Ｎ－（４－硝基苯）－（Ｌ）－脯氨醇晶体属单斜晶系，空间群为Ｐ２１，单胞参数为：ａ＝０．５２４３（１）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．４８６０（６）ｎｍ，ｃ＝０．７１６６（１）ｎｍ，β＝１０５．１６（１）°ｖ＝０．５３８８４（ｎｍ）～３，Ｚ＝２，Ｄｃ＝１．３７０ｇ·ｃｍ～（－３），Ｆ（０００）＝２３６，μ＝０．９ｃｍ～（－１）在ＡＦＣ—５Ｒ四圆衍射仪上用ＭｏＫα射线，收集了０＜２θ＜５５．ｌ°的独立衍射点１４５７个．晶体结构 利用Ｍｕｌｔａｎ程序找出大多数非氢原子的初始坐标．后由差值Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ合成找出其它非氢原子坐 标．经全矩阵最小二乘精修，最终偏离因子为Ｒ＝０．０６０，Ｒｗ＝０．０５６．     

防落素B《Cl(C_6H_4)OCH_2COOC_4H_9》分子和晶体结构

防落素Ｂ系薄片状无色透明晶体，晶体的空间群为Ｃｃｌ５－Ｐ（ｚ１）／ｎ晶胞参数以ａ＝７．９５８（２）Ａ；ｂ＝３１．８５０（６）Ａ；ｃ＝５．２５０（３）Ａ；β＝１０６．５７（２）；Ｚ＝４；ρｏｏｓ＝１．２５克／厘米３，ρｏａｉｃ＝１．３４５克／厘米３，在四园衍射仪上用Ｍ０－Ｋα射线收录Ｉ＞１σ（Ｉ）独立衍射点１２９９个，晶体结构由直接法解出，经全矩阵最小二乘法精修，偏离因子＝０．１０２．结构分析表明，化合物中，苯环、支链羧基和正丁基三部分分别为三个平面；苯环与羧基平面交角为８、２°，苯环与正丁基平面交角为９．３°，羧基与正丁基平面交角为５．６°，苯环的－Ｃ－Ｃ－键平均键长为 １．３７０Ａ，化合物分子轴沿着晶胞ｂ轴方向排布。     

反相高效液相色谱法测定3H状元胶囊中的1α—羟基维生素D3

使用反外ＨＰＬＣ法测定３Ｈ状元胶囊中的１α－羟基维生素Ｄ３，固定相为Ｃ１８，流动相为乙腈：水（９７：３），测定波长为２６５ｎｍ标样线性范围为０．１～１．０μｇ／ｍＬ（ｒ＝０．９９８８，ｎ＝５）最低检出率为０．５ｎｇ，天内天间精密度分别为１．４１％（ｎ＝１０）和２．７２％（ｎ＝３）平均回收率为９９．１％（ＲＳＤ＝２．７８％），该方法用于测定３Ｈ求元胶囊的１α－羟基维生素Ｄ３，取得较满意的结果。     

丁基罗丹明B—钨酸钠—PVA高灵敏光度法测定痕量钯的研究

研究了在聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）存在下,钯与钨酸钠和丁基罗丹明Ｂ（ＢＲＢ）反应形成的有色离子缔合物用于痕量钯的光度法测定．最佳条件为：［Ｈ２ＳＯ４］＝１．２ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１,［ＷＯ２－４］＝９．１×１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１,［ＢＲＢ］＝３．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１．缔合物的最大吸收位于５７５ｎｍ处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝７．９８×１０７Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１．钯量在０～１０ｎｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内服从比尔定律．体系至少稳定１４０ｈ,检测限（３σ）０．０４８μｇ·Ｌ－１（ｎ＝１０）,对０．４０μｇ·Ｌ－１Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）测定的相对标准偏差为３．３９％（ｎ＝１１）．缔合物的摩尔比为Ｐｄ∶ＢＲＢ＝１∶４．考察了５０多种共存离子的影响．本法已用于炭基和铝基钯催化剂中微量钯的测定,结果满意     

金属-氨基多羧酸类配合物分子和晶体结构的研究(Ⅲ)——K〔Fe~Ⅲ(ida)_2〕·3H_2O配合物的合成及结构测定

本文报导了Ｋ〔ＦｅⅢ（ｉｄａ）２〕·３Ｈ２Ｏ（ｉｄａ２－＝氨基二乙酸根）配合物的合成及它的分子结构和晶体结构的测定．具体结果如下：正交晶系，Ｐｂｃｎ空间群，ａ＝１８．７６５（３），ｂ＝１０．４４７（３），ｃ＝１５．６４５（２），ｖ＝３０６７（１）３，单位晶胞中的分子数为８，Ｄｃ＝１．７８ｇ·ｃｍ－３，Ｄｏ＝１．７２ｇ·ｃｍ－３，μ＝１．３１４ｍｍ－１，Ｆ（０００）＝１６８８，对于２７６７个独立的衍射点，它的Ｒ和Ｒｗ值分别为０．０５２和０．０４７．其中〔ＦⅢ（ｉｄａ）２〕－是一个Ｎ和Ｎ顺位的近似八面体结构．由此可知具有对称电子结构（ｈｉｇｈ－ｓｐｉｎｄ５）的ＦｅⅢ与被看成是ｅｄｔａ４－（＝乙二胺四乙酸根）去掉了ＣＨ２—ＣＨ２基团的双ｉｄａ２－配体形成的配合物只能选择六配位的八面体结构     

铜—芦丁极谱络合吸附波的研究

在０．０１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＫＯＨ底液中（ＰＨ＝１１．７），用单扫示波极谱法可获得灵敏的铜—芦丁络合吸附波，铜浓度在５．０×１０－７～５．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１范围内与二阶导数波峰高成正比关系．检测限为３．０×１０－７ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，测得电活性络合物组成为Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）∶Ｒｔ＝１∶１，条件稳定常数为β＝１．４×１０５．

用固态膜铜离子选择性电极研究Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）与１，２－二羟基苯－３，５－二磺酸钠溶液配合物的组成和表观稳定常数．离于强度Ｉ＝０．１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，ｐＨ＝２．１时生成１：１型配合物，ｐＨ＝３．０８时Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）与８－羟基喹啉生成１：１和１：２型两种溶液配位化合物．

DApBM-V(Ⅴ)-Mn(Ⅱ)-Tween-80体系光度法测定钒(V)

在磷酸介质中，在Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）和Ｔｗｅｎ－８０存在下，ＤＡｐＢＭ与钒（Ⅴ）生成橙黄色化合物，产物至少可稳定３．５ｈ．最大吸收波长为４８５ｎｍ．摩尔吸光系数ε＝４．０１×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１和ε＝１．５７×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１．钒（Ⅴ）量在０．５～３．０μｇ／２５ｍｌ及３．０～１０．０μｇ／２５ｍｌ间符合比尔定律．该体系灵敏度高，选择性较好，用于中草药中痕量钒（Ⅴ）的测定，结果满意     

奥氏体晶粒尺寸对45V非调质钢组织和性能的影响

研究了４５Ｖ钢初始状态奥氏体晶粒尺寸对其组织和性能的影响，得出显微组织和力学性能的关系。结果表明，随相变前奥氏体晶粒尺寸增大，铁素体数量减小，硬度与强度提高，塑性降低。４５Ｖ钢先共析铁素体体积分数（ｆα）与硬度（ＨＶ）、缺口试样的强度（σｂＮ）和塑性（ΨＮ）的关系为ＨＶ＝３７０－４２Ｆα１／３，σｂＮ＝１４６６－１１１０ｆα１／３，ΨＮ＝３２＋０．５７ｆα。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
