几种芳烃衍生物型捕收剂的液相色谱分离和测定

报道了一种反相ＨＰＬＣ方法对几种芳烃衍生物型捕收剂的分离和测定．该法借助色谱柱ＬｉＣｈｒｏＣＡＲＴ１００ＲＰ１８（５μｍ）,流动相：甲醇－水－５％Ｈ３ＰＯ４－５％Ｈ２ＳＯ４（４５∶５５∶４∶０．５,体积分数）和紫外检测器在２８５ｎｍ波长下进行．在０．０００５～０．０１ｇ／Ｌ浓度范围内,方法的相对标准偏差为１．１％～２．４％．水杨羟肟,苯并三唑,水杨醛肟,水杨酸,铜铁灵等的检出限分别为１．０×１０－６,０．２×１０－６,１．０×１０－６,５．０×１０－６和６．０×１０－６ｇ／Ｌ,所研制的方法已应用于矿物浮选过程实际样品的分析．     

盐酸西替利嗪的线性扫描极谱法研究

用线性扫描极谱法研究盐酸西替利嗪的电化学行为。在0.20mol/LHOAc-NaOAc(pH4.43)缓冲溶液中,盐酸西替利嗪于-1.74V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,在1.6～24mg/L范围内峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9952,检出限为1.2mg/L。对4mg/L盐酸西替利嗪溶液进行6次平行试验,相对标准偏差RSD为0.62%,回收率在98.6%～100.7%之间。该法可用于片剂中盐酸西替利嗪含量的方便准确测定。     

润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效

目的:探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效. 方法:将80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,采用润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗;对照组37例,采用盐酸左西替利嗪治疗.结果:治疗组有效率为90.7%,对照组为62.2%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹近期疗效较好.     

罗丹明6G·四溴荧光素等色染料离子对浮选光度法测定金

提出了等色染料离子对浮选光度法。向罗丹明６Ｇ（Ｒ６Ｇ）和ＡｕＢｒ－４的甲苯萃取物Ｒ６ＧＡｕＢｒ４中,加入ｐＨ＝５５的（ＮＨ４Ａｃ－ＨＡｃ）缓冲溶液,使Ｒ６Ｇ离子进入水相,并向其中加入与Ｒ６Ｇ颜色相同的四溴荧光素（ＴＢＦ）,形成等色染料离子对Ｒ６Ｇ＋·ＴＢＦ－被甲苯浮选。将浮选物溶于丙酮,于５３０ｎｍ处光度测定。由于２个染料分子（Ａｕ∶Ｒ６Ｇ∶ＴＢＦ＝１∶１∶１）同时吸光,方法具有很高的灵敏度,ε＝２０×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１;金含量在０～０３６ｍｇ／Ｌ服从比耳定律,相对标准偏差为２９％,方法应用于粗铜中金的测定,结果满意。     

新试剂4-(2-噻唑偶氮)-间甲基酚与钯的显色反应及结构研究①———三元混配配合物应用研究(Ⅲ)

研究了新试剂４－（２－噻唑偶氮）－间甲基酚（ＭＴＡＣ）与钯的显色反应,在水杨酸（Ｒ）的存在下,于ｐＨ＝５．０的醋酸盐缓冲溶液中,形成了配位比为Ｐｄ∶ＭＴＡＣ∶Ｒ＝１∶１∶１的橙红色的三元混配配合物．λｍａｘ＝５２０ｎｍ,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε＝６．２８１０４Ｌ／ｍｏｌ．ｃｍ,通过配合物的紫外和红外光谱性质,研究了三元混配配合物的结构．方法应用于钯催化剂中钯元素含量的测定,结果满意     

灵芝GL8801液体发酵胞外多糖的提取和结构研究

报导液体发酵的灵芝ＧＬ８８０１胞外多糖的提取和结构特性．以溶媒沉淀法提取灵芝胞外多糖，其胞外多糖可分为水溶性和水不溶性两种，均含氮．水溶性多糖由半乳糖、葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖组成，４种单糖比值为６∶４∶４∶１，水不溶性多糖中的单糖组分则绝大部分为葡萄糖．     

HPLC法测定盐酸左西替利嗪有关物质

建立盐酸左西替利嗪中有关物质的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×25 cm,5μm)对降解杂质和工艺杂质进行定量分析,以乙腈和0.7%磷酸溶液为流动相低压梯度洗脱,流速1.2 m L/min,检测波长为230 nm。结果:该色谱方法可检测到盐酸左西替利嗪的9种有关物质,主峰与各杂质峰间能达到良好分离;3批样品有关物质测定结果显示,总杂质含量低于0.4%。结论:方法学验证表明,本法可作为盐酸左西替利嗪有关物质质量控制的方法。     

电生不稳定试剂化学发光法测定盐酸异丙嗪

首次将恒电流电解产生ＣｌＯ－,与流动注射化学发光结合,提出电生不稳定试剂ＣｌＯ－化学发光分析法,很好地解决了化学发光反应中次氯酸盐不稳定问题,并对具有还原性药物进行测定,方法基于还原性药物能抑制ＣｌＯ－—ｌｕｍｉｎｏｌ电化学发光,其浓度与抑制作用的大小呈浅性关系．利用该法测定盐酸异丙嗪,发现盐酸异丙嗪在４×１０－９～６×１０－８ｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内与空白、试样信号差值呈线性关系,检出限为７．６×１０－１０ｇ／ｍｌ,相对标准偏差为２．９％．     

RP-HPLC分离测定β-胡萝卜素顺、反异构体

使用反相高效液相色谱法, Ｚｏｒｂａｘ　 Ｏ Ｄ Ｓ Ｃ１８ ２５０×４．６ ｍ ｍ ５ μｍ 色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶乙腈∶石油醚（３５∶５５∶１０）,流速：１ ｍ Ｌ／ｍ ｉｎ,检测波长：４５０ ｎｍ ,建立 Ｒ Ｐ－ Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ 分离测定 β－胡萝卜素顺、反异构体的方法．该方法在０．０１～１．０ ｍ ｇ／ｍ Ｌ 线性范围内峰响应值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,ｒ＝ ０．９９９１．该方法可简便、准确分离检测 β－ 胡萝卜素顺、反异构体．     

二溴羟基苯基荧光酮-Triton-X-100 荧光熄灭测定铁

在ｐＨ＝４．５ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ介质中,Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ－Ｘ－１００存在下,铁与二溴羟基苯基荧光酮（ＤＢＨ－ＰＦ）形成１∶３紫色络合物使ＤＢＨ－ＰＦ的荧光熄灭,由此建立了测定微量铁的新方法。络合物的λｅｘ＝５３４ｎｍ,λｅｍ＝５８４ｎｍ,线性范围为０～１６０μｇ／Ｌ,检出限０．６μｇ／Ｌ。方法用于硅酸盐矿物及水中微量铁的测定,结果与标准值相等,ＲＳＤ（ｎ＝５）小于４．６％。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
