“荷电两相湍流理论在病虫害防治技术中的应用”是江苏省应用基础科研项目 该项目于 1 999年1 2月 1 1日在我校通过省级鉴定 课题组研究了荷电气液两相湍流射流流场、诱导电场、雾滴电物理特性、雾化特性及对静电喷雾喷洒效果的影响 ,建立了静电喷雾荷电气液两相湍流射流流场的数学模型 并根据基础理论研究的成果开发研制了新型农药静电喷雾车———微量静电喷洒灭蝗车 该机具在新疆草原的蝗虫治理工作中投入使用并取得了良好的效果 ,经济效益显著 ,是目前国内用于灭蝗虫作业的新型大型地面机具 鉴定委员会认为 :该课题的研究成果具有…  相似文献

石灰浆液荷电喷雾脱硫流场的数值模拟   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了获得脱硫塔内荷电石灰浆液脱硫率的理论计算方法,开展了荷电气液两相流场的数值模拟.通过试验用脱硫塔内部荷电喷雾脱硫特点的分析,建立了几何模型、静电场模型和两相流模型,通过商用Fluent6.3计算功能的扩展,获得环状电极静电场分布,进而实现感应静电场与两相流场的耦合计算,分析了浆液荷电条件下的两相流场特性及其对脱硫效果的影响.结果表明:电场强度分布基本对称于脱硫塔轴线,随着与电极距离的增加场强衰减迅速;浆液滴荷电使射流区外侧卷吸区域加大,浆液滴速度下降,电极附近射流影响区域变短,有利于加强两相接触和SO2吸收,同向并流的荷电脱硫增益更明显.  相似文献

利用PIV技术对气液两相流场与电场耦合作用下的外混式双流体雾化器荷电喷雾流场特性进行了测量研究,设计了一种带环形气幕的荷电感应装置,以控制喷雾射流在感应荷电过程中出现的液滴卷吸.结果表明:当水流量Q由20 L·h-1增加到36 L·h-1时,射流核心区速度增大,喷雾结构逐渐呈现非对称性,随着流量的增大非对称性越明显;扇形压力pR、雾化压力pB对喷雾流场的对称性及喷雾锥角的变化起重要作用;高压静电作用使得喷雾锥角略微增大,上卷吸现象明显并出现涡旋结构,长时间工作时电极环易积液;电极环气幕压力为100 k Pa时,其低压气流可以有效弱化细小液滴的上卷吸运动,解决电极环积液问题,荷电双流体雾化器运行稳定.  相似文献

采用标准κ-ε模型、RNGκ—ε模型结合壁面函数以及低雷诺数κ—ε模型,对半封闭圆管冲击射流流场的平均速度、湍动能分布和Nu数分布进行了数值计算,并将此3种模型的计算结果与文献中的测量结果进行了比较.结果表明:3种湍流模型都未能完全准确地预测冲击射流场的流动特性与传热特性,其中标准κ—ε模型和低雷诺数κ—ε模型的结果很差,而RNGκ—ε模型的结果与其它两种模型相比更接近实验值。  相似文献

针对引射流动三维湍流流动的特点,应用κ-ε、S-A以及k-ω湍流模型分别对三维引射流动进行了数值模拟。比较引射流量的数值结果与实验结果表明,湍流模型的选取对数值结果具有较大影响,采用k-ω模型进行模拟可以较为准确地预测引射流量。  相似文献

远程喷雾降尘是基于环保理念广泛应用于城镇除霾及矿山除尘的常见方式。为提高喷雾降尘效果,基于SOLIDWORKS与ICEM联合建立远程喷雾机几何模型,选用标准k-ε湍流模型以及DPM计算模型构造射流流场模型,利用FLUENT软件研究喷嘴出水口孔径与水流入射角对雾粒雾化浓度及射程的影响。在定水泵功率和定风机功率条件下,分别对喷嘴出水口直径为2,4,6,8和10 mm的5种工况以及水流入射角在0°,15°,30°,45°,60°和75°的6种工况进行数值模拟研究,分析两相射流流场特性,得出雾粒雾化浓度与射程变化规律。结果表明:在定水泵功率和定风机功率,变喷嘴出水口直径和变水流入射角工况下,分别在喷嘴出口孔径为4mm和水流入射角为60°时,喷嘴雾粒分散度及密度分布比较理想且射程达到最大,雾化除尘效果较好。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
