建立了动力学荧光法测定对硝基酚的新方法。在盐酸介质中,对硝基酚可以活化钒(V),催化氯酸钾氧化罗丹明6G的反应,使其荧光猝灭。该方法的线性范围为5-50μg/L,检测限为2.5μg/L,回收率为96.5%,可直接用于污水中对硝基酚的测定。  相似文献

目的:为了建立分析测定克咳胶囊中吗啡含量的方法,提高克咳胶囊质量标准。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C8,流动相为0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液等量混合(用磷酸溶液调pH至2.8)-乙腈(87∶13),检测波长为210 mm。结果:吗啡的线性范围为9.7943~58.7658μg/mL(R2=0.99993),加样回收率为100.88%(n=6),RSD为0.57%。结论:该方法经过方法学验证,方法简单易操作、结果准确,可应用于克咳胶囊中吗啡的含量测定。  相似文献

本文建立了反相离子对液相色谱-电化学检测法同时测定制药厂废水中的硫脲和硫.流动相为10%甲醇+2.0mmol/L四丁基溴化铵(TBABr)+0.02ommol/L EDTA·2Na+0.01mol/LNaH_2PO_4缓冲溶液(pH5.5),流速为1ml/min,柱温40℃,检测电位.5V(vs,Ag/AgCl).工作曲线的线性范围是0—120,μg/ml,检出限为硫脲18μg/L、硫1.5μg/L.样品测定的回收率在97—104%范围内.  相似文献

采用蒽酮—硫酸法测定板栗多糖含量并对其测定条件进行优化。结果表明,蒽酮—硫酸法测定板栗多糖的适宜操作条件为:加入2g/L蒽酮—硫酸溶液4mL,在沸水浴中加热3min,自来水冷却40min后在10min内于波长600nm下读取吸光度。蒽酮—硫酸溶液需要现配现用。多糖含量控制在0.02~0.06g/L之间为宜。蒽酮—硫酸法测定板栗多糖含量的精密度实验RSD值为0.792%,平均加样回收率为107.2%,RSD值为4.6%。用本方法测定板栗中多糖含量为12.67%。  相似文献

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定以黄柏为主要成分的三种蒙成药(协日毛道-8、特木仁-5、协日嘎-4)中盐酸小檗碱的含量.方法:色谱柱为Xterra(5μm×150 mm×3.9 mm)柱;流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol/L磷酸-水-乙腈(10∶30∶30∶30,V/V);检测波长为345 nm.结果:回归方程y=3.408×106x-1.04×105,r=0.9997,CV(%)=1.03(n=5).线性范围0.005 mg/g~5.450 mg/g.协日毛道-8,特木仁-5,协日嘎-4中盐酸小檗碱的含量分别为0.93 mg/g、0.65 mg/g、2.96 mg/g,平均回收率为98.88%.结论:本方法简便、可靠,适合蒙药中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定.  相似文献

用紫外分光光度法测定了胶囊中盐酸托莫西汀的含量,检测波长270nm.盐酸托莫西汀在0.0400g/L~0.2000g/L的范围内,其紫外吸收值与浓度呈线性关系,回归方程为y=0.1901x-0.0027,R=0.9999平均回收率为100.03%,RSD为0.66%(n=9).方法操作简便快速,准确度高,测定结果与HPLC法相符.  相似文献

应用反相高效液相色谱,以φ=0.7甲醇为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长308nm,建立了快速测定荧光假单胞菌M18发酵液中藤黄绿菌素(Pyoluteorin)的方法.实验结果表明,藤黄绿菌素在4.9min出峰,线性范围0.02~1g/L,线性范围良好(r=0.9997),最低检测浓度0.01g/L,回收率平均为97.7%.  相似文献

8种杀菌剂对雪莲果褐斑病的室内毒力测定结果表明:供试药剂毒力由高到低依次为325g/L苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、10%苯醚甲环锉水分散粒剂、206.7g/L噁酮·氟硅唑乳油、125g/L氟环唑悬浮剂、250g/L吡唑嘧菌酯乳油、60%唑醚·代森联水分散粒剂、50%醚菌酯水分散粒剂和46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂。以325g/L苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂的抑制作用最好,其EC50为0.28mg/L。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
