考虑轮齿在啮合过程中温升及轮齿表面粗糙度的影响,应用Johnson的承载因子理论分析了渐开线圆柱齿轮在高速运动时,不同载荷下其承载油膜的膜厚、剪应力以及摩擦因数沿啮合方向的分布情况,并对比分析了粗糙度对上述参数产生的影响.数值结果表明:齿轮在高速运转时,仍不可避免有粗糙峰的接触;温升明显使膜厚减小,并且沿啮合线这种差别逐渐增加;剪切应力在单双齿啮合区的交替点发生突变,摩擦因数有阶跃变化.啮合节点处剪切应力骤降为0,摩擦因数在此处有波动.  相似文献

摆线等距线齿轮是近年来研制的一种新型齿轮传动。它是利用互为全包络曲线的摆线等距线作为共轭曲线的一种齿轮机构,其特点为:①双摆线啮合;②在节点附近近似面接触;③齿廓间形成包油腔。应用摆线等距线齿轮组成的内啮合一齿差行星减速器与摆线针轮减速器相比,具有效率高、承载能力大和结构简单等优点。本文通过理论阐述和试验结果,证实了摆线等距线齿轮的优点。  相似文献

建立一种考虑摩擦力、时变啮合刚度及阻尼、综合啮合误差及内齿圈柔性的节点外啮合行星齿轮平移-扭转动力学模型。推导系统多自由度的动力学微分方程组并采用四阶-五阶Runge-Kutta法求解方程,得到系统的振动响应。分析柔性齿圈、摩擦力以及节点外系数对系统均载特性的影响。研究结果表明:表面摩擦力是系统内部激励源,会加剧系统振动,而对于节点外啮合行星齿轮,在啮合过程中摩擦力不换向,改善系统的振动。行星齿轮系统采用具有一定柔性的齿圈会提高系统内啮合载荷分配的均匀性,对于节点外啮合行星齿轮而言,均载系数随着节点外系数的变化呈现"U"型变化趋势。  相似文献

在SolidWorks环境下建立齿轮三维实体模型,将生成的一对齿轮模型进行齿轮啮合标准安装生成啮合模型.通过COSMOS/Works软件网格化成由节点元素组成的有限元模型,施加载荷,进行了齿轮接触应力计算分析,获得了齿轮的接触应力云图,并通过赫兹压力理论验证了基于COSMOS/Works进行有限元分析的正确性,从而实现CAD与CAE的一体化.  相似文献

研究面齿轮传动啮合效率的理论计算方法,分析面齿轮设计参数对其传动啮合效率的影响。应用面齿轮传动啮合理论,建立含安装误差的啮合分析模型;根据面齿轮轮齿接触分析(TCA),数值计算啮合点的坐标和法向量。结合传动效率的定义,计算得到啮合点的瞬时啮合效率以及传动平均啮合效率;分析小齿轮齿数、传动比和安装误差对面齿轮传动啮合效率的影响规律。研究结果表明:面齿轮传动瞬时啮合效率随面齿轮滚动角的增大而先增大后减小,啮合至节点处达最大值;当齿间摩擦因数为0.1,面齿轮传动啮合效率达98.79%;面齿轮传动啮合效率随着小齿轮齿数的增加而增加,随着传动比的增加而减小;安装误差对面齿轮传动啮合效率有显著影响。通过控制安装误差范围,可减小面齿轮传动啮合效率损失,这对高性能面齿轮传动设计有参考价值。  相似文献

根据齿轮系统的振动运动,建立了在振动条件下齿轮副实际中心线方程和理论啮合线方程,分析论证了实际中心线和理论啮合线的运动及实际啮合线的形态.结果表明,由于系统振动的原因,齿轮副的实际中心线和理论啮合线是以平面运动方式变化的,实际啮合线(即啮合点的轨迹)是一条曲线.同时,系统振动还使啮合齿对提前或迟后进入啮合、提前或迟后退出啮合.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
