论我国区域经济增长机制

区域经济增长机制是区域经济发展的源泉，包括动力机制、传递机制和协调机制。区域经济增长是区域经济发展的源泉，是保证区域经济持续、稳定和协调发展的重要基础。要实现区域经济高速增长，必须建立运行良好、系统完整的区域经济增长机制。     

东北经济区区域经济协作运行机制研究

加强东北经济区（东北三省同内蒙古东部地区）的区域经济协作,是应对区域经济一体化大趋势的必然选择,也是市场经济条件下区域经济发展的内在客观要求。通过分析“泛珠三角”“长三角”区域经济协作运行机制,根据东北三省和内蒙古的实际,提出了构建东北经济区区域经济协作的信息交互机制、利益补偿机制、评价激励机制、行为约束机制等。强调在加强合作机制创新,打造东北经济共同体,区域合作机制创新中要实现三个转变和五大构建方案。     

适应低碳经济的区域低碳创新系统研究

在全球气候变化和全球低碳经济的背景下,研究区域低碳创新系统模型及支撑机制具有重要的理论与现实意义。首先界定了低碳经济下区域低碳创新系统的内涵;进而设计了由外部环境、区域低碳创新主体以及区域低碳创新客体构成的区域低碳创新系统模型,探讨了各构成要素在系统中的角色与作用;最后构建了由投融资机制以及宏观政策构成的区域低碳创新系统的支撑机制。研究结论对促进低碳经济的发展有一定的参考价值。     

重大自然灾害对区域经济的影响——以玉树地震为例

玉树地震造成了巨大经济损失。本文主要从区域经济增长、区域产业和区域就业三个方面分析了玉树地震对区域经济的影响。同时指出，通过构建和完善灾害应急处理机制、加快建设城市（区域）应急联动系统，能够降低重大自然灾害对区域经济的负面影响。     

跨区域低碳经济协同创新发展动力机制研究

分析认为基于区域外部的低碳动力协同创新机制主要来自国际趋势及国际呼声、社会舆论及低碳文化、低碳技术共享机制和低碳政策激励机制4个方面;内部的低碳动力协同创新机制主要是区域自身经济利益驱动及低碳竞争机制,它们为实现跨区域低碳经济的协同创新发展提供了动力源。     

区域行政法治机制建立之必要性与基本思路——以成都经济区为例

区域经济一体化的核心是区域行政法治一体化。建立行政法治机制,是经济区的整体性、协作性、系统性和互补性的客观要求。以成都经济区为例,只有建立起成都经济区的行政协调组织机制、行政立法机制、行政执法机制、行政规划机制等,才能保障成都经济区经济一体化的健康发展。

交通、邮电网络基础设施是特定区域经济开发的瓶颈资源。本文分析了两种网络和区域经济开发的辩证关系，探讨了两种网络对区域经济开发的重要作用及其发展机制，最后，提出了区域经济开发中的网络发展战略。

平等机制、社会繁荣机制、科技进步机制、对于新增生产力的促进保护协调和统筹机制是重要的城乡统筹机制。在中央政府良好政策引导下,运用组织和制度资源去推动区域经济一体化,从而塑造区域整体优势的城乡统筹协调发展,是中国特色城镇化的必由之路。     

区域经济联合协作的动力机制研究

区域经济联合协作是区域经济发展过程中地区之间经济关系形成与演进的重要模式，本文在探讨区域经济联合协作发展的内在规律基础上，认为相互信任，资源依赖和经济互补性是区域经济联合的本质特征；区域利益的协调和竞争机制是区域经济联合的主要形成机制，市场，计划与行政手段的综合协调是区域经济联合的运行机制，在经济联合过程中政府一般起着桥梁和纽带作用，企业是全成参与区域经济联合的主体，有关的法律法规建设是区域经济联合发展有序化和正规化的重要保障。     

江苏省产业集聚与区域经济竞争力的互动关系研究

产业集聚与区域经济竞争力之间存在相互联系和影响,而关于两者相互关系的研究也日益重要。在分析产业集聚与区域经济竞争力互动机制的基础上,构建产业集聚和区域经济竞争力的评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对江苏省的产业集聚和区域经济竞争力进行测度,并运用回归分析方法对两者的关系进行实证分析,结果表明:江苏省产业集聚和区域经济竞争力之间具有高度相关性,产业集聚的提高可以大大促进区域经济竞争力的提高;区域经济竞争力的提高也可以在一定程度上促进产业集聚的提高。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
