设备空闲时间段调整的设备驱动综合调度算法

针对设备驱动的综合调度算法没有考虑工序的结束时间,以及其同设备加工的下一道不可调度工序的开始时间形成该设备的空闲时间段可缩短的调度优化问题,提出了设备空闲时间段调整的设备驱动综合调度算法.该算法为使空闲设备即将加工的不可调度工序提前加工,缩短了设备闲置等待时间,提出该不可调度工序的最短加工路径,通过优先加工该路径上工序,使其紧前工序尽早加工完成.实例验证该算法可以有效缩短设备空闲等待时间,提高设备利用率.      

基于设备驱动的综合柔性调度冲突调解算法

设备驱动时刻按最短加工用时确定工序设备,为避免两个设备选择同一工序发生冲突导致可调度工序延迟完成影响调度结果的问题,提出基于设备驱动的综合柔性调度冲突调解算法. 该算法分别从可调度工序集中为发生冲突的两个空闲设备选择加工时间次短的预调度工序,通过对可能加工的组合方案预调度,选择设备驱动时刻尽早结束的组合方案调度;当存在一个空闲设备有多个可调度最短加工工序时,采用实质短路径策略确定调度工序. 分析和实例表明,本文算法可缩短存在设备/工序选择冲突的综合柔性调度总加工时间.      

考虑后续工序且批处理工序数为2的批综合调度算法

提出了考虑后续工序且批处理工序数为2的批综合调度算法.该算法根据复杂产品具有树状工艺结构的特点,对非批处理设备上的工序采用已有的优先级、调度长路径和长用时策略调度;对批处理设备上的工序,综合考虑先行工序和后续工序的加工时间对批处理的影响,当被等待工序非批处理延迟时间大于批处理时批处理工序的后续工序加工时间之差时,等待工序与被等待工序一同批处理.通过采用批处理判断策略、提前最大化策略以及并行最大化策略使批处理调度结果更合理.理论分析和实例证明,该算法可使批处理工序数为2的批综合调度结果更优,而且复杂度不超过二次多项式.
     

分批次均衡处理的非对称三车间综合调度算法

针对复杂产品在非对称三车间生产调度的问题,提出分批次均衡处理的非对称三车间综合调度算法。该算法先按设备所在车间属性将设备分成非对称资源、局部对称资源和对称资源。对非对称资源上工序根据设备属性确定车间,局部对称和对称资源上可按加工工序采用批次处理,其中部分工序按提出的工序关联策略确定车间,不能确定车间的工序形成缓存集,按提出的排列均衡调整策略确定集中工序的车间。已确定车间工序采用长路径等策略确定调度次序,再根据工序约束条件确定加工时间。通过实例分析,该算法可在二次复杂度内解决非对称三车间综合调度,提高非对称设备利用率。      

单件车间关键工序调度问题的定界算法

提出了一种以“定界权值”为主要参数的求解有交货期的单件车间生产调度问题的定界算法。引入“关键工序定界权值、非关键工序定界权值”的概念，并依据“关键工序排序加工，非关键工序即刻加工”的构想，确定工件各工序的加工时间范围，并根据计算结果编制机台作业计划。当关键工序加工时间发生冲突时，修正其定界权值，重新计算其加工时间范围。该方法简化问题，运算速度提高。     

网络图虚工序研究的集合分解法

本文讨论了箭线网络图绘制中的虚中序确定与紧前工序集合之间的关系，用紧前工序集的相交子集分解方法确定主要虚工序，并通过紧后集和紧前工序集序号实现工序关系数字化处理。     

基于准时制的时间成本双目标作业调度优化

提出了一种基于混合遗传算法的以生产周期和生产成本为优化目标的作业调度方法，该方法采用Giffler-Thompson启发式调度算法产生活动的调度，基于工序编码的染色体决定了工序调度的优先级，在启发式调度算法产生的冲突集合中，根据工序的优先级选择下一步安排加工的工序，混合遗传运算在全全局范围内搜索具有最优调度工序优先级的染色体，同时，在GifflerThompson的启发式算法中，采用了反向调度的策略，即从工件的交货期开始，先安排最后一道生产工序，然后依次安排前一道生产工序，直到工件的第一道工序调度完毕，形成一个完整的调度方案，在算法中，不仅考虑了工件的生产周期和多个工艺计划，而且考虑了库存费用和加工费用，设计了基于生产周期和生产成本的双目标适应度函数，算例结果表明该方法是可行的。     

多目标模糊柔性作业车间调度问题优化

为降低柔性作业车间调度中的能耗,针对实际制造车间中工序加工时间和交货期的不确定性,将加工时间和交货期采用模糊数表示,建立以完工时间、平均满意度和最小满意度为柔性作业车间调度问题的多目标函数。同时设计了邻域遗传算法(GANS)求解该问题,算法采用机器选择的方法产生初始种群,并采用工序插入式方法对染色体进行解码;采用动态交叉概率及改进精英保留策略来保证种群的多样性和加快算法的收敛速度;并提出一种基于移动模糊关键工序的邻域结构来加强算法的局部搜索能力。最后通过数值实验验证了模型和算法的有效性和可行性,并对4个基准问题进行测试。结果表明:该算法在求解的精度、鲁棒性和解集的分布性方面与传统算法相比具有一定的优势,是一种有效的求解模糊柔性作业车间调度问题的新方法。     

自适应RGV动态调度模型与仿真

针对车间中RGV为CNC上料的调度问题,提出一种基于排队论方法和FIFS准则的RGV动态调度模型,给出CNC工序分配方式和RGV调度算法,通过MATLAB软件分别进行单工序和双工序2种工作状态下的仿真,研究其在应对机器故障等突发状况时的适应能力。结果表明:基于排队论的RGV动态调度模型是一种周期性的自适应调度模型,在面对突发状况时能够及时作出调整,自适应能力强。     

考虑运输时间的紧前约束下柔性作业车间调度

针对紧前工序对机床主件制造车间生产调度的影响,结合运输时间分析紧前工序的四种表现形式,建立各形式紧前工序约束模型．引入模糊运输时间的概念,利用三角模糊数确定确切的工件运输时间,构建考虑运输时间的紧前约束下的四目标柔性作业车间调度模型,设计基于勾股模糊前景值的最优觅食算法求解该调度模型．算法中将勾股模糊数与前景理论结合,将目标函数值映射为模糊数,利用基于直角三角形形心的距离测度评估模糊信息,基于距离测度体现个体选择时的偏好,通过双理想参考模糊数前景值函数获取综合前景值判断非劣解质量,引导最优觅食算法进化．通过算例、实例测试和真实生产案例仿真验证了所提算法性能强于四个经典的多目标智能优化算法．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
