亚铜催化法131Ⅰ标记间碘苄胍的研究

采用亚铜做催化剂，研究了^131I标记间碘苄胍的方法，即是沸水浴温度，标记时间15min，用铜量2．5μg和抗坏血酸量5．0mg；纸层析法分析标记物，标记率大于97％．此标记方法不需要进一步的分离，具有简单、快速的特点。     

固相碘标记活化株标记蛋白质研究

作者报道了利用其合成的固相碘标记活化株碘标记蛋白质的方法和效果。考察了各种标记条件：活化株用量及粒径，PH值，温度，标记时间，体积及蛋白质对标记率的影响。结果显示，用此活化株，碘标记条件温和，标记效率高，标记物稳定且对标记蛋白的损伤小，适用范围大，因此具有良好的应用前景。

口服~(125)I-碘酚酸在小鼠体内的吸收、分布与排泄的研究

本文采用热液熔融法对碘酚酸进行碘-125标记,所得~(125)I-碘酚酸的放射化学纯度达98%,标记率为62%. 小鼠经口灌胃~(125)I-碘酚酸24小时内自尿、粪中分别外排18.65%与13.95%给药后三天内的总排出率为64.6%.在小鼠体内,放射性高度聚积在甲状腺中,胃肾、肾上腺及大网膜中次之,肝、心、肠、脂肪及脾中依次减少.     

含炭难处理金矿石碘法浸出

用非氰试剂——碘从矿石中浸出黄金，目的是研究碘化浸金取代剧毒氰化物提金的可行性；采用了热力学方法对碘-碘化物溶金的可能性进行了简单分析，用碘-碘化物溶液对含炭难处理金矿石进行了浸出工艺条件实验及与氰化浸出的对比实验，取得了较理想的实验结果：浸出4h金浸出率达到95％，氰化法直接浸出12h金浸出率80％；碘化法浸金速度快，金浸出率高。

尿碘测定方法的改进

根据国标法尿碘砷铈催化分光光度法原理，在保持反应温度和试剂浓度不变的条件下，将Ｃｅ４＋在碘催化作用下变成Ｃｅ３＋的反应时间由原来的１５ｍｉｎ改为１０ｍｉｎ，使得尿碘测定的线性范围由原来的０～３００μｇ／Ｌ拓宽至０～４５０μｇ／Ｌ，而试样体积（０．２ｍＬ）和方法的最低检出浓度（６μｇ／Ｌ）仍与国标法一样．结果表明：改进的尿碘测定法精密度、准确度和重现性均良好，所有实验结果的变异系数不超过５．５％，平均回收率为１０１．３％，经符号检验，其方法与国标法的测定结果之间无显著差异（显著水平为１０％）．可缩短实验时间，减少工作量     

^99Tc^m通过金属硫蛋白标记抗肿瘤单克隆抗体的研究

本文系统研究了^99Tc^m通过双功能联接剂金属硫蛋白（MT）标记抗肿瘤单克隆体的化学问题，并发展了新的实验方法和技术。用交联剂戊二醛制备MT与抗体（Ab)偶联物（MT－Ab)，偶联率为58％。用还原标记法制备^99Tc-MT-Ab，放射性利用率高达90％以上，而非特异标记低于10％。体外试验表明，在强络合剂竞争时，标记物有较高的稳定性。抗结肠癌单抗CL－3标记物的免疫反应活性保留87％。     

海洋菌对对硫磷的积累与降解

本研究了3株海洋菌对对硫磷的积累与降解，结果发现，对硫磷在三株菌中标记率由高到低分别是菌株4307、菌株4320、菌株5621。菌株4307的标记率普遍在70％以上，菌株4320则表现了明显的时间变化，随着时间的增长标记率不断减少，由0．5小时到24小时的标记率分别为：68．63％、56．47％、53．06％、31．96％、17．17％、8．98％。菌株5621的标记率远远低于上述两株菌，平均值在8小时内才30％左右；对硫磷在菌株中的结合态比率比较低，在菌株4307中平均值只有4％左右，在菌株4320中表现出时间变化，随时间的增长，结合态不断增加，由0．5小时到24小时的结合态比率分别为：6．19％、6．90％、12．25％、14．15％、26．94％、28．27％，菌株5621也表现出时间变化，但是增幅没有菌株4320明显；在降解方面，在菌株4307中，随着时间的推移，其母体对硫磷由开始时的100％，逐渐降到24小时的82．6％，降解物对氧磷，也由开始的0增长到后来的11．8％。在菌株4320中，可以明显的看出对硫磷的降解情况，在4个小时内，60％的母体就已经发生了降解，到了24小时，母体只剩下3．9％。菌株5621对对硫磷的降解情况也比较明显，24小时内母体就只剩下56．5％，原点未知物增加到32．8％。同时在实验中我们发现降解率、标记率这两个指标进行着同步变化。标记率越大，降解程度就越完全，并推测在这些海洋菌含有能降解对硫磷的胞内酶。     

N-取代溴化去甲基斑蝥素衍生物的合成、标记及动物体内分布

合成了6个新的N-取代溴化去甲基斑蝥素衍生物（P1～6），并首次用125I进行了标记，标记方法具有简单、快速，标记率高的特点．在θ=80℃，pH=6，t=30min，P5的标记率可达97.3％合成的6个新化合物，除P2外，对KB，HCT，BeL三种癌细胞均有一定的抑制作用，其中P5的抑制率最高，分别为95．2％，88．9％和82.1％．125I标记的P在小白鼠体内分布实验表明，P3在肝、肺和肾浓集较高，P5在肝、肺、肾和脾浓集较高．6个化合物能否被癌细胞摄取，还有待于进一步实验来验证和研究．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
