CdCl2处理退火CdS多晶薄膜的电学性质研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
对CdS薄膜用不同浓度的CdCl2溶液处理后在不同温度下退火,发现其暗电导率σd和电导激活能Ea随CdCl2溶液的浓度和退火温度的不同而不同,而且用CdCl2处理再退火的样品,暗电导率σd随温度T变化的关系(lnσd1000/T)为分段直线,对应于不同的Ea.本文就上述结果进行了讨论,并用Cl-的扩散进行了解释.  相似文献

运用Tessler形态分类法和石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定了土壤和大气降尘中痕量金属元素Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr不同存在形态的含量,结果表明,Cu、Pb、Cr在降尘中均有不同程度的富集.Cu、Ph、Zn、Cr在土壤和降尘中的形态分布规律有所不同.讨论了不同存在形态对人体和环境的危害.  相似文献

蚯蚓钙调素二级结构的研究及Ca^2+,Tb^3+的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
运用FT-IR方法的分辨率增强及曲线拟合技术对水化膜中蚯蚓钙调素CaM的二级结构以及加入不同比例Ca^2+、Tb^3+后CaM二级结构的变化进行了研究。结果表明,水化膜中CaM及含不同比例Ca^2+或Tb^3+的蛋白复合物的α-helix的含量较晶体和溶液中为低,而β-sheet和turn结构的含量相对较高。研究发现不同比例金属离子的加入,引起了CaM二级结构不同程度的变化,但各类结构在总量上观察  相似文献

本文研究了不同配比电子型Nd-Ce-CU-O和空穴型Y-Ba-Cu-O系列样品的CO氧化活性、晶体结构、程序升温氧脱附和导电性的特征.结果表明:超导体YBa2Cu1.5O7-x和半导体Ce2CuOx具有良好CO氧化转化率.后者在120℃时,CO达到完全转化.XRD证明它为2CeO2和CuO混合晶相.由于导电和催化反应机制完全不同,活性高低和样品导电性能间没有发现直接关联.讨论了含Ce、Cu样品的活性中心,认为CeO2为吸附氧和供氧中心,而Cun+为CO活化和氧化反应中心,而前者可能为控制步骤.两者紧密协同,使Cu2+的氧化还原循环更容易进行.  相似文献

采用热力学原理和溶解自由能数据,分析了易溶碳酸盐的溶解度大于其酸式盐式盐的溶解度以及与一般碳酸盐的情况相反的原因。Na2Co3、NaHCO3等类盐溶解度影响的主要因素是由于溶解焓变不同,而影响的CaCo3、Ca(HCO3)2等类盐溶解度的主要原因则是由于溶解熵变的不同所引起的。  相似文献

采用溶剂抽提及色谱质谱法,对催化裂化(FCC)汽油及脱臭后FCC汽油中硫醇性硫及碱性氮化物的分布与含量进行了考察。结果表明,不同催化裂化原料的FCC汽油中硫醇的种类和分布大致相同,都存在大量丁硫醇。脱臭后FCC汽油中异构的小分子硫醇和相对分子质量大的硫醇含量较多。苯硫酚的存在对硫醇的脱除和汽油的腐蚀都不利。不同催化原料的FCC汽油中碱性氮化物种类和分布也大致相同,主要由苯胺、吡啶两种物质组成,其中苯胺占90%以上。脱臭前后FCC汽油中碱性氮化物种类和分布基本没有变化。在现有脱臭条件下,碱性氮化物对脱臭催化剂活性和寿命没有明显影响。  相似文献

4‘-胆甾烯氧羰基苯并-15-冠-5(CH-B-15-C-5)在不同温度范围内其相态不同,在同一温度范围内因处理方式不同而物性亦相去甚远,用其作成了兼具气固色谱,普通气液色谱和冠醚液晶气液色谱多种性能的固定相。用该固定相在不同条件下,对脂肪烃,脂肪酸,羧酸乙以及多种有机混合物等进行了GSC,GLC和CL-GLC分离,发现它对这些物质有较强的分离能力,均获得对称良好的色谱峰。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
