机械活化硫铁矿还原Fe 3+反应动力学   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
硫铁矿烧渣是生产硫酸时产生的固体废弃物.在50%的硫酸溶液中加入硫铁矿烧渣,于115 ℃反应4 h后过滤得到硫铁矿烧渣酸浸液.当酸浸液中Fe 3 和Fe 2 的浓度分别为2.016 mol/L和0.138 mol/L时,取酸浸液500 mL,加入40 g硫精矿,在90 ℃下反应240 min,Fe 3 被还原成Fe 2 的转化率只有26.30%;加入40 g机械活化硫精矿,在90 ℃下反应240 min,Fe 3 被还原成Fe 2 的转化率达到76.75%.实验结果表明:通过机械活化,硫铁矿反应活性大大提高;机械活化硫铁矿与硫铁矿烧渣酸浸液中Fe 3 反应符合收缩未反应芯模型,属化学控制;反应动力学方程为1-(1-x) 1/3=kt,其活化能E-0为35.12 kJ/mol.  相似文献

硫铁矿烧渣是硫酸制备过程中产生的固体废弃物.将硫铁矿烧渣与硫酸混合后,经过熟化、水溶、过滤得到酸性硫酸铁溶液.在硫酸铁溶液中,加入新制备的氢氧化铁,于25~60℃时反应2h后加入少量双氧水得到聚合硫酸铁(PFS).随着氢氧化铁与硫酸铁溶液反应的进行,溶液中PFS盐基度不断增加.当硫酸铁的量一定时,PFS盐基度随氢氧化铁的量增加而增加.温度升高时有利于PFS的生成.加入双氧水将溶液中的Fe  相似文献

采用常压下助溶酸浸的方法对提取硫铁矿烧渣中的铁进行了研究,得到硫铁矿烧渣中铁浸出率的影响因素及规律。结果表明,影响铁浸出率的主要因素为硫酸浓度、反应时间和温度、硫酸用量系数、助溶剂用量及热水用量;当硫酸用量系数为1.05、硫酸浓度为65%-70%、反应温度为125℃、反应时间为3-4 h、助溶剂用量为烧渣量的16%-20%、热水用量为烧渣量的1倍或1.8倍时,铁的浸出率可达95%以上。  相似文献

用正交实验的方法研究了用盐酸浸取硫铁矿烧渣制取三氯化铁溶液的工艺条件。浸取时间为1.2h,回流加热温度为110℃,质量分数31%的盐酸与烧渣的液固比为3.0mL/g,浸取率达96.84%,向溶液中加入少量表面活性剂PVA作稳定剂,在50℃下用氢氧化钠溶液调节羟铁尔比n(OH)/n(Fe)至0.2,可得深褐色聚合氯化铁(PFC)液体产品,产品铁质量分数11.7%,密度1.26g/cm^3,碱化度为11.6%,质量分数1%水溶液的pH值1.7,研究结果表明,PFC处理焦化废水的条件为,pH值在6~9范围内,每50mL水样中加入PFC0.3mL时除浊效果最佳,PFC性能优于PC和PFS。  相似文献

运用XRD、TEM等测试手段,对硫铁矿烧渣水热法合成a-Fe2Os的工艺进行了研究.结果表明硫铁矿渣的最佳酸浸工艺为加入理论量1.3倍的75%硫酸,在300℃下反应2 h后用热水搅拌浸出,铁的浸出率高达93.94%.20℃时加入计量的沉矾剂,并用NH3@H2O调整浸出液pH值至2.50后加热至65℃反应2 h,95.1%铁以铁矾形式析出.将析出的铁矾制成0.3mol/LFe(OH)3悬浊液,用5%NaOH调整pH值至11.30后,在搅拌速率600~700 r/min、升温速率为2.5℃/min的条件下加热至(172士2)℃水热反应2 h,得到粒度约为55 nm的均匀球形a-Fe2Os.  相似文献

在硫铁矿烧渣与硫酸反应后的酸浸液中加入氨水制得含Fe(OH)3和Fe(OH)2胶体的前驱物,前驱物经水热反应可制得氧化铁。研究结果表明:当反应温度小于260℃时,水热反应所得氧化铁粗产品中总铁含量、亚铁含量随反应温度、反应时间、pH值和n(Fe^2+)/n(Fe^3+)的增加而增加;当反应温度为190℃,反应时间为30 min,溶液pH值为7.0,n(Fe^2+)/n(Fe^3+)为0.15时,水热产物主要物相为Fe2O3和Fe3O4,产物粒径为0.25-0.75μm。将氧化铁粗产品于800℃煅烧2 h得到产品氧化铁的质量达到HG/T2574-94标准。  相似文献

硫铁矿烧渣是硫酸生产过程中产生的固体废物,其综合利用的关键步骤是铁的浸提.盐酸酸溶硫铁矿烧渣是一种有效的浸提铁的工艺,具体做法是将硫铁矿烧渣与一定浓度盐酸混合加入到搪瓷反应釜中,在一定温度下反应一定时间,沉淀过滤得到浸提液.本文以铁浸提率和浸提液中游离酸为指标,通过实验确定了最佳工艺条件.结果表明,影响铁浸提率的工艺因素按重要性排列顺序为:盐酸质量分数〉硫铁矿烧渣与盐酸质量比〉温度〉反应时间;影响游离酸的工艺因素按重要性排列顺序为:硫铁矿烧渣与盐酸质量比〉反应时间〉温度〉盐酸质量分数;综合考虑上述因素,在提高浸提率的同时保证较低的游离酸,确定盐酸酸溶硫铁矿烧渣的最佳工艺条件为:盐酸质量分数30%,硫铁矿烧渣与盐酸质量比为0.35:1,温度95℃,反应时间1.5h.该工艺设备及流程简单,成本低,铁浸提率较高且浸提过程不产生新污染物,可综合利用硫铁矿烧渣,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益.  相似文献

对黄钠铁矾渣制备复合镍锌铁氧体进行研究。研究结果表明:当黄钠铁矾渣与无烟煤按质量比为5:1均匀混合,在800℃还原焙烧0.5h,焙烧渣用0.5mol/L硫酸溶液按液固比7:1在70℃浸出40min时,渣中93%的铁和镍进入浸出液中。浸出液经过净化除杂后得到含镍的硫酸亚铁溶液,加入计量的硫酸镍和硫酸锌,采用共沉淀法,以NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,通过改变沉淀剂的用量控制pH值制备镍锌铁碳酸盐。将镍锌铁碳酸盐在800℃煅烧2h得到具有尖晶石结构的Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体,粒径约为59nm,粒度均匀,呈球形;煅烧4h时粉体粒径变大,粒度不均匀,呈棒状。  相似文献

为了改善硫铁矿烧渣酸溶工艺,提高铁的浸取率,研究了在70℃,反应3h,酸过量系数为1.2的条件下,不同质量分数的盐酸、硫酸以及两者混合后硫铁矿烧渣中铁系氧化物的酸溶特性.通过酸溶效果的数值模拟分析可知,盐酸酸溶效果优于硫酸酸溶.由混酸实验结果发现,混酸溶解效果优于相同H+浓度的单酸.此外,为了更准确地说明酸溶特性,对酸溶后的残渣进行了ICP,XRD和SEM表征.结果发现:原矿渣中主要含有的Fe3O4含量明显减少,表面呈现复杂结构的团块状也被分解成不同形状的小颗粒;且硫酸在酸溶过程中与矿渣中的金属形成新的晶体化合物,阻碍溶解.  相似文献

硫酸渣富含铁,产量大。筛分实验获得100~+600目级别、产率55%的高铁低硫硫酸渣用于选铁精粉,大于100目和小于600目、产率45%的低铁高硫硫酸渣用于水泥添加剂。硫酸渣中的硫主要是以硫酸盐形式存在,通过水洗实验降低硫和提高铁的效果明显,在矿浆浓度小于150g渣/L水和搅拌15分钟的情况下,铁回收率高达95%,获得含Fe60%、S0.32%和产率91%的铁精粉。在水洗结合重选时,获得更高品质的铁精粉。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
