目的研究小儿重度、特重度烧伤的临床救治.方法对我院2006年1月至2011年12月收治的183例重度、特重度小儿烧伤临床资料进行回顾总结及分析.结果183例患儿中治愈167例,治愈率为91.26%.结论早期及时有效的抗休克治疗是成功救治的重要保证,全身合理使用抗生素是防治烧伤感染的重要措施,积极预防烧伤并发症、维持气道通畅及合理创面外用药物、早期切削痂植皮封闭创面,是成功救治的重要环节  相似文献

烧伤是一种全身性疾病,烧伤后几乎机体每个系统都遭到破坏,严重烧伤的营养治疗是整个烧伤治疗中常重要的一个环节。1临床资料病例:县某,女,刀岁,因重度烧伤于l卯8年2月对日入院,入院时病人除双侧足踝、会阻部、双乳房及头颈部外,其余身体各部都有不同程度的烧伤,且表皮脱落,可见水泡,手都烧伤深达肌层。诊断为80%重度烧伤,浅flo50%,深11”30%,配合临床治疗,营养师结合病情给予高蛋白、高热量、高维生素、适量脂肪的营养治疗。由于营养供给充足,病人恢复良好,现有待进一步治疗后,就可出院。2讨论2.l蛋白质烧伤后,皮肤…  相似文献

目的:探讨重度烧伤病人营养疗法中的护理经验。方法:回顾性总结和分析54例病人的营养护理疗法,休克纠正过后,实行早期胃肠道营养,4~7d静脉营养液以能量为主,此后注意加强蛋白质、氨基酸及脂肪乳剂的补充。结果:54例病人均未出现体重明显下降及营养不良,治疗中也未发生严重并发症,全部治愈。创面愈合时间为38~86d。结论:严重烧伤的营养支持宜采用胃肠道与静脉营养相结合的原则,而护理工作至关重要。严重烧伤后,机体处于超高代谢状态,极易引起热能及自身蛋白大量消耗和分解,导致机体负氮平衡。充分有效的营养支持疗法能为机体提供创伤修复所需要的热能和各种营养物质,并可阻止或减少自身蛋白的分解,增强机体免疫力和创面再生修复能力。1997年-2004年,对54例严重烧伤病人加强了肠内、肠外综合营养支持治疗护理,取得满意效果。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
