把握历史机遇，推进山东农业信息化进程

党的十七大报告给我们提出了全面建设小康社会的新要求。我国农村全面建设小康社会,关键是解决好农业、农村和农民问题,即“三农问题”。信息贫困是当前“三农”问题中的大问题。在我国信息化进程中,广大农民是最迫切需要得到信息支持的弱势群体。促进农村的经济社会发展,农业信息化是必须着力解决的一大关键问题。     

树立信息兴农的新理念

党的“十六大”提出了全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,并把“大力推进信息化,加快实现现代化”作为本世纪头20年经济建设和改革发展的主要任务。农业是我国最大的产业,农民是我国最大的群体,农村是我国最大的区域。农业、农民、农村问题始终是事关国民经济和社会发展全局的重大问题。全面建设小康社会的重点、难点在农村,大力推进信息化、加快实现现代化的关键是突出抓好农业和农村的信息化。在当今信息经济时代,信息主导着经济社会各领域和各行各业的发展。农业更不例外,在由传统农业向现代农业转变的过程中,离不开信息技术的推动和信息化的支…

我国农业信息化存在的问题及解决途径

农业信息化是国民经济信息化的重要组成部分,加强农业信息化建设,对于我国实现农业信息化,全面建设小康社会具有重要意义.农业信息化的核心问题是农业信息资源的开发利用.本文就我国农业信息化过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
