利用精密挤出沉积自由成形技术制备骨组织工程用羟基磷灰石多孔生物支架,探讨工艺参数对支架孔洞成形的影响,评价支架的力学性能并分析影响强度的微观因素.结果表明:通过调整工艺参数,采用挤出沉积工艺可制备出具有可控结构、良好连通性的生物支架;支架具有良好的力学性能,经过微波烧结处理后,孔隙率为56.2%的支架平均抗压强度为45.2MPa,致密化程度与晶粒尺寸是影响支架强度的主要微观因素.同时,该结构的支架能够为细胞的分化与新生组织的生长提供持续的强度支持,满足组织工程支架结构与力学性能要求.  相似文献

明胶/海藻酸钠支架作为一种凝胶型组织工程支架可以与细胞混合成形,使细胞在三维空间生长。其快速成形工艺要求成形温度范围、材料的物理化学变化必须在细胞的生理承受范围之内。根据工艺要求,提出了基于钙离子交联的明胶/海藻酸钠支架成形工艺原理。成形温度在0~15℃之间,每打印完一层材料,就喷射C aC l2溶液初步固化,层层打印并将最终成形支架放入C aC l2溶液中完全固化。明胶/海藻酸钠支架成形过程中,会出现流涎、过度堆积、孔的融合等缺陷,需要采用合理手段尽量避免。通过优化工艺参数,最终得到了理想的明胶/海藻酸钠组织工程支架。  相似文献

采用溶媒浇铸/粒子滤取技术与气体发泡相结合的方法制备出CPP/PLLA软骨组织工程支架复合材料,测试了该支架复合材料的物理力学性能和降解性能.研究结果表明,CPP/PLLA软骨组织工程支架复合材料具有适宜的孔隙率,良好的降解性能和物理力学性能,以及三维连通、微孔、网状微观结构.因此,该复合材料有望成为软骨组织工程支架材料之一.  相似文献

挤出式3D打印是制备组织工程支架的重要技术手段之一.一个性能良好的组织工程支架必须具备小孔隙、高孔隙率的内部微观结构.针对挤出式3D打印支架成形动态过程,建立了打印材料成形过程热-力耦合动力学模型,并通过数值模拟研究了主要打印工艺参数对支架成形的孔隙尺寸、材料重熔特性的影响.结果表明,支架的孔隙尺寸随打印时间间隔和材料粘度的增大而增大,但随基板温度的升高而降低;支架重熔度与孔隙尺寸变化趋势相反;其中材料粘度的变化对成形支架的孔隙尺寸和重熔度的影响最为明显.  相似文献

运用三维制图软件Solidworks设计了软骨支架宏观结构,采用3D打印技术和冷冻干燥技术制备了丝素蛋白-Ⅱ型胶原软骨支架。通过实验测试了支架的密度、孔隙率和弹性模量;在支架上接种软骨细胞后,采用MTT法、HE染色和扫描电镜观察3种方法分析了细胞在支架上的增殖和形态。结果显示,丝素蛋白-Ⅱ型胶原软骨支架弹性模量具有率相关性,即随着应变率增加,支架的弹性模量增大;支架的密度和孔隙率分别为(0.086 6±0.008 4)g/cm3和(89.3±3.26)%。支架接种细胞培养7 d后,细胞生长增殖加快;HE染色观察发现,细胞在表层区生长最多,深层区最少;扫描电镜观察发现,支架孔径形状规则,通透性较好,细胞多分布于孔壁表面。  相似文献

针对当前采用3D打印技术制作软组织工程支架效率低、对细胞损伤大、圆形流道成形精度低等问题,提出了压印与打印技术相结合的直接成形新方法。首先采用压印方法结合光交联固化方法来制造具有流道结构的单层软组织支架,之后利用打印方法沿着流道注入明胶等温敏材料,通过低温环境使流道内的明胶等温敏材料固化起支撑作用,并逐层累积形成立体结构,最后利用温度控制使流道内的明胶融化,形成管道,最终形成具有流道结构的软组织支架。针对该工艺,研制开发出了相应自动化成形设备,结果表明,当扫描间距为51mm时,光强均匀度最高,用该工艺制作出来的支架,圆弧形流道结构清晰平滑,流道相通性很好。研究结果有利于软组织工程支架微结构的精确制造,可望进一步用于细胞打印并提高细胞成活率和成形效率。  相似文献

采用可溶粒子造孔法,结合冷等静压成型技术,分别以立方体的氯化钠晶体和短棒状的谷氨酸钠晶体为造孔粒子制备出具有较高孔隙率和良好抗压强度的磷酸钙骨水泥组织工程支架材料,通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析及力学性能测试,研究了所制备的支架材料的物相组成及颗粒形貌对支架材料显微结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明:两种造孔粒子制得的支架材料的主晶相均是弱结晶的羟基磷灰石;造孔粒子的形貌决定了所制备的支架的孔隙形貌,并影响支架的孔隙率和力学性能;在造孔粒子加入量相同的情况下,谷氨酸钠晶体作为造孔粒子制备的支架的孔隙率更高,但强度更低;由于在制备过程中引入了等静压处理,支架材料具有良好的强度.  相似文献

为研究骨组织工程材料的成形性,基于低温沉积制造工艺,研究了PLGA/TCP配制成浆料的温度、黏度、成形性之间的关系。探讨了材料的黏度随温度的变化关系,通过对不同温度的材料进行成形试验,表明材料的黏度对宏观成形效果起着决定性的作用,而温度变化使试样的宏观和微观结构具有较大差异。因此要实现宏观上的结构和外形的精确成形,必须要保证材料的黏度。对于孔隙率、微孔大小等微观结构的不同要求,可以通过改变温度参数即黏度来适应成形性的要求。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
