用修正AWE法分析高速集成电路中互连线时域响应

当用波形渐进估值（ＡＷＥ）法分析传输电导为很小或近似为零的情况时,导数不存在或难于收敛,基于多芯片组件（ＭＣＭ）和印刷电路板（ＰＣＢ）中介质相对损耗很小,即互连线电导很小或近似为零,通过修正ＡＷＥ法,用于模拟电导Ｇ很小或近似为零的有耗传输线,这种方法是基于对传播常数函数有理近似,从而得到更简单形式的频域传输线电报方程,然后在频域通过模式匹配,Ｐａｄｅ有理逼近,得到传递函数响应,最后结合递归卷积运算

当用波形渐进估值法 (AWE)分析传输线电导为很小或近似为零的情况时 ,导数不存在或难于收敛 ;而在一般情况下 ,多芯片组件 (MCM)和印刷电路板 (PCB)中介质相对损耗很小 ,即互连线电导很小或近似为零 .本文通过修正波形渐近估值法 ,用于模拟电导 G很小或近似为零的有耗传输线 ,这种方法是基于对传播常数函数有理近似 ,从而得到更简单形式的频域传输线电报方程 ,求导过程非常简单、容易 ,且效率高 ;然后在频域通过模式匹配、Pade有理逼近 ,得到传递函数响应 ,最后结合递归卷积运算获取节点时域响应。应用实例表明 ,这种方法具有较高精度 ,是进行高速 MCM、PCB电路设计的有效工具 .     

一种高速VLSI中布线系统模拟软件

传统的特征线法在用于求解无耗传输线时虽有简单的递归形式,且计算效率较高,但不能用于一般的有耗传输线,通过适当的参数修正后,导出了用于一般有耗均匀传输线递归形式的计算公式。记叙虎法只需计算传输线两端的电流和电压,计算效率高且节省内存,从改进节点法出发,将该算法模拟的时域模型等效为多端口器件,以此处理高速ＶＬＳＩ布线系统中的互连线,导出了其等效模型适用于改进节点法的构造方程,并设计了相应的布线系统通用     

多芯片组件传输线的建模与模拟

建立了一种用于多芯片组件传输线建模与模拟的新方法ＲＥＴ，能快速而有效地计算出单根和耦合有耗传输线的瞬态响应。ＲＥＴ通过把传输函数的倒数展开麦克劳林级数，进而用一个低阶系统来逼近传输线互连系统。     

广义传输线方程结合Pade逼近分析分割地参考面的影响

首先介绍了广义传输线方程在有耗非均匀传输线中的应用,基于此方法对经过割裂地参考平面的微带线进行了分析,通过Pade逼近利用数个频点的解得到一个较宽频率范围内的等效电路,并用等效电路计算S参数,计算结果与全波仿真的结果一致.     

高速集成电路互连线特征法的电导修正时域宏模型

提出了一种终端接任意负载的有耗传输线的瞬态分析模型。这种方法基于对有耗无畸变传输线的一阶电导修正，得到了一般有耗线的瞬态时域响应。该方法的优点是可以节省计算时间和内存，且是稳定的。经对该方法进行误差分析，指出了在满足给定计算精度下的限定条件。     

多芯片组件(MCM)互连瞬态响应研究的新方法

提出了一种新的多导体传输线的通用Ｔ型单元模型,并在此模型的基础上提出了一种新方法来研究ＭＣＭ互连线的瞬态响应。将非均匀,耦合,有耗多导体传输线分段,每段由一频域的ＧＴＣ模拟,根据ＧＴＣ的ＡＢＣＤ矩阵得出多导体的ＡＢＣＤ矩阵,接着将其麦克劳林展开式嵌入网络的修改节点方程并求得电路的频域冲击响应,利用指数衰减多项式（ＥＤＰＦ）求得时域冲击响应,最后利用递归卷积法求得任意激励下的电路响应。本算法的效率与     

有耗传输线的阻抗图

本文利用微波传输线理论,在无耗传输线阻抗圆图的基础上;参考有关教材和资料,概括和总结出有耗传输线阻抗图的构成和使用方法,本文为计算有耗传输线的阻抗和其它参数提供了简便可靠的方法。     

时域有耗传输线灵敏度分析的一种新方法

讨论了有耗耦合传输线系统的去耦过程，在此基础上结合单根线灵敏度分析的时域特征法提出了一种对有耗线进行灵敏度分析的新方法，该方法可以适用于非线性网络的分析处理，与时域特征法对实际电路计算结果相比较表明，两者灵敏度分析结果基本相同，且本文的方法可以对传输线完全去耦，过程简单，理论上更精确。     

无耗均匀传输线的工作状态分析

传输线上终端接不同的负载时，具有不同的工作状态，分析这些工作状态下的特性对微波电路的分析和设计极为有用。当传输线上的损耗较小被忽略时，可看作无耗均匀传输线。本文对无耗均匀传输线的3种工作状态、9种终端负载进行了详细的分析，并根据分析结果使用MATLAB实现了无耗均匀传输线工作状态的模拟仿真。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
