总结近年来国内外纳米羟基磷灰石对于骨相关细胞生物安关于其全性方面的研究概况,包括了纳米羟基磷灰石对骨形成及成骨相关细胞活性的影响2方面。介绍了纳米羟基磷灰石对成骨细胞及基质细胞成骨分化的影响以及在体内骨形成作用及机制,同时总结了纳米羟基磷灰石通过不同浓度、尺寸对细胞活性的影响以及其通过活性氧线粒体途径、溶酶体途径对细胞活性影响的研究进展,并指出该领域尚待解决的问题为纳米羟基磷灰石早日应用于临床骨组织工程领域提供可靠参考.  相似文献

采用KOH改性-低温等离子体(NTP)活化制备褐煤活性半焦催化剂,用于低温催化氧化NO的研究.考察了KOH改性浓度,低温等离子体活化电压和活化时间对NO脱除效率所带来的影响.研究结果显示,采用该法所制备的催化剂具有较低的灰分以及较好的碘吸附值,催化剂经NTP活化之后表面的碱性官能团增加,有利于催化活性的提高及活性窗口扩宽.经5%KOH改性,在氮气等离子体源、7.5 k V改性电压和1h的改性时间条件下制得的褐煤半焦催化剂具有较高的反应活性,在反应温度为125℃,NO的脱除效率可达47%.  相似文献

羟基磷灰石陶瓷诱导成骨细胞的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
通过定量检测在羟基磷灰石(HA)表面生长的成骨细胞骨涎蛋白和骨钙蛋白的表达,研究了羟基磷灰石陶瓷对成骨细胞的影响.研究结果表明,随着成骨细胞培养时间的延长,在羟基磷灰石表面生长的成骨细胞骨钙蛋白和骨涎蛋白的表达量相对于对照组有显著增加.由于骨钙蛋白和骨涎蛋白是成骨细胞分化晚期高度表达的两种标志性蛋白质,因此其表达量的显著提高意味着羟基磷灰石陶瓷可以诱导成骨细胞的成熟。这一结果可进一步为理解HA陶瓷的生物相容性和生物活性提供分子生物学依据。  相似文献

以磷酸三钙(α-TCP)和羟基磷灰石(HA)生物陶瓷为研究对象,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究αTCP和HA在模拟体液(SBF)及磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中浸泡后表面类骨磷灰石的生长和形成,考察初始溶液的离子成分和浓度及陶瓷溶解性能对形成类骨磷灰石的形貌、结构的影响.实验表明:在SBF及PBS中浸泡后,HA仅在SBF中有少量的类骨磷灰石颗粒生成;α-TCP在SBF中表面形成类骨磷灰石颗粒,而在PBS中形成片状的磷酸八钙(OCP),XRD和SEM结果分别从结构和形态学方面确认磷酸八钙在  相似文献

通过等离子体喷涂的方法在纯钛表面修饰羟基磷灰石涂层,可有效促进成骨分化并加速骨再生.生物材料表面的蛋白质吸附对后续细胞行为起着至关重要的作用,然而材料表面性能-蛋白质黏附-细胞行为之间的内在关系仍有待研究和阐明.本文检测了羟基磷灰石涂层(HA-Ti)和纯钛表面(Ti)吸附蛋白质层的性质,研究了蛋白质层对两种材料表面细胞黏附状态、死活细胞数和成骨分化的影响.相比Ti表面,HA-Ti表面纤维黏连蛋白(Fn)和血清蛋白吸附量较少,成骨细胞和干细胞黏附数量少;但HA-Ti表面对人成骨细胞BMP-2的吸附量稍大,诱导成骨分化明显.这说明HA涂层表面对蛋白质吸附性能的差异会导致细胞响应的不同,进而影响其生物学功能.  相似文献

本研究探讨脱钙人牙基质(Decalcification Tooth Matrices DTM)复合胶原材料作为骨修复材料的可行性.采用冻干后高温交联的方法制备脱钙人牙基质复合胶原材料;利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外(IR)分析及电子能谱(EDS)分析材料表征;通过成骨细胞MCT3T-E1与材料混合培养分析材料的生物相容性及诱导骨细胞生长活性.结果显示材料分布均匀,形成多孔疏松的支架,其主要成分为羟基磷灰石晶体,材料不影响成骨细胞的分裂,且对细胞增殖有明显促进作用.研究表明脱钙人牙基质复合胶原材料具有骨修复材料的结构特点,且具有良好的细胞相容性及诱导成骨细胞增殖活性.  相似文献

通过对钛合金经皮植入式假肢的的骨内固定植入体表面进行生物陶瓷改性,以研究经改性过的植入体与其宿主骨整合的能力.采用羟基磷灰石喷涂和微弧氧化两种生物陶瓷改性工艺,对骨内固定植入体进行改性处理,将改性过的植入体植入山羊后腿胫骨,术后8周取标本行组织学观察,见两种生物陶瓷改性的植入体均可与宿主骨形成严密整合.计算宿主骨组织与植入体整合率,发现经生物陶瓷表面改性的植入体与宿主骨组织整合率显著高于未经生物改性的对照组植入体(p<0.01),而羟基磷灰石喷涂组和微弧氧化组与宿主骨整合率的差别无统计学意义(p>0.05),说明羟基磷灰石和微弧氧化两种陶瓷层都具有很强的诱导骨生成能力,经其表面改性的骨内固定植入体能与宿主骨形成紧密整合.  相似文献

骨重建是新骨组织替换旧骨或受损骨的生理过程,在无瘢痕骨愈合和受损骨再生中起着必要的作用。骨重建主要是骨形成细胞如成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB),骨吸收细胞如破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC),和巨噬细胞(macrophage,MP)等细胞之间的相互协调活动。OC作为生物体内唯一多核细胞,负责生物体内骨质的脱钙与骨基质的吸收。自然骨具有一定硬度、韧性,良好的生物活性,保证骨重建中细胞的增殖、分化、骨形成或骨再吸收等活性。以羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)为主的磷酸钙(HA-CaPs)是自然骨中矿物质的主要成分,具有优异的生物性能而被广泛应用于骨组织修复领域。总结了HA-CaPs物相成分、表面形貌等对OC等骨吸收细胞增殖、分化和骨吸收活性的影响,并通过OC对于骨修复材料体内吸收机制及细胞活性调控机制等探讨HA-CaPs与细胞间相互关系,以期为磷酸钙人工骨替代材料更加广泛的生物应用作理论参考。  相似文献

等离子喷涂涂层经两种工艺处理后,得到结晶度相近而组成和晶粒大小不同的涂层.采用静态和动态两种方式,将涂层浸泡在模拟体液(SBF)溶液中,考察其对形成类骨磷灰石层的影响.静态系统是相对封闭系统,涂层经溶解 沉淀平衡后,在涂层表面形成新的生物矿化层,呈颗粒状分布在涂层表面,没有生长取向.动态系统是敞开的,SBF以2mL/100mL·min的速度进行交换,类骨磷灰石易在涂层颗粒间隙处生长,并表现出强烈的取向———沿c轴生长.120℃下水汽处理的样品,类骨磷灰石呈针状的发射型生长;650℃真空处理的样品,类骨磷灰石呈片袋状生长.  相似文献

目前,在口腔门诊广泛采用氢氧化钙盖髓,治疗周期长,复诊次数多,在根管治疗中,临床常采用糊剂充填,可能造成超填或欠填。针对上述情况,我们开展了“致密多晶羟基磷灰石人工骨材料”在盖髓及根管充填的临床应用研究.材料选择羟基磷灰石是一种磷酸钙材料,其化学成份、晶体结构、物化特性等都与人的正常骨的无机物相似.本文选用的致密羟基磷灰石人工骨材料,是川大物理系与华西医大口腔医学院共同研制成功的.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
