The low mol. wt extracellular esterase of Candida lipolytica is actively transported into membrane vesicles. In the absence of metabolic energy, a proton gradient can drive the transport process. The transport system does not accumulate the enzyme at peak levels due to the presence of a leak pathway. 相似文献

Résumé Après avoir réalisé divers tests de toxicité, nous avons injecté des souris mâles par 15 méthane sulfonate d'isopropyl. Une dose de 100 mg/kg induit plus de 30% de mutations. Pour les stades méÏotiques, la proportion de déciduomes est plus faible et la proportion de morts avant implantation plus élevée que pour les stades post-méÏotiques. La période mutagène est suivie d'une période stérile (du 37me au 60me jour après injection) qui correspond probablement au traitement de stades spermatogoniaux. 相似文献

After i.v. administration to rats of polysaccharide-protein complex, isolated from Candida albicans, a decrease of cardiac output was observed from 20 sec to 240 min postinjection, followed by a recovery at 360 min. Concomitantly the regional blood flow was maintained in heart and lungs, moderately decreased in intestine, liver and adrenals and markedly reduced in skin, muscle, spleen and kidney. 相似文献

Summary Trypsin causes an activation of serine sulfhydrase in the liver extracts from intact animals, but inhibits enzyme activity in the liver of ethionine treated rats. In vitro metabolism of ethionine, N-acetyl-ethionine and N-acetylmethionine by rat liver microsomes.
Rat liver microsomes deacetylated N-acetylethionine and N-acetyl-methionine to ethionine and methionine. The deacetylation of N-acetylmethionine was more rapid than the deacetylation of N-acetylethionine. Ethionine was slowly converted to ethionine sulfoxide by the microsomal preparations. N-Acetylethionine and N-acetylmethionine were not oxidized by the microsomes. 相似文献
