AZ91D镁合金半固态浆料制备工艺   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用自行设计制造的半固态镁合金机械搅拌装置,制备了镁合金半固态浆料,研究了搅拌工艺参数对半固态镁合金组织的影响.结果表明:搅拌速率、静置时间和搅拌温度对半固态组织影响很大,搅拌速率在900r/min时,静置时间为5-10 min,搅拌温度在565~575℃时,获得的组织均匀细小;搅拌速率过大,晶粒尺寸反而有所增大;静置时间影响半固态组织中固相晶粒的长大;搅拌温度影响固相率,从而也影响到固相晶粒的圆整度.  相似文献

研究电磁搅拌下合金在等温搅拌制度下初生相的演变过程和机理。结果表明:搅拌强度、固相体积分数的搅拌时间对控制合金斗固态浆料初生相的形态和分布有重要影响,获得的半固态搅拌试样的力学性能与经变质处理的结果相近。  相似文献

研究了Al-24%Si合金在半固态等温电磁搅拌下组织的变化规律。实验分冷却过程不搅拌和冷却过程搅拌2种,保温温度为577℃,在此温度下,搅拌时间长达40min,结果发现,搅拌过程中同时发生初生硅相的破碎和聚合行为,当等温搅拌时间超过20min后初生硅相粒子的尺寸变化不大,其分布也趋于均匀,组织中出现了球状的α相。  相似文献

在半固态成形技术中,主要关注的是针对半固态浆料或坯料在制备过程中的成形机理的研究。与其他方法相比半固态等温热处理法更具较好的发展前途,通过对金属坯料的等温热处理,合金由枝晶向球状组织转变,准备坯料提供给接下来半固态触变成形的工序;在半固态成形前的二次加热过程中,枝晶完成转化,因而在半固态金属浆料中获得具有细小化的球形或非枝晶组织是它的关键和基础。文章在非枝晶组织形成机理梳理的基础上,综合考察半固态等温热处理前合金原始组织、等温处理的温度、等温处理的时间、加热方式和加热速率这些重要的因素,对比分析对非枝晶组织镁合金组织的形成情况,用以寻找合适的参数来确定优化工艺。  相似文献

根据动态材料模型.建立了半固态Al-4Cu-Mg合金加工图.利用加工图确定了试验材料热变形的流变失稳区,结果表明半固态成形时的流变失稳区范围与应变速率有关.此外,获得了等温压缩试验参数范围内的热变形最佳工艺参数.半固态加工最佳工艺参数为加热温度560℃.应变速率0.001 s-1.  相似文献

从半固态成形技术的背景、半固态金属浆料的制备、半固态金属的成形工艺等方面论述了半固态金属成形技术的发展及研究现状,并叙述了我国及发达国家半固态金属成形技术的应用现状。介绍了半固态金属浆料的制备方法(如机械搅拌法、电磁搅拌法、应变诱发熔体激活法、粉末冶金法等)、半固态金属的成形工艺方法(如半固态塑性加工:半固态锻造、半固态挤压和半固态轧制等;半固态压铸:流变铸造和触变铸造),并概述了各种成形工艺方法的基本原理及所加工产品的范围。  相似文献

采用等温热处理半固态挤压的方法制备Mg2Si/Al复合材料,研究等温热处理温度、保温时间和挤压比压对复合材料组织和布氏硬度的影响.结果表明:经过等温热处理后得到了基体α-Al和Mg2Si增强相双球化的半固态组织,其中,Mg2Si颗粒呈现球化,α-Al呈现规则球形或椭球形.当挤压比压恒定时,Mg2Si/Al复合材料显微组织中α-Al和Mg2Si颗粒的球化随着温度和保温时间的增加而更加明显,同时α-Al的粗化也更加明显;当等温热处理温度和保温时间恒定时,挤压比压对半固态挤压Mg2Si/Al复合材料显微组织的影响不大.硬度测试表明,当挤压比压恒定时,布氏硬度随着等温热处理温度和保温时间的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势;但当等温热处理温度和保温时间恒定时,随着挤压比压的增加,布氏硬度随之提高.  相似文献

研究了温度和应变速率对常规铸造和部分凝固铸造Zn-20%Al金合的半固态压缩形变的影响规律。试验温度和应变速率范围分别为380~430℃和2.1×10^-1×10^-4S^-1。试验结果表明,金属在半固态时的形变抗力比固态时大幅度降低;部分凝固铸造合金的形变能力优于常规铸造合金;在高温(430℃)、低应变速率(8,.4×10^-4S^-1)条件下,常规铸造合金也能获得较好的极限塑性和低的变形抗力…  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
