聚合物驱油技术大面积应用的同时也产生了含聚丙烯酰胺污水的处理问题.含聚污水具有粘度大、含油多、乳化稳定的特点,传统的污水处理方法及设施难以使该污水处理达到外排水水质的标准.用气浮+生物接触氧化法对孤岛油田含聚污水进行处理,首先利用气浮去除悬浮油和大部分聚合物,然后利用生物接触氧化膜上的烃类降解菌和聚丙烯酰胺降解菌组成的高效降解菌群的生物降解作用去除乳化油和残余的聚合物.研究结果表明:孤岛含聚污水经气浮+生物接触氧化法处理后含油量由300mg·L-1以上降至4mg·L-1以下,CODCr由1 700 mg·L-1以上降至100 mg·L-1以下,聚丙烯酰胺的含量由40 mg·L-1以上降到1.5 mg·L-1以下.出水水质完全达到国标GB8978-1996<污水综合排放标准>规定的一级排放标准.  相似文献

利用生物过滤处理微污染原水,分析了生物膜特性和生物相,对生物膜去除有机物、氨氮、铁、锰等的机理和生物膜净化作用特征进行研究.微污染原水中的氨氮和有机物是通过吸附、吸收、代谢、排出而得到去除的,其去除率分别为88%和30%,对铁的去除主要是接触氧化和生物的共同作用的结果,其去除率可达到94%以上,对锰的去除主要是依靠锰氧化细菌的催化作用,其去除率在90%以上.  相似文献

从农药厂生产车间污泥中分离出菌种AT菌,进行了菌种生长曲线的测定,求得AT菌的对数期代时为3.87 d,生长速率为0.258 d-1;不同的温度条件下污染质阿特拉津的降解实验表明,在4~20℃的实验温度范围内,AT菌能够降解代谢污染物质,并随温度的升高,降解能力增强.20℃时降解率为38.84%.同时环境因素也随着AT菌作用而变化,其中pH随AT菌作用加强和减弱有下降和回升的过程.  相似文献

微生物法处理硝基苯废水是较理想的方法。从吉林市某化工厂的排污口的江底底泥采样,以硝基苯为底物,在好氧条件下,经过长时间的驯化、筛选,成功地分离出了4株对硝基苯有较强耐受力的高效降解菌,经鉴定为假单胞杆菌属(Planococcus Migula)、动性球菌属(Pseudomonas Migula)。研究结果表明,在好氧条件下它们能把硝基苯作为惟一的碳源并对硝基苯有较强的生物降解能力;通过驯化可以使降解菌对硝基苯的降解能力有较大地提高。  相似文献

对秸秆中木质素纤维素的生物预处理进行研究.采用高温混合菌对滤纸和玉米秸秆进行降解实验.在50℃,第7天滤纸失重率为76.2%;第30天玉米秆失重率为34.23%,玉米秸秆中木质素、纤维素和半纤维素的降解率分别为56.36%,42.88%,62.77%.混合菌在50℃条件下对玉米秸秆中的木质素、纤维素、半纤维素均有较高的降解效果.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
