Zusammenfassung Es wird gefunden, dass nach Applikation des zur Perfusionsflüssigkeit zugefügtenl-Aspartats auf die isolierte Froschretina eine auffallende Hemmung dera ₂- undb-Welle auftritt, dies jedoch ohne sichtbare Veränderung der Form und Amplitude des «early and late receptor potential».     

Effect of isoprenaline on dopamine receptors in the rabbit isolated renal artery

Summary The relaxant effects of isoprenaline on rabbit isolated renal artery and aorta were compared. The results suggest that although isoprenaline acts on -adrenoceptors in the aorta it stimulates dopamine receptors in the renal artery.

Dieser Effekt ist vom Stoffwechsel der Thrombocyten abhängig, da er durch Dinitrophenol gehemmt wird. Bei Anwesenheit von Glukose wird die Hemmung aufgehoben.

The effects of glycine on the rabbit retina: Averaged ERG and averaged visual evoked responses

Résumé L'injection intravitréenne de Glycine (0.005 et 0.002 g) chez le lapin entraîne l'abolition des potentiels oscillatoires de l'ERG moyenné photopique, phénomène réversible en 12–24 h. La Glycine exerce probablement un effet inhibiteur sur l'électrogenèse des potentiels oscillatoires.
