采用cDNA末端快速扩增(rapid amplification of cDNA ends,RACE)技术,对纤毛虫原生动物扇形游仆虫(Euplotes vannus)谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)cDNA特征进行分析.获得扇形游仆虫GPx cDNA全长序列,为672 bp,编码182个氨基酸,属硫氧还蛋白超家族,含有3个催化残基和3个特征性基序.氨基酸序列与其他纤毛虫物种同源性较高,亲缘关系较近.     

白菜快速碱化因子基因BcMF14的克隆及序列分析

快速碱化因子是近年来新发现的一种植物多肽类信号分子．从一个在‘矮脚黄’白菜雄性不育两用系的可育株系中特异表达的cDNA—AFLP差异片段入手,采用RACE技术克隆了该片段的基因,将其命名为BcMF14,全长581bp,不含内含子,开放阅读框长度为240bp,编码79个氨基酸．序列分析结果表明该基因与花椰菜、拟南芥等的快速碱化因子基因cDNA序列有很高的相似性,证明BcMF14属于快速碱化因子家族．

随着现代分子生物学的发展,许多物种,特别是拟南芥等模式生物的整个基因组序列以及其中一部分基因的功能已经比较清楚,但仍然存在大量功能未知的基因有待进一步研究,从已知片段出发,利用cDNA末端快速扩增（rapid amplification of cDNA ends,RACE）技术钓取基因全长,并结合生物信息学技术预测蛋白质结构,是研究未知基因功能的一种重要手段．     

扇形游仆虫谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶cDNA的克隆及序列特征分析

采用cDNA 末端快速扩增( rapid amplification of cDNA ends,RACE) 技术,对纤毛虫原生动物扇形游仆虫（Euplotes vannus）GPx cDNA特征进行分析. 克隆到扇形游仆虫GPx cDNA全长序列为672bp,该序列编码182个氨基酸,属硫氧还蛋白超家族,且具有一定的保守性,含有3个催化残基和3个特征性基序．氨基酸序列进化分析结果表明,扇形游仆虫与其他纤毛虫物种同源性较高,亲缘关系较近,研究结果为扇形游仆虫GPx在生态毒理学的应用提供基础信息．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
