采用免疫组化方法,观察P物质、胰高血糖素、胃泌素、胰多肽、生长抑素、促甲状腺素、促肾上腺素皮质激素、降钙素、胰岛素、突触素、血管活性肠肽等11种脑肠肽类物质在兔圆小囊淋巴组织中的分布及定位。研究发现上述物质在兔圆小囊淋巴组织及粘膜内均有分布,但在淋巴组织中上述物质阳性细胞的数量及分布部位各不相同。其中降钙素、胰岛素2种物质,在粘膜下淋巴组织中分布很少,只可偶见阳性细胞;突触素阳性细胞稍多于上述2种物质;P物质、胃泌素、生长抑素、血管活性肠肽阳性细胞较多,尤其是在圆顶上部淋巴组织和淋巴滤泡中均大量散在分布;促肾上腺素、生长激素、促甲状腺素阳性细胞也比较多,主要分布在淋巴滤泡部位,圆顶上部淋巴组织虽然也存在阳性细胞,但数量明显少于淋巴滤泡部位;胰多肽主要分布在圆顶上部的淋巴组织中,淋巴滤泡处较少。  相似文献

目的:探讨TRAF6在不同侵袭能力的乳腺癌组织及细胞系中的表达.方法:(1)应用免疫组化方法检测TRAF6在正常乳腺组织和乳腺癌组织中的表达.(2)应用Western blotting方法检测TRAF6在高、低侵袭能力癌细胞系MDA-MB-231、MCF-7及正常乳腺细胞系MCF-10A中的表达.结果:(1)正常乳腺组织中TRAF6的阳性表达率低于乳腺癌组织(P0.05),在导管原位癌的阳性表达率显著低于浸润性导管癌中(P0.01).(2)TRAF6蛋白在MCF-10A中的表达低于乳腺癌细胞系中的表达,MCF-7中的表达量低于MDA-MB-231中的表达量.结论:TRAF6蛋白表达量随着乳腺癌的侵袭能力的增加而增加,说明TRAF6可能与乳腺癌侵袭能力有关.  相似文献

The regrowth of amputated limbs and the distal tips of digits represent models of tissue regeneration in amphibians, fish and mice. For decades it had been assumed that limb regeneration derived from the blastema, an undifferentiated pluripotent cell population thought to be derived from mature cells via dedifferentiation. Here we show that a wide range of tissue stem/progenitor cells contribute towards the restoration of the mouse distal digit. Genetic fate mapping and clonal analysis of individual cells revealed that these stem cells are lineage restricted, mimicking digit growth during development. Transplantation of cyan-fluorescent-protein-expressing haematopoietic stem cells, and parabiosis between genetically marked mice, confirmed that the stem/progenitor cells are tissue resident, including the cells involved in angiogenesis. These results, combined with those from appendage regeneration in other vertebrate subphyla, collectively demonstrate that tissue stem cells rather than pluripotent blastema cells are an evolutionarily conserved cellular mode for limb regeneration after amputation.  相似文献

采用甲苯胺蓝染色法,对5只健康家兔消化器官肥大细胞(Mast cell,MC)进行定位,光镜观察其分布特点。结果表明,健康家兔盲肠、空肠、12指肠、食道以及胃肥大细胞主要分布于粘膜固有层或粘膜下层结缔组织内,而肝脏与胰腺等实质消化器官MC主要分布于被膜或裨细胞间结缔组织内。其中,粘膜MC靠近一些分泌型细胞分布,而结缔组织肥大细胞有围绕血管,神经或腺管分布的趋向。  相似文献

T helper (T(H)) cells constitute an important arm of the adaptive immune system because they coordinate defence against specific pathogens, and their unique cytokines and effector functions mediate different types of tissue inflammation. The recently discovered T(H)17 cells, the third subset of effector T helper cells, have been the subject of intense research aimed at understanding their role in immunity and disease. Here we review emerging data suggesting that T(H)17 cells have an important role in host defence against specific pathogens and are potent inducers of autoimmunity and tissue inflammation. In addition, the differentiation factors responsible for their generation have revealed an interesting reciprocal relationship with regulatory T (T(reg)) cells, which prevent tissue inflammation and mediate self-tolerance.  相似文献

Cancer is increasingly being viewed as a stem cell disease, both in its propagation by a minority of cells with stem-cell-like properties and in its possible derivation from normal tissue stem cells. But stem cell activity is tightly controlled, raising the question of how normal regulation might be subverted in carcinogenesis. The long-known association between cancer and chronic tissue injury, and the more recently appreciated roles of Hedgehog and Wnt signalling pathways in tissue regeneration, stem cell renewal and cancer growth together suggest that carcinogenesis proceeds by misappropriating homeostatic mechanisms that govern tissue repair and stem cell self-renewal.  相似文献

Adult stem cells reside in most mammalian tissues, but the extent to which they contribute to normal homeostasis and repair varies widely. There is an overall decline in tissue regenerative potential with age, and the question arises as to whether this is due to the intrinsic ageing of stem cells or, rather, to the impairment of stem-cell function in the aged tissue environment. Unravelling these distinct contributions to the aged phenotype will be critical to the success of any therapeutic application of stem cells in the emerging field of regenerative medicine with respect to tissue injury, degenerative diseases or normal functional declines that accompany ageing.  相似文献

利用电子显微技术观察了荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)糊粉层传递细胞的发育过程,研究发现,荞麦开花后15d,糊粉层细菌与珠心相邻一侧的细胞壁上开始出现壁内突;开花后20d,糊粉层传递细胞的壁内突消失。结果表明荞麦的糊粉层传递细胞不仅能吸收母体的营养物质,可能也起到把母体营养物质转运到胚乳组织中贮存的作用。  相似文献
