的顶芽及带芽茎段,移植于附加４￣６ｍｇ／Ｌ ＺＴ或４￣６ｍｇ／Ｌ ６－ＢＡ的ＭＳ培养基上,可以促进芽的增殖,形成芽簇,每月每株可增殖４苗;移植于附加４ｍｇ／Ｌ ＺＴ及０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ ＫＴ或附加４ｍｇ／Ｌ ＺＴ及ＬＨ（水解乳蛋白）的培养基上,每月每株可增殖５苗。将幼苗接转于ＭＳ＋ＺＴ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基上,生长健壮。丛芽生根选用大量元素减半的ＭＳ培养基,蔗糖浓度为２％效果     

荞麦的组织培养及植株再生

荞麦（Ｆａｇｏｐｙｒｕｍ ｅｓｃｕｌｅｎｔｕｍ Ｍｏｅｎｃｈ．）无菌苗下胚轴切段在含不同激素配比的ＭＳ培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导,发现在 ２． ０ ｍｇ／Ｌ ２． ４－Ｄ与 １． ５ ｍｇ／Ｌ ６ ＢＡ组合时,可１００％地诱导出愈伤组织。愈伤组织在含 １．５ｍｇ／Ｌ ６ＢＡ和１．５ ｍｇ／Ｌ ２．４－Ｄ的激素条件下继代培养１代后转入含２ｍｇ／Ｌ ６ ＢＡ和１ｍｇ／Ｌ ＫＴ的 ＭＳ培养基上,计有８０％以上可分化出苗。转入０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ的 １／２ＭＳ培养基上则可诱导出根。研究建立了荞麦离体诱导高频率再生植株的实验体系。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
