应用复合二元颗粒材料的空间平均电场、平均电位移之间的关系及复合介质的非线性光学性质,表示出复合介质的有效介质函数εe=F(ε_1,ε_2,f1).假设在线性极限下第I组份的ε_I(I=1,2)为常数时,应用微扰理论,导出了复合介质的非线性有效极化率x_e,该结果与MG近似理论和EMA近似理论比较应用范围更广.用该理论对Cu纳米颗粒嵌入(SiO_2)基质中组成Cu-SiO_2薄膜进行相应分析,其结果与Hamanaka的实验结果相吻合.  相似文献

以CeCl3·7H2 O为铈源、NH3· H2 O为矿化剂、HCl为酸性调节剂,利用水热法成功制备了二氧化铈纳米颗粒.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM )、紫外‐可见分光光度计(UV‐Vis)、荧光分光光度计(PL )、拉曼光谱(Raman)和振动样品磁强计(VSM )等分析测试手段,对CeO2纳米颗粒的晶相、形貌、光学和磁学性质进行了表征.XRD测试结果表明样品的晶格参数略高于块状CeO2的,并随着pH值的增大而减小.所有样品的形貌均为球形.从紫外‐可见吸收光谱中,估计出的样品直接带隙值小于块状CeO2的,且此值随pH值的增加而增加.pH值为2时合成样品具有室温铁磁性,此性质的出现可能与Ce3+和氧空位的存在有关.  相似文献

SiC薄膜具有结构不易控制,透明性较差的特点,采用PECVD方法淀积的纳米SiC薄膜经光学透过率测试表明,在637nm和795nm处高的光透过率,并且当薄膜的厚度增大时,仍然具有高透过率的特性,这一结果表明,PECVD技术具有制备结构均匀,透明的纳米SiC薄膜的优势,同时,在与非晶SiC薄膜进行对比中发现非晶SiC薄膜的透过率不如纳米SiC薄膜。  相似文献

本文设计了多层膜金属狭缝阵列,并用有限元方法研究了该阵列的透射特性.结果表明,与传统的单层薄膜金属狭缝阵列相比,多层膜金属狭缝阵列可以实现介质层内局域电场增强,并在透射光谱中产生多个透射峰.此外,本文还研究了介质层的厚度、位置周期等对多层膜金属狭缝阵列透射特性的影响,这些结果将对调节透射峰的位置及更深刻理解多层膜金属狭缝的光学异常透射现象具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

Ag-聚酯复合薄膜的微结构与光学性能研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
用匀胶机在载玻片上甩制5%的硅酸乙酯薄膜,在该薄膜上用磁控溅射法溅射Ag制备半连续的纳米微粒Ag薄膜,经过不同温度下的退火,处于膜表面的Ag颗粒的扩散运动增强,从而得以渗入高分子聚酯层形成Ag-聚酯复合薄膜.采用X射线衍射和紫外-可见光谱等检测手段对其微结构和光学性能进行测试与分析发现:随着退火温度的增加,Ag晶粒的晶化现象越来越明显,平均晶粒尺寸和晶格常数均呈增大趋势.随着Ag质量分数的增加,Ag的XRD衍射峰出现并逐渐增强,Ag纳米颗粒表面等离子体共振吸收峰位置逐渐红移并逐渐增强.  相似文献

Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by the hydrothermal method, and the influences of the surfactant sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuecinate (AOT) on the particles were investigated. The structure, morphology, and magnetic properties of the products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). It is confirmed that the as-prepared nanoparticles have been modified by using the surfactant during the synthesis process. The amount of the surfactant has an effect on the size, the dispersal, and the magnetic properties of the particles. Besides, the mechanisms of the influences were also discussed.  相似文献

Colloidal indium-doped zinc oxide (IZO) and tin-doped zinc oxide (ZTO) nanoparticles were successfully prepared in organic solution,with metal acetylacetonate as the precursor and oleylamine as the solvent.The crystal and optical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction,UV-visible spectrophotometry,and fluorescence spectroscopy,respectively;the surface and structure morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The XRD patterns of the IZO and ZTO nanoparticles all exhibited similar diffraction peaks consistent with the standard XRD pattern of ZnO,although the diffraction peaks of the IZO and ZTO nanoparticles were slightly shifted with increasing dopant concentration.With increasing dopant concentration,the fluorescent emission peaks of the IZO nanoparticles exhibited an obvious red shift because of the difference in atomic radii of indium and zinc,whereas those of the ZTO nanoparticles exhibited almost no shift because of the similarity in atomic radii of tin and zinc.Furthermore,the sizes of the IZO and ZTO nanoparticles distributed in the ranges 20-40 and 20-25 nm,respectively,which is attributed to the difference in ionic radii of indium and tin.  相似文献

Graphene,a two-dimensional carbon atom sheet,has attracted tremendous attention and research interest because of its exceptional physical properties.Graphene has high mobility and optical transparency,in addition to flexibility,robustness and environmental stability.The main focus so far has been on fundamental physics and electronic devices.However,because the linear dispersion of the Dirac electrons enables ultrawideband tunability,we believe its true potential lies in photonics and optoelectronics.In this review,we introduce recent advances in the nonlinear optical properties of graphene-based materials.The rise of graphene in nonlinear optics is shown by several recent results,ranging from saturable absorbers and the four-wave mixing effect to giant two-photon absorption,reverse saturable absorption and optical limiting.The relevant forms of the graphene-based materials include pure graphene,graphene oxide and graphene hybrids.  相似文献

纳米粒子作为润滑油添加剂的研究还处于起步阶段,虽然关于纳米粒子改善润滑油摩擦磨损性能的作用机理方面的报道目前有很多,但存在很大的争议并且还出现相矛盾的结论.本文基于根据纳米粒子具有室温超塑延展性的实验结论,以及纳米粒子作为润滑油添加剂的最新研究成果,提出了纳米粒子改善润滑油摩擦磨损性能的扩散蠕变机理.  相似文献
