就多目标优化与决策问题,本文提出了一种解的新概念──—相对有效性和弱相对有效性,并讨论了它们与Pareto有效性之间的关系,给出了相对有效性的几何意义与经济解释及相对有效解的存在性定理,根据这一新概念,设计了一种多目标决策分析方法──—相对有效性决策法(RED)。最后演示了RED方法的数值例示,并从实际应用结果中得到了若干启示。  相似文献

作为一门新兴交叉综合性工程技术学科,水资源系统工程在人口、资源、环境、经济与社会区域可持续发展战略研究中具有重要意义.根据水资源系统工程的基本概念,指出水资源系统工程的实质就是处理各种水资源系统问题的方法论,据此提出了水资源系统工程新的理论框架,它由水资源系统优化方法、建模方法、预测方法、模拟方法、评价方法和决策分析方法组成.该理论框架在各种应用系统工程研究中具有参考应用价值.  相似文献

经过多年的研究和实践,系统工程学术界取得了如下的共识:在进行研究与开发复杂大系统时,在但要考虑各种状态因素的影响,同时还必须考虑人、组织及环境等行为因素的影响,本文提出了复合信息空间的理论与给出了考虑两种因素的结构化方法,包括因素分析、关系分析、系统功能分析和系统综合设计,可以看出,该方法可作为各种复杂大系统分析综合的方法基础。  相似文献

We put forth Drama Theory II (DT II) as a formal multiple participant decision making framework that can be used to systematically model complex security challenges, and advance the field of Sustainable Security Systems Engineering. DT II is defined as a theory of “large world” pre-game communication and equilibrium selection. While game theoretic tools have been widely applied to resolve environmental conflicts and promote global security, traditional game theory assumes that decision makers, options, and preferences are fixed. A mathematical treatment of key drama theoretic concepts (i.e. positions, intentions, doubts and dilemmas) is provided. The dynamics of the drama theoretic process are discussed and the expected equilibrium set is derived. The fundamental theorem of drama theory is proven and all theoretical results are applied to promote sustainable security solutions. It is emphasized that DT II represents a flexible systems engineering technique to address time-sensitive, multi-faceted, and complex multiple participant negotiations.  相似文献

We begin byconsidering the economic, technological and demographic contexts within which the service sector hasflourished; we then address both services, especially emerging services, and systems engineering,followed by a discussion of how to advance the field of service systems engineering, and concludingwith several remarks. This paper reviews the dominant approaches to the design of decision support systems with reference to recent developments in information technology. The complexities and difficulties of the various developments are also discussed and their implications explored. This paper reviews earlier work on the validation of mathematical models and modeling within Decision Support Systems (DSS), in particular where the DSS were developed to support operations management. The authors found that little validation was carried out in practice. With this work as a base, reasons for the paucity of validation are advanced and comparisons with DSS developed to support marketing management are made. The purpose of this research is to introduce the basic concept of multiple-criteria decision support systems (MCDSS) and to provide a general framework for building an effective MCDSS, a powerful tool for managing complex, unstructured decisions. Although various techniques for multiple-criteria decision making (MCDM) have been developed, this paper investigates the functions and properties of goal programming model-based MCDSS, the role of decision makers and MCDM models in the decision-making process, and the dynamic interaction between the model and the decision maker. 针对机动作战仿真背景,运用智能体理论研究战术机动智能体的最优机动决策问题。对传统的马尔科夫决策模型进行了扩展,通过定义攻击威胁下机动智能体的模糊状态空间、模糊状态转移规律和决策收益,建立了模糊战术机动决策模型,较好地描述了实际作战决策中的模糊认知、分析、判断等信息处理过程。通过引入强化学习手段,提出融合指挥员先验信息的Q学习算法和状态动态分类识别算法,对状态转移规律不易确定时模型的求解进行了研究;仿真实验验证了模型和算法的有效性。  相似文献

With the prevalence of the Web, most decision-makers are likely to use the Web to support their decision-making. Web-based technologies are leading a major stream of researching decision support systems (DSS). We propose a formal definition and a conceptual framework for Web-based open DSS (WODSS). The formal definition gives an overall view of WODSS, and the conceptual framework based on browser/broker/server computing mode employs the electronic market to mediate decision-makers and providers, and facilitate sharing and reusing of decision resources. We also develop an admitting model, a trading model and a competing model of electronic market in WODSS based on market theory in economics. These models reveal the key mechanisms that drive WODSS operate efficiently.  相似文献
