3004铝合金在轧制及退火过程中织构的演变   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
应用取向分布函数(ODF)研究和分析了热轧、冷轧及退火对3004铝合金织构的影响·结果表明,热轧后织构类型为(100)[uvw],且(100)[011]旋转立方织构为最强;在冷轧过程中,所有样品的冷轧织构表现为典型的铜式织构特征,随形变量的增加,织构由弱到强,最后稳定在铜织构、黄铜织构和S织构3个织构组分;冷轧样品退火后,退火织构主要由立方织构、退火R/S织构和铜织构组成,其中在300℃和400℃的退火样品中存在强度较高的再结晶立方织构{001}〈100〉,100℃和200℃的退火样品中再结晶立方织构{001}〈1...  相似文献

研究了IF钢经铁素体区热轧后的后续冷变形工艺,提出了两次冷轧及两次退火的新工艺·实验结果表明,用此新工艺获得的rm值明显高于传统的一次冷轧及一次退火工艺,r值在不同方向上表现出的规律性因冷变形工艺而异·通过控制冷变形率在两次冷轧中的分配方式,可以使有利于材料深冲性能的因素获得良性遗传·  相似文献

对86CrMoV7冷轧辊用钢进行了锻后正火、等温球化退火、去H退火的试验研究,研究了轧辊的预备热 处理工艺对冷轧工作辊组织的影响,加热温度和时间对组织的影响。结果表明,适宜的预备热处理工艺为:950 ± 10℃正火,等温球化退火温度790±10℃,去氢退火温度660~690℃。  相似文献

利用X射线衍射技术(ODF分析),并结合光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行组织观察,研究了在退火过程中,电场对本溪钢铁公司生产的冷轧深冲08Al钢板回复阶段的影响及电场回复对08Al深冲钢板再结晶组织和织构的影响·结果表明,电场退火具有推迟冷轧08Al深冲钢板回复和再结晶的作用·电场有利于提高再结晶γ纤维织构的强度·若仅在回复阶段施加外电场,将对再结晶γ纤维织构的生长产生不利影响  相似文献

采用拉伸实验、透射电镜和光学金相法,研究了固溶处理水淬后较大程度冷变形对2014铝合金时效后组织和性能的影响·结果指出:采用较大变形程度(65%)冷轧,再进行低温短时间时效(160℃,30min),可使2014合金的强度得到显著提高(σb=568MPa),其延伸率(δ=116%)仍不低于常规时效处理(固溶处理,水淬,160℃,12h)的延伸率;经这样冷变形的2014合金,在稍高温度短时间回复处理,将导致时效强化能力显著降低·  相似文献

以RuCl3·xH2O的水溶液为电沉积溶液, 通过恒流电沉积法在钽箔上电沉积一层RuO2·nH2O薄膜, 研究退火温度对RuO2·nH2O薄膜的电容性能的影响;采用CHI660B电化学测试仪和循环伏安法对薄膜的电容性能进行测试;分别采用扫描电子显微电镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射仪对薄膜的形貌和微孔形态、薄膜元素及薄膜的物相进行分析. 结果表明, 未经退火处理的RuO2·nH2O薄膜的电容性能不稳定, 在循环伏安法测试中电容量随循环次数的增加而降低;将RuO2·nH2O薄膜分别在不同温度(100, 150, 200, 250和300 ℃)下进行的2 h的退火处理, 经退火处理后的RuO2·nH2O薄膜的电容性能经过60次的循环后趋于稳定, 其中, 经过100 ℃退火处理的RuO2·nH2O薄膜的比电容最大, 其比电容为0.083 8 F/cm2.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
