风险投资声誉激励机制下的相对业绩比较

为了研究声誉激励机制下的相对业绩比较(RPE)对风险企业家行为的影响,改进了风险企业产出函数,并构造博弈模型,分别对存在与不存在相对业绩比较两种情形展开讨论,给出了相对业绩比较促使风险企业家的努力程度得到帕累托改进的基本条件.研究表明,声誉激励机制下,相对业绩比较有利于解决风险投资家与风险企业家之间的信息不对称问题,对完善投资契约具有积极的指导作用.     

公平偏好下分阶段风险投资的最优激励合约

考虑风险投资家与企业家的努力水平,基于委托代理理论构建企业家具有公平偏好心理的分阶段风险投资模型,求模型的子博弈精炼均衡解。分析研究表明,投资家倾向于用分阶段投资来降低风险并增加收益;合约分享比例、企业家努力水平都是公平偏好系数的增函数;投资家努力水平、第二阶段投资资金在公平偏好系数的一个临界值附近的单调性相反;企业家和投资家的最优努力水平分别是合约分享比例的增函数、减函数。     

风险投资在信息不对称条件下的委托代理风险防范研究

分析了在信息不对称条件下风险投资者与风险投资家、风险投资家与风险企业家之间双重委托代理关系,以及由此形成的逆向选择与道德风险问题。并从减小信息不对称程度和使委托代理双方利益趋向一致的角度出发,设计一系列风险防范对策。投资者与风险投资家之间的风险防范措施:形成市场声誉约束机制、合理设计风险投资家的报酬机制和行为约束机制;投资者与风险投资家之间的风险防范措施:严格的项目筛选、对风险企业进行尽职调查、分段投资、采取灵活多样的投资方式、对风险企业管理层实行股票期权、加强对风险企业的控制和监管。     

电子政务中利益关系委托代理模型分析

构建了电子政务中公众与当地政府利益关系的委托代理模型，并对其进行了数学分析．得出当地政府在电子政务建设中的努力程度以及该政府在电子政务建成后所分享的产出份额取决于三个变量：努力成本系数、产出后确定性和政府风险规避程度．根据分析和结论，提出了如何鼓励和提高当地政府在电子政务中的努力水平，防范电子政务建设投资中低效率和高风险现象的建议．

组织中员工知识分享行为激励机制的比较分析

如何促进员工进行知识分享是提升组织竞争优势的关键问题.但由于知识拥有者担心专家地位受到威胁以及需要承担机会成本与风险等,知识分享难以自发进行.探讨几种可能解决知识分享问题的机制后,发现在完全信息静态环境下知识双向转移会陷入囚徒困境,对知识分享行为采用直接的、显性激励机制会产生激励扭曲问题,而实行关联报酬则可以产生较好效果,但在互惠信任机制下达到最佳.     

知识转移效率的建模分析及实验验证

财经类专业青年教师科研产出影响因素实证研究——基于内部工作环境视角

高校内部工作环境会影响青年教师的科研产出。通过对200名财经类专业青年教师的问卷调查,对青年教师内部工作环境的七个因素进行了分析,并进一步采用稳健最小二乘法和偏最小二乘法,对青年教师工作环境对科研产出的影响进行了实证研究。研究发现:在调查的七个内部工作环境因素中,职称压力、学术研讨氛围和领导对个人的重视程度对科研产出有显著的影响;个人在校内的声誉或知名度的提高对科研产出影响不明显,但相当接近90%的显著性水平;而年终考核压力、个人收入的增加和学霸现象对科研产出的影响不明显。按对科研产出影响的重要性程度由大到小依次为:职称压力、良好的学术研讨氛围、领导对个人的重视程度、个人在校内的声誉或知名度、个人收入增加、年终考核压力和学霸现象。     

风险企业家报酬契约模型研究——基于监督机制和激励机制的分析

结合风险企业家的努力水平以及风险投资家的增值服务和监督工作,构建了风险企业家报酬契约模型,并分析了监督机制和激励机制对风险投资参与者行为策略及代理成本的影响.理论研究结果表明,在监督机制和激励机制的作用下,风险企业家的投机行为将会受到有效约束,从而降低其道德风险发生的可能性.对于风险投资家而言,契约中的监督机制和激励机制在一定程度上具有相互替代性.     

基于风险偏好的知识型员工激励机制

基于知识型员工风险偏好的讨论,利用H-M扩展模型,分别研究了确定及不确定环境下知识型员工风险偏好与激励机制风险分担之间的关系,并利用收益成本法讨论了如何协调两者的冲突.研究表明:随着知识型员工风险规避程度的减小,激励机制应增加其风险分担;企业可通过改变风险分担调节知识型员工的风险偏好,从而提高企业产出和知识型员工收入;风险分担的改变具有上限,该上限取决于知识型员工能力和环境不确定性等因素.最后给出了案例分析.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
