分析了双相热处理工艺参数对08Mn2Si组织、性能的影响,探讨了其强韧化机理。研究结果表明:08Mn2Si钢丝经双相热处理后可得到板条马氏体与少量铁素体相间分布的细小均匀的双相组织,其屈服强度大幅度提高,同时塑性指标也明显改善,这是固溶强化、位错强化和细晶强化综合作用的结果。  相似文献

本文由传统的低合金高强度钢引入素体马氏体双相钢,介绍了低合金高强钢中的铁素体加马氏休双相钢的组织特点,双相钢的显徽组织主要为细晶粒铁素体和10~30%的马氏体,还可能存在少量贝氏体。对双相钢的基本生产工艺的介绍包括:传统热轧双相钢工艺以及对其组织和性能的影响,其中特别介绍了终轧温度对热轧双相钢组织细化的影响;传统冷轧双相钢的生产工艺,其中特别介绍了汽车工业中双相钢的冷轧工艺;热处理工艺对双相钢组织和性能的影响。本文就双相钢在我国和国外的应用做了简单的介绍,其中双相钢以其连续屈服,高的初始加工硬化速率,低的屈强比,以及强度和韧性的优良配合,良好的成型性等特点在汽车行业得到了大力发展,成为理想的汽车用钢板。最后对双相钢的发展做出展望。  相似文献

该文研究了循环热处理对35CrNi3MoV钢晶粒特征和机械性能的影响。在所试验的条件下,试样通过二次循环热处理后,就能获得均匀细小的晶粒。同时,再经调质处理后,能获得高强度,高韧性和塑性的综合机械性能。能适宜次数的循环热处理后,不但综合机械性能优于经常规工艺处理的,同时跟常规工艺相比,具有热处理工艺短,生产率高,耗能少等优点。  相似文献

一、引言 《Palenting》钢丝是目前工业应用的高强度材料之一。这种材料系将高碳(0.6~0.85%C)钢奥氏体化后在其TTT图形珠光体鼻子稍下温度的铅浴中进行等温处理,再经深度冷拔加工,而获得高强度和足够高韧性的。目前,国内外Patenting钢丝生产工厂仍广泛采用铅浴等温处理。 然而,铅蒸汽及氧化铅(粉尘)具有很强的毒性,不采用特殊的防护措施,将会造成环境污染,而且消耗的金属铅是一种重要的战略物资。因此,Patenting钢丝不用铅浴进行热处理是钢丝行业的一项重要研究课题。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
