采用熔体发泡法制备泡沫铝合金。系统地分析了发泡剂在弥散搅拌过程中,搅拌时间、速度、温度对孔隙率和密度的影响。对发泡剂在搅拌过程的弥散分布及气泡在熔体中的破碎,循环运动和稳定作用进行了研究和深讨。结果表明搅拌时间、温度、速度分别控制在1.5-2.5 min,625-655℃,1500-2000 r/min时可制取低密度、高孔隙率的泡沫铝合金材料。  相似文献

用熔体发泡法制备纯铝基泡沫铝.采取快速搅拌加发泡剂的方法,解决了在高于纯铝熔点温度下,发泡剂分解速度快而不利于均匀混合到熔体中的难点;重点研究了发泡时间对制得的纯铝基泡沫铝质量的影响.研究表明,制备质量优良的纯铝基泡沫铝材料的最佳工艺条件为:增黏剂金属钙的加入量为2%~3%;增黏搅拌时间为4~5 min;发泡剂的加入量为1.0%~1.5%;加发泡剂时熔体的温度为690~700℃;搅拌速度为1500~1800 r/min,搅拌时间为3 min,发泡剂控制在1.5 min内加完,发泡时间为4~5 min;自然冷却法冷却.压缩性能的检测结果表明,纯铝基泡沫铝的压缩强度比Al-Si合金泡沫铝的压缩强度...  相似文献

介绍了一种实验室自主研发的轻合金半固态浆料制备设备--锥桶式流变成形机(TBR),该设备利用刻有凸纹和沟槽的内、外锥桶的相对转动,使合金熔体在凝固过程中受到剧烈的剪切搅拌,从而获得合金半固态浆料.对TBR工艺的传热模型进行了推导,以A356为实验材料得出制备的A356铝合金半固态浆料温度与浇注温度的关系式,同时分析了不同浇注温度下合金熔体的冷却规律和获得的半固态组织形貌.结果表明,适当降低A356合金熔体的浇注温度可以延长初生固相受到的剪切时间和增加剪切次数,从而获得细小、均匀的半固态组织.当浇注温度为640℃时,初生固相平均晶粒尺寸为68μm,形状因子为0.82.  相似文献

为避免由材料流动不足而导致的焊接缺陷以及降低焊接过程中的作用力,提出了半固态搅拌摩擦焊. 本文以2024-T3铝合金为研究对象,进行了焊接过程中温度及显微组织分析. 温度的模拟及测量结果表明:当搅拌头的旋转速度为1600r·min-1、焊接速度为150mm/min时,稳态时焊核区的温度峰值达到了518℃,超过了焊材的固相线. 空冷条件下常规搅拌摩擦焊与水冷条件下的半固态搅拌摩擦焊焊核区的显微组织对比结果表明,利用搅拌头摩擦产热的方法可使搅拌区呈现液态金属母液中均匀悬浮着近似球形晶粒的半固态组织.   相似文献

以粉煤灰为增黏剂,TiH2为发泡剂,将它们先后加入到铝熔体之中并搅拌均匀,进而获得闭孔型泡沫铝材料·结果表明:粉煤灰的加入量在3%~5%范围内可以获得密度较小、孔隙率较高的泡沫铝材料;当粉煤灰颗粒尺寸在61~147μm时,泡沫铝的密度、孔隙率 粉煤灰粒度关系曲线较为平缓,制得的泡沫铝材料胞孔结构较好;在泡沫铝制造过程中用粉煤灰代替金属Ca进行增黏可降低生产成本;在铝熔体中添加粉煤灰,有利于制备强度较高的泡沫铝材料·  相似文献

研究了半固态A356铝合金浆料的成形温度、压射比压和压射冲头速度对半固态A356铝合金流变压铸充填性的影响.实验结果表明:较高的半固态A356铝合金浆料的成形温度有利于获得良好的充填性.压射比压和压射冲头速度对半固态A356铝合金浆料充填性也具有较大的影响.在本实验条件下,压射冲头速度越大或压射比压越大,充填性越好.试片的壁厚对半固态A356铝合金浆料的充填性影响较大,试片壁厚越大,越容易充填.此外,采用低过热度浇注和弱电磁搅拌技术制备的A356铝合金浆料和流变压铸试片的组织分布很均匀,有利于获得优质的半固态压铸件.  相似文献

采用熔体发泡法,利用化学镀镍改性的TiH2作为发泡剂制备了泡沫铝,分析了改性TiH2发泡剂的热分解行为,研究了改性TiH2发泡剂加入量对泡沫铝材料孔隙率、压缩性能和阻尼性能的影响.结果表明,改性TiH2发泡剂有效提高了释氢反应的开始温度,将释氢反应开始温度从480℃提升至550℃,并降低了释氢速率;随着改性发泡剂添加量的增加,泡沫铝的孔隙率增大,压缩强度变小,阻尼性能呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势;当加入质量分数1.5%的改性发泡剂时,泡沫铝的孔隙率达88%,孔洞分布及尺寸相对均匀,压缩强度、阻尼性能等综合性能良好.  相似文献

采用自行设计制造的半固态镁合金机械搅拌装置,制备了镁合金半固态浆料,研究了搅拌工艺参数对半固态镁合金组织的影响.结果表明:搅拌速率、静置时间和搅拌温度对半固态组织影响很大,搅拌速率在900r/min时,静置时间为5-10 min,搅拌温度在565~575℃时,获得的组织均匀细小;搅拌速率过大,晶粒尺寸反而有所增大;静置时间影响半固态组织中固相晶粒的长大;搅拌温度影响固相率,从而也影响到固相晶粒的圆整度.  相似文献

为提高半固态加工技术制备的铝合金的性能,以Al-17Si-4Cu合金为研究对象,研究了电磁搅拌电流对半固态Al-17Si-4Cu合金组织及Cu元素偏聚的影响.结果表明:电磁搅拌能使初生硅细化和圆整化;使共晶硅数量增多,且分布均匀;能显著改善Cu元素的偏聚现象;但当搅拌电流达到100A时,共晶硅尺寸变大,且Cu元素分布变得不均匀,本实验的最佳电磁搅拌电流为80A.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
