四种枳实中药材柚皮甙、橙皮甙和辛弗林含量的比较分析

枳实是一种中药材,为来源于芸香科(Rutaceae)柑桔属(CitrusL.)和枳属(PoncirusRaf.)的部分植物干燥幼果.具有破气消积,化痰散痞的功效.本研究采用高效液相色谱法分别测定了绿衣枳实、鹅眼枳实、柚和酸橙(代代)中主要有效成分柚皮甙、橙皮甙和辛弗林的质量分数.结果表明,这4种枳实中药材在这几种有效成分含量上存在较明显差异.柚皮甙的质量分数以柚最高,可达13.872%;橙皮甙的质量分数以绿衣枳实最高,为0.100%;辛弗林的质量分数以鹅眼枳实最高,为29.128%.由于枳实药材的药性与其有效成分的含量密切相关,所以明确这4种枳实药材中有效成分的含量对药材的品质和用量都具有指导意义.     

蒙成药乌得吧拉-8胶囊剂的薄层鉴别研究

为了保证产品质量和临床疗效的稳定,采用薄层层析法对蒙成药乌得吧拉-8胶囊剂中的沙棘、蓝盆花、栀子、甘草进行了鉴别研究.选出每味药的薄层层析各项条件.结果特征斑点清晰,重现性好,方法简便.为该成药质量控制研究提供了参考依据.     

用薄层层析法测定洋素馨中香精油含量

用硅胶 GF2 54薄层板进行层析 ,用薄层层析扫描仪以紫外吸收扫描方式进行扫描 ,测定洋素馨中香精油的成份     

诺氟沙星缓释片的质量标准研究

用紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星缓释片的含量,于257 nm波长处测定其吸收值,结果显示诺氟沙星在1～8 μg/mL 浓度范围内与吸收值线性关系良好,r=0.999?@9.平均回收率为100.29,RSD为0.69.用薄层层析法对有关降解产物进行检查,主斑点无拖尾,主斑点与杂质斑点分离度大,重线性好,所有斑点的Rf 值均在0.2～0.8 .     

薄层层析法分离辣椒色素

目的：大黄蛰虫丸中的水蛭进行薄层层析（TLC分析）。方法：采用薄层层析法。结果：在展开系统中,水蛭中所含的有效成分能分离,并得到清晰、特异性的斑点。结论：该法为大黄蛰虫丸的定性鉴别和质量标准提供了依据。

本文为2—苯基吲哚(1)的光氧化反应体系建立了一种薄层层析—紫外分光光度定量分离分析方法。该法灵敏、简便准确度和精密度均好。     

复方降糖宁颗粒的质量标准的研究

对复方降糖宁颗粒中桑椹子、马齿苋、玉米须进行薄层层析分析。采用薄层层析法,在分别不同的展开系统中,马齿苋、桑椹子、玉米须、均能得到清晰、特异性的斑点。该法为复方降糖宁颗粒剂的定性鉴别和质量标准提供了依据。     

TLCS法测定四种中成药中橙皮甙含量

在碱性硅胶G薄层板上，以乙酸乙酯－甲醇－H2O（10：2：1.3）为展开剂，采用双波长扫描法对保和丸、健脾丸、健胃消食片和开胸顺气丸四种中成药中的橙皮甙含量进行了测定，结果表明，当橙皮甙点样量在0.48-2.40μg之间，紫外吸光度与点样量呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y＝11822.69X-1195.31，保和丸、健脾丸、健胃消食片和开胸顺气丸的平均回收率（RSD）分别为：100.87％（2.84%),98.29%(2.91%),98.49%(1.73%)和98.16%(2.18%)。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
