软件可靠性建模时,如果简单地利用支持向量回归机制建模,就有可能由于支持向量回归(SVR)自身参数选择难以及实验数据本身的不确定性,从而导致预测结果不理想、精度低等缺陷。因此,借鉴粒子群优化算法(PSO)多参数寻优的优势,将PSO与SVR优化算法相结合,利用分层聚类算法对初始实验数据进行归一化处理,剔除异常数据,构建基于PSO-SVR的软件可靠性评估方法,从而提高软件模型的预测精度。实验结果表明,基于PSO-SVR方法的预测模型其预测精度高,更适应实际软件应用环境。  相似文献

为了提高短期负荷预测精度,考虑到除历史负荷数据之外的其他因素对短期负荷预测的重要影响,提出了一种基于离散小波分解(wavelet decomposition, WD)、卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network, CNN)和支持向量回归(support vector regression, SVR)的负荷预测模型。首先,该方法通过小波分解算法对历史负荷数据进行分析与重构,得到长度相同的历史负荷数据,降低了原始序列中非平稳性对预测精度的影响;其次,对天气因素、日期类型进行特征构造,得到特征数据;最后,将处理后的负荷数据输入卷积神经网络支持向量回归机模型,将天气特征数据输入反向传播(back propagation, BP)神经网络支持向量回归模型,通过两个模型结果的叠加得到最终的预测值。实验结果表明,模型的预测精度和效率优于传统的CNN网络、SVR网络以及输入不进行划分的CNN-SVR模型,验证了其可行性。  相似文献

利用皮尔森相关系数法处理网络搜索数据,用灰狼算法(grey wolf optimizer,GWO)优化支持向量回归(support vector regression,SVR)中的参数,提出并实现一种基于网络搜索数据和GWO-SVR模型的旅游短期客流量预测模型,并用参数优化后的SVR对客流量进行建模预测. 以四川省九寨沟和四姑娘山两个景区为例,构建GWO-SVR、ARIMA、BPNN、SVR、CS-SVR、PSO-SVR和无网络搜索数据等客流量预测模型进行实证分析. 结果表明,GWO-SVR模型均优于其他模型,具有更高的预测精度.  相似文献

针对当前空调负荷预测算法精度不高难以满足空调系统节能优化控制的问题,提出基于支持向量回归机(Support Vector Regression,SVR)的空调逐时负荷滚动预测算法,建立SVR滚动预测模型,模型参数采用网格搜索遍历算法进行寻优。为简化模型的复杂性,还对影响空调负荷的主要因素进行了相关性分析。此外,算法利用当日前1 h的滚动信息,不断对模型进行修正以提高负荷预测精度。最后探讨以期望误差为预测精度评价指标时,不同训练样本长度对神经网络和SVR算法预测精度的影响。预测结果表明:基于支持向量回归机的空调逐时负荷滚动预测算法较BP神经网络算法的预测精度提高10.3%,比常规支持向量回归机算法预测精度提高23.9%,训练样本较小时,算法预测性能更为优越。  相似文献

烧结是高炉炼铁的重要环节之一,其中烧结矿FeO的含量对高炉的使用寿命,烧结的原料成本都有重要影响。为了提高烧结矿FeO预测的准确度,提出了一种基于灰狼算法支持向量机回归(GWO-SVR)的烧结矿FeO含量预测模型,利用原料使用数据对烧结矿中FeO含量进行预测,为烧结过程提供理论依据。将98个原料样本数据和烧结矿FeO含量数据进行预处理,选取79个样本作为训练集,19个样本作为测试集,分别建立烧结矿FeO支持向量回归模型(SVR),GA-SVR模型,PSO-SVR模型和GWO-SVR模型,采用决定系数(R2),均方误差(MSE)和绝对平均误差(MAPE)作为模型的对比标准。结果表明,GWO-SVR算法预测精度高、误差小,耗时较短,使用灰狼算法优化支持向量机回归对烧结矿FeO含量预测分析合理、高效。  相似文献

针对支持向量回归(SVR)模型参数选择困难以及在碳期货价格预测中模型误差高的问题,提出一种基于改进粒子群算法-支持向量回归(TSA-PSO-SVR)的期货价格预测模型.通过改进粒子群算法惯性权重实现局部搜索和全局搜索能力的平衡,引入被囊群算法(TSA)对粒子群位置更新公式进行优化,利用改进的粒子群算法(TSA-PSO)找出最优参数有效解决支持向量回归参数选择盲目性的问题;将得到的最优参数应用于期货价格预测模型.选取福建碳交易市场的碳交易价格进行预测,与支持向量回归(SVR)、差分自回归移动平均模型(ARIMA)、长短期记忆模型(LSTM)模型作对比,实验结果表明TSA-PSO-SVR模型有效克服了高预测误差和参数选择随机性的问题,并具有较高的泛化能力.  相似文献

针对LSTM网络中存在的重要参数通常由经验决定,主观性强,或受计算成本影响无法确定最优值,导致模型的拟合能力降低等问题,提出使用改进的粒子群算法优化LSTM网络中的关键参数,减少人为因素影响,优化预测过程,从而构建预测精度更高的股票价格预测模型。该模型通过构建动态多群粒子群优化器来提高粒子群算法的寻优性能,避免出现局部最优。同时,针对股票市场数据维度高、噪声大及数据冗余导致模型训练成本增大、预测性能降低的问题,基于多种特征选择算法构建特征选择模型完成指标特征的过滤筛选,构建完善的预测指标体系。实验结果表明,所提出的股票价格预测模型的准确率得到了明显提高,且具有普遍适用性。  相似文献

煤自燃温度的准确预测是矿井煤自燃防控的关键。为了科学准确地预测采空区煤自燃温度,在大佛寺煤矿40106综放工作面开展现场观测实验,以现场束管监测系统数据为基础,采用粒子群优化算法(PSO)优化支持向量回归(SVR)参数,建立了煤自燃温度预测的PSO-SVR模型;同时,在保证训练和测试样本不变的前提下,建立了标准SVR模型、BP神经网络(BPNN)模型和多元线性回归(MLR)模型,并与PSO-SVR模型预测结果进行对比分析。MLR,BPNN,SVR和PSO-SVR模型训练样本预测结果的平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)分别为:5.75%,0.84%,4.16%和1.13%,测试样本预测结果的MAPE分别为:5.17%,3.03%,3.83%和1.34%.结果表明:MLR模型预测结果最差,说明煤自燃温度与气体指标之间的非线性关系更显著,线性模型不宜于煤自燃预测;BPNN模型训练样本预测效果极佳,但测试样本预测效果较差,易出现"过拟合"现象,泛化性较差;PSO-SVR模型预测精度较标准SVR模型有了极大提高,更适宜于煤自燃预测。  相似文献

为了准确预测与控制工程造价水平,提出一种基于灰关联分析(GRA)与粒子群优化(PSO)的支持向量回归机(SVR)组合预测模型.将GRA提取的工程造价主要指标向量输入PSO-SVR模型预测造价,采用 PSO优化的SVR模型进行工程造价预测,对比分析PSO-SVR模型和其他智能模型,对某一地区相同输电工程进行造价预测.结果表明:基于灰关联分析的PSO-SVR模型的造价预测效果更理想,预测精度更高.  相似文献

为预测隧道塌方风险等级,减少隧道塌方引起的灾害事故,建立基于人工蜂群(artificial bee colony, ABC)优化支持向量机回归(support vector machine regression, SVR)隧道塌方风险预测模型。首先,从工程地质、水文气象、设计因素、施工因素4个方面综合考虑,遴选13个主要影响因素,建立隧道塌方风险指标体系;其次,引入人工蜂群算法优化SVR的核参数C和惩罚参数g,解决传统SVR稳定性低的缺陷,提高模型的精确度,为验证模型性能采用相关系数(R2)、均方误差(mean squared error, MSE)、均方根误差(root mean squared error, RMSE)评价参数对比分析;最后,以新疆北部某供水工程为研究对象,对隧道塌方风险测试样本进行预测,分别将ABC-SVR、PSO-SVR、GA-SVR及SVR模型对比分析。研究结果表明:ABC-SVR预测结果为100%,PSO-SVR预测结果为83.3%,GA-SVR和SVR均为66.67%,ABC-SVR的预测结果与实际工程结果一致性更高,可为隧道塌方风险...  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
