研究了在封闭体系中B Z振荡反应测定间苯二酚的条件 ,建立了测定痕量间苯二酚的新方法 .当 [KBrO3]=0 2 5mol/L ,[CH2 (COOH) 2 ]=0 5mol/L ,[Ce(SO4 ) 2 ]=0 0 4mol/L ,[H2 SO4 ]=0 8mol/L时 ,间苯二酚在 6 5×10 - 7mol/L~ 1 0× 10 - 5mol/L范围内 ,浓度与振幅改变值ΔA呈线性关系 ,检出限为 6 0× 10 - 7mol/L .用于废水中间苯二酚的测定 ,回收率为 99% .  相似文献

建立了极谱测定邻甲基苯甲酸中邻苯二甲酸含量的方法。在 6.4× 1 0 -2 mol/L H3 PO4-KH2 PO4( p H 1 .82 )缓冲溶液中 ,邻苯二甲酸极谱催化氢波的峰电位 EP为 - 1 .32 V ( vs. SCE) ,其二阶导数峰峰电流 i″p 与邻苯二甲酸浓度在 5 .0× 1 0 -7~ 4.0× 1 0 -5mol/L和 4.0× 1 0 -5~ 2 .0× 1 0 -3mol/L范围内呈线性关系。1 0次测量 1 .0× 1 0 -5mol/L邻苯二甲酸还原波二阶导数峰峰电流 ,相对标准偏差 RSD为 1 .7% ,5 0 0 ( w/w)倍邻甲基苯甲酸不干扰测定邻苯二甲酸时。  相似文献

槐米中芦丁和槲皮素的毛细管电泳-电化学检测   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
用毛细管区带电泳 -电化学检测法测定了中药槐米中芦丁和槲皮素的含量。研究了电极电位、电解液酸度和浓度、电泳电压及进样时间等对电泳的影响 ,得到了较为优化的测定条件。以直径为 30 0 μm的碳圆盘电极为检测电极 ,电极电位为 0 .90V (vs .SCE) ,在 10 0mmol/L硼酸盐缓冲液 (pH 9.0 )中 ,上述两组分在 10min内完全分离。芦丁和槲皮素浓度与电泳峰电流分别在 7.5× 10 - 7~ 1.0× 10 - 3和 5 .0× 10 - 7~ 1.0× 10 - 3mol/L范围内呈良好线性 ,检测下限分别为 4 .34× 10 - 7和 2 .2 5× 10 - 6 mol/L。 7次测定含 5 .0× 10 - 4 mol/L芦丁和槲皮素的试样溶液 ,峰高的相对标准偏差分别为 2 .5 6 %和 4 .11% ,五次测得的平均回收率分别为 97.80 %和 96 .84 %  相似文献

尿β2—MG对尿路感染定位诊断价值的探讨   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
目的 验证尿 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)在尿路感染 (尿感 )定位诊断中的价值 .方法 用放射免疫技术对 130例尿感病人进行尿 β2 MG质量浓度测定 ,其中 ,上尿感 6 0例 ,下尿感 70例 .结果  6 0例上尿感尿 β2 MG平均值为 770 .0 6 μg/L± 5 49.0 7μg/L ,70例下尿感尿 β2 MG平均值为 15 3 .5 0 μg/L± 71.36 μg/L ,两者之间差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) .6 0例上尿感中 5 6例尿 β2 MG高于 2 30 μg/L,阳性率 93 .3 % ;70例下尿感中 5例尿 β2 MG高于 2 30μg/L,阳性率为 7.1% ,两者差异比较显著 (P <0 .0 1) .尿 β2 MG测定对尿感定位诊断的特异性为 91.8% ,能正确区分上、下尿感的可靠性为 93.1% .结论 尿 β2 MG测定是鉴别上、下尿路感染的可靠、可行、快速、简便和非侵入性方法 .  相似文献

足月新生儿微量血胆红素的测定及其临床应用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的 :(1)制定清远地区足月新生儿不同日龄 (1~ 10d)的微量血胆红素动态变化值 ;(2 )探讨黄疸的临床分度与微量血胆红素测定值的相关性。方法 :5 0 0例正常足月新生儿为A组 ,于出生后第 1~ 10d ,每天同一时间测定微量血胆红素一次 ;2 0 0例黄疸组为B组 ,于出生后第 3~ 7d每天测一次微量血胆红素 ,由专人用双盲法对黄疸进行分度 ,分别计算出相应胆红素 (SB)均值及标准差。结果 :(1)正常足月新生儿生后第 2~ 3d开始出现黄疸 ,第 5~ 6d达高峰 ,平均峰值为(2 12 2 5± 5 7) μmol/L ,第 10d下降至 (171 4 5± 2 8 8) μmol/L ,男女性别无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。(2 )临床判断无、轻度、中度、重度黄疸所对应的胆红素分别为 (12 8 2 5± 33 6 0 )、(2 0 2 35± 4 3 0 5 )、(2 6 3 70± 6 4 2 0 )、(2 95 5 0± 5 1 90 ) μmol/L。 结论 :正常足月新生儿黄疸出现的时间与国内外其他报道相似 ,但其生理性黄疸的诊断标准略高于传统标准。当胆红素大于相应的 x±s、 x± 2s或临床诊断为中度、重度黄疸 ,则应给予适当治疗。  相似文献

SiO2 超细粉作为结合剂,以三聚磷酸钠和金属铝粉为添加剂,研究无水泥结合耐火浇注料.实验表明,当SiO2超细粉、三聚磷酸钠、铝粉、加水量的加入量分别为7%、0.23%、0.8%、3.68%时,常温(18-20℃)抗折强度为5.13 Mpa,耐压强度为4.55 Mpa,高温(1400℃2h)抗折强度迭74.88 MPa,耐压强度为13.18 MPa,烧后线变化率为0.424%.  相似文献

紫外双波长光度法可以消除苯酚和苯胺的相互干扰 ,实现水中酚类和苯胺类物质的同时测定 ,所采用的双波长对为 2 0 9.0~ 2 39.8nm和 2 30 .0~ 2 5 3.5nm ,水样的 pH值应控制在 6 .6± 0 .2。水中K ,Na ,Ca2 ,Mg2 ,Cl-和OH-的浓度低于 2 0 0mg/L时不干扰酚类与苯胺类物质的测定 ,油类物质的干扰可通过萃取法消除。紫外双波长光度法测定酚类物质的线性范围为 0~ 2 0mg/L ,检出极限为 0 .0 5mg/L ;测定苯胺类物质的线性范围为 0~ 12mg/L ,检出极限为 0 .0 0 7mg/L。实际水样的加标回收实验和合成水样分析结果表明 ,本方法的相对误差绝对值小于 4.93% ,且操作简便、测试准确 ,可满足微量酚类和苯胺类物质的测定要求  相似文献

探讨了在表面活性剂作用下 ,用双硫腙 -乙醇体系分光光度法测定样品中微量锌的条件及应用 .实验结果表明 :在 p H6.5~ 6.8的溶液中加入掩蔽剂 ,在有表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺 ( CTMAB)的存在下 ,锌 ( II)与双硫腙形成稳定的紫红色络合物 ,其络合比为 1∶ 2 ,最大吸收波长为 5 90 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 9.2 2× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1 · cm- 1 ,锌含量在 7.5~ 3 0μg/ 5 0 m L范围内服从比耳定律 .此法操作简便 ,显色稳定 ,灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,可用于水样中锌的测定 ,回收率在 97.0 %~ 1 0 0 .7%之间  相似文献

The catalytic effect of metal oxide/alumina whiskers(CeO_2, Mn_3O_4, NiO, Co_3O_4, Fe_2O_3, Cr_2O_3/AW) was evaluated on their ability to drive the nitridation of silicon and to generate mesoporous fibrous silicon networks.Silicon powder with different particles size along with the catalyst was nitridized at 1300 °C for 5 h in nitrogen and nitrogen diluted with 10 vol% ammonia atmospheres. Nitridation degree of silicon up to 99% was recorded using 1.5 wt% CeO_2 and Fe_2O_3 catalysts in nitrogen-ammonia atmosphere. The catalyzed samples contain submicronic silicon nitride fibres with a diameter of 400–500 nm and a length of up to few micrometers. The compressive strength of 46 ± 1 MPa was measured for silicon samples catalyzed with nickel oxide/alumina whiskers and nitridized in N_2/10 vol%NH_3 atmosphere. Porous silicon nitride networks were produced with 45–52% porosity, pore sizes in the range of 370–1200 nm and median pore in the range of 495–1655 nm.  相似文献

为提高废弃晶硅太阳能电池板中银、硅等有价值材料的回收率,采用针-辊式静电分选机对静电分选中影响分选效率的设备参数进行了实验探究.首先通过单因素实验确定因素范围,再通过正交实验确定银和硅分选的最佳参数配置.实验结果表明:在最佳参数配置下银的分选效率为94.37%,硅的分选效率为78.58%;实验最佳参数配置为电晕极角度80 °,极间距80 mm,电压27.5 kV,转速90 r/min.本研究为静电分选废弃晶硅太阳能电池板中银和硅的实验参数设置提供了依据.  相似文献

Metal interconnections are expected to become the limiting factor for the performance of electronic systems as transistors continue to shrink in size. Replacing them by optical interconnections, at different levels ranging from rack-to-rack down to chip-to-chip and intra-chip interconnections, could provide the low power dissipation, low latencies and high bandwidths that are needed. The implementation of optical interconnections relies on the development of micro-optical devices that are integrated with the microelectronics on chips. Recent demonstrations of silicon low-loss waveguides, light emitters, amplifiers and lasers approach this goal, but a small silicon electro-optic modulator with a size small enough for chip-scale integration has not yet been demonstrated. Here we experimentally demonstrate a high-speed electro-optical modulator in compact silicon structures. The modulator is based on a resonant light-confining structure that enhances the sensitivity of light to small changes in refractive index of the silicon and also enables high-speed operation. The modulator is 12 micrometres in diameter, three orders of magnitude smaller than previously demonstrated. Electro-optic modulators are one of the most critical components in optoelectronic integration, and decreasing their size may enable novel chip architectures.  相似文献

By combining neurophysiological principles with silicon engineering, we have produced an analog integrated circuit with the functional characteristics of real nerve cells. Because the physics underlying the conductivity of silicon devices and biological membranes is similar, the 'silicon neuron' is able to emulate efficiently the ion currents that cause nerve impulses and control the dynamics of their discharge. It operates in real-time and consumes little power, and many 'neurons' can be fabricated on a single silicon chip. The silicon neuron represents a step towards constructing artificial nervous systems that use more realistic principles of neuronal computation than do existing electronic neuronal networks.  相似文献

Considerable effort is being expended on the development of efficient silicon light-emitting devices compatible with silicon-based integrated circuit technology. Although several approaches are being explored, all presently suffer from low emission efficiencies, with values in the 0.01-0.1% range regarded as high. Here we report a large increase in silicon light-emitting diode power conversion efficiency to values above 1% near room temperature-close to the values of representative direct bandgap emitters of a little more than a decade ago. Our devices are based on normally weak one- and two-phonon assisted sub-bandgap light-emission processes. Their design takes advantage of the reciprocity between light absorption and emission by maximizing absorption at relevant sub-bandgap wavelengths while reducing the scope for parasitic non-radiative recombination within the diode. Each feature individually is shown to improve the emission efficiency by a factor of ten, which accounts for the improvement by a factor of one hundred on the efficiency of baseline devices.  相似文献
