采用干热和湿热两种条件处理二醋酯长丝(松弛和张紧状态),分析处理温度、负荷和时间对纤维拉伸性能的影响.结果显示,经松弛干热处理后,二醋酯纤维的拉伸性能改善不明显;张紧干热处理中,纤维拉伸性能的改善主要取决于处理温度和负荷;松弛湿热处理后再经张紧干热处理,纤维的拉伸性能改善程度较相同条件下的单一张紧干热处理大.  相似文献

以2个Maxwell并联的四元件模型为基础,利用波尔兹曼叠加原理建立纱线应力松弛变化过程的理论方程,并分别对竹浆紧密纺、赛络纺和喷气涡流纺(MVS)纱线进行应力松弛实验.基于应力松弛理论模型,利用非线性回归拟合法求得纱线应力松弛的回归方程,分析了3种不同结构竹浆纱线的应力松弛机制.实验结果表明,理论值与实测值具有良好的相关性,所用模型可以预测不同结构竹浆纱线的松弛性能.在消耗各纱线断裂伸长30%形变的情况下,竹浆紧密纱应力松弛现象最严重,赛络纱次之,喷气涡流纱最小.  相似文献

分别对一步法POY(预取向丝)/FDY(全拉伸丝)涤纶混纤丝进行蒸纱定形热处理和松弛起绉热处理,测试分析混纤丝在不同热处理条件下的热收缩率和拉伸性能,观察其热收缩形态.结果表明:蒸纱定形热处理使混纤丝的热收缩率从56.9%急剧下降到8.3%,同时混纤丝异收缩结构也发生明显变化,但提高了混纤丝拉伸性能;在松弛起绉热处理中,混纤丝的热收缩率随处理温度升高而增加,纱体从密实、带弱卷曲结构向蓬松卷曲结构转变,混纤丝强度略有下降,断裂伸长率和初始模量略有提高.  相似文献

本文主要为了改善苎麻纱和麻棉纱的弹性,对苎麻纱、麻棉纱和棉纱进行了碱处理。并根据前人所做的工作,即有张力状态下碱处理和松弛状态下碱处理,其纱线性能存在较大差异,因而本文着重考虑在不同张力状态下进行碱处理,研究结果表明,采用低张力进行碱处理。其苎麻纱和麻棉纱的最大变形能力即断裂伸长显著增加,初始弹性模量显著下降,纱线变形恢复能力显著提高。  相似文献

采用化学脱胶处理秋葵纤维,对预酸和碱煮工艺中的参数进行优化设计,提取出可纺纤维,并对处理后纤维的长度、细度及断裂强度进行测试和评价.预酸处理,硫酸溶液质量浓度2 g/L,处理时间120min,处理温度60℃.浴比1:15;碱处理,一煮碱溶液质量浓度7.5 g/L.二煮碱溶液质量浓度9 g/L,一煮处理时间3.5 h.二煮处理时间2 h,处理温度100℃.浴比1:20.其中一煮与二煮中添加2%的硅酸钠、尿索和JFC.纤维性能测试结果表明:残胶率为7.32%,工艺纤维长度为10~30 cm、细度为2.8 tcx,断裂强度为23.8 cN/tcx.  相似文献

研究几种竹浆纤维纱线包括环锭纱、紧密纱和MVS(Murata vortex spun)纱的芯吸性能,讨论了纱线结构、捻度和线密度对芯吸高度的影响.结果表明,几种竹浆纤维纱线的芯吸行为相似,纱线结构对芯吸性能影响显著,而线密度对芯吸的影响不明显并和纱线结构有关.对于给定的任意线密度,在给定的捻度范围内,竹浆纤维环锭纱和紧密纱的芯吸平衡高度随纱线捻度的增加而降低.  相似文献

膨松性能是变形纱线最基本的性能,可用膨松度表征.纱线的膨松度是以纱线空隙率,即纱线体内部纤维间的空隙占纱线整体的体积百分比定义的.实验证明,用Electronic Inspection Board(EIB)检测各类纱线的表观平均直径并计算膨松度有良好的适应性;各类纱线样品膨松度分布于20%~70%之间,以异收缩-空气变形纱和空气变形纱的膨松性最好,以后顺次为毛纱、棉纱、化纤长丝纱.  相似文献

以菠萝叶原麻为原材料,研究不同浸酸、碱煮工艺条件下,菠萝叶纤维抑菌性能及可纺性能变化。实验结果表明,当菠萝叶纤维浸酸工艺条件为:采用25g·L~(-1)的H_2SO_4在浴比为1∶50,温度为55℃的条件下浸酸60min;碱煮工艺条件为:采用15g·L~(-1)的NaOH,4g·L~(-1)的Na_2SO_3,3g·L~(-1)的Na_2SiO_3,2%的JFC渗透剂(对纤维质量比),在浴比1∶30,温度为100℃的条件下煮练120min,菠萝叶纤维的可纺性能及抑菌性能较好。  相似文献

本文研究了羊毛纤维经高温蒸汽及高温水煮处理后的吸湿性能与拉伸性能的变化.采用扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪,分析了羊毛纤维经高温热湿处理后微观结构形态及结晶度.结果表明,经不同温度及时间的蒸汽、水煮处理后,羊毛纤维的吸湿性能出现不规律的变化,而纤维的拉仲强力及伸长则降低;经高温热湿处理后,羊毛纤维的鳞片遭到破坏,纤维结晶指数下降.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
