提出了利用压电陶瓷的阻抗测量法的概念,即用压电陶瓷作为驱动源产生动态阻抗信息.测试系统由阻抗分析仪、计算机、压电陶瓷片、铝梁组成.实验将铝梁作为测试对象,在其上粘贴压电陶瓷,通过对阻抗应答、振动模型和压电陶瓷片的粘贴位置的分析,研究梁的阻抗频率特性.实验结果表明,利用阻抗法,容易得到构造物的频率响应特性,应答分析也简单.  相似文献

为提高求解压电材料断裂参数的精度,提出EVCCT压电单元,推导了含裂纹压电材料的机电虚拟裂纹闭合法.将基于Node光滑有限元法和机电虚拟裂纹闭合法引入到含裂纹平面压电材料问题中,建立了含裂纹压电材料的NSFEM-EVCCT,对不同载荷和裂纹长度下含中心裂纹的压电材料的能量释放率进行了求解,并与FEM-EVCCT和理论解做了对比,数值算例结果表明:NSFEM-EVCCT改善了FEM-EVCCT的刚度,具有高精度、继承了VCCT的优点,只需一步数值分析;可分别求解机械应变能释放率和电能释放率,且求解表达式简单、编程容易实现,是压电材料含裂纹问题的有效数值计算方法.  相似文献

基于非线性有限元方法,对力电冲击荷载作用下PZT/复合材料梁界面断裂进行了研究.通过虚裂纹闭合技术计算了界面裂纹前缘的能量释放率随时间变化的响应曲线,并且采用接触单元防止PZT片和界面裂纹分层前缘的复合材料发生穿透,然后通过比较证明了该求解方法的有效性,最后通过典型算例讨论了压电效应、界面接触、电压、铺层角度和压电材料阻尼对界面动态能量释放率的影响.研究方法和结论对动态工况下PZT/复合材料界面止裂设计具有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

以裂纹悬臂梁系统为研究对象,基于ANSYS软件采用梁单元、平面单元和接触单元,建立了一个直裂纹梁有限元模型.利用接触单元模拟裂纹的呼吸效应,并通过与文献测定的固有频率对比验证了模型的有效性.基于所提的模型,分析了冲击激励与正弦激励下,摩擦对系统振动特性的影响;在忽略摩擦的情况下,分析了系统阻尼比及固有频率随裂纹深度和裂纹位置的变化规律.研究结果表明:裂纹处的界面摩擦对系统振动影响不大,阻尼比在一定的程度上可以作为诊断裂纹程度的依据.  相似文献

为求解含裂纹功能梯度板的动态能量释放率,提出了基于非均匀有限元法的虚拟裂纹闭合法.基于有限元软件ABAQUS平台,开发了动态载荷作用下功能梯度材质的哑节点断裂单元,编写了用户自定义子程序UMAT和UEL,求解了动态载荷作用下的含裂纹功能梯度板能量释放率分量.对不同形状因子下的中心和倾斜裂纹功能梯度板的动态能量释放率分量进行了求解,并转化为动态应力强度因子,与差分法作比较.数值算例结果表明,动态载荷作用下功能梯度材质的哑节点断裂单元具有精度高、简捷方便、裂尖无需使用奇异元或特殊单元和子程序通用性强等优点,为工程师求解动态断裂参数提供了新途径.  相似文献

研究压电材料在柔性悬臂梁结构振动控制中的应用,采用压电有限元方法对压电智能梁的响应进行了数值模拟,在考虑压电片与悬臂梁之间相互耦合作用的基础上,通过有限元软件ABAQUS数值模拟获得压电智能梁在简谐荷载下的响应,并与有关试验结果进行对比来修正压电应变常数及介电常数等参数.通过数值算例对地震荷载作用下压电梁的振动响应进行了数值模拟,结果表明,压电材料对柔性结构的振动控制效果显著,最大控制效率能达到45%左右.  相似文献

裂纹缺陷限制了压电材料更广泛的应用和相关器件性能的进一步提升.为提高求解压电材料断裂参数的精度和效率,将复势函数法和Cell-based光滑有限元法引入到含裂纹平面压电材料问题中,提出了含裂纹压电材料的Cell-based光滑有限元法.以含中心裂纹压电平板的问题为例,对不同材料、裂纹长度、网格和光滑子元数下的正则强度因子进行了讨论,并与FEM作了对比,数值算例结果表明,Cell-based光滑有限元法改善了有限元法刚度"偏硬"的缺点,具有高精度、高效率的优点.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
