复方溶囊散对小白鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

通过检测免疫受抑小白鼠的T细胞亚群、T细胞转化率及血清溶血素水平 ,探讨复方溶囊散对小白鼠免疫功能的影响 .结果表明 ,复方溶囊散对小白鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能均有明显的促进提高作用     

逐淤清络散治疗输液相关性静脉炎的临床观察

目的探讨逐淤清络散外敷治疗输液相关性静脉炎的疗效。方法将90例静脉炎的患者随机分为3组,硫酸镁组30人采用硫酸镁进行外敷,云南白药组30人采用云南白药外敷,逐淤清络散组30人采用自拟组方逐淤清络散外敷,观察各组静脉炎的治疗效果、有效治疗率以及治愈时间。结果逐淤清络散组的症状好转时间、有效治疗率以及对静脉炎的治愈时间均优于硫酸镁组(P0.05)和云南白药组(P0.05)。结论逐淤清络散治疗输液相关性静脉炎的疗效优于硫酸镁和云南白药。     

五种抗氟中草药复方的药效比较研究

为了筛选在临床上可以有效防治动物氟中毒病的复方中草药制剂,本研究分别对前期研究的复方当归散基础组方加以改进,拟定出5种组方,并进行了抗氟作用研究。试验期间跟踪观察氟斑牙发生情况,测定骨氟含量以及血浆、肝、肾的总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、总抗氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,建立阳性组氟中毒模型,筛选较为理想的抗氟复方当归散。结果表明:阳性对照组成功复制出氟中毒模型;各给药组药效比较结果表明,抗氟复方当归散Ⅱ较其它组方更能显著降低骨氟含量,较好地抑制大鼠体内的脂质过氧化过程,提高大鼠抗氧化酶活性。     

无碱玻璃纤维带清洗工艺方法研究

在热电池用无碱玻璃纤维带的清洗工艺中,采用表面活性剂复合配方替代航空汽油,可以解决航空汽油清洗过程中给操作人员以及环境带来的危害;降低清洗成本;改善无碱玻璃纤维带的外观质量;同时增大了清洗后的无碱玻璃纤维带的抗拉强度。     

复方羊角片质量标准的研究

采用薄层色谱法对复方羊角片中的川芎进行定性鉴别,控制制川乌中乌头碱 的限量,方法简便,结果准确。     

HPLC法测定蒙药复方协日嘎-4中栀子苷、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱的含量

建立同时测定蒙药复方协日嘎-4中栀子苷、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱的HPLC含量测定方法.建立的色谱系统为:用Elite C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸二氢钾水溶液(B)为流动相,柱温30℃,检测波长栀子苷238nm,姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱346nm,流速1.0mL·min-1.本方法可使栀子苷、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱有效分离,在各自的检测范围内线性良好,精密度和重复性良好,加样回收率分别为98.83%(RSD=1.90%)、98.07%(RSD=2.03%)、99.36%(RSD=1.43%).经过方法学验证,该方法可同时、简便、快速、准确的测定蒙药复方协日嘎-4中栀子苷、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱的含量,可以作为蒙药复方协日嘎-4的质量控制方法.     

烃碱流体对三塘湖盆地马朗凹陷石炭系火山岩储集层的改造作用

三塘湖盆地马朗凹陷石炭系火山岩储集层以基性、中性熔岩为主,储集空间有3种类型,可分为原生孔隙、次生孔隙和裂隙。烃碱流体对火山岩储集层的改造作用主要反映在次生孔隙带的形成、发育程度上。这取决于烃碱流体碱交代作用引起物质的带入与带出的比例。目前研究区镜下鉴定结果表明火山岩次生孔隙大量发育,其中碱交代蚀变、溶蚀使孔渗增加,表明烃碱流体对马朗凹陷深部地层作用的广泛性。次生孔隙连通成次生孔隙带,原生孔隙通过裂缝和次生孔隙带连通构成了良好的油气运移通道和储集空间。     

疏肝中药复方对慢性束缚应激大鼠下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴的调节

目的　从神经内分泌学角度探讨慢性束缚应激的发生机制及疏肝中药对其调节作用。方法　建立慢性束缚应激大鼠模型 ,通过行为学实验评估大鼠应激状态下的行为变化 ,并测定大鼠肾上腺、胸腺指数及体内单胺递质含量变化 ,通过对疏肝中药复方柴胡疏肝散的防治作用的观察探讨中药复方的作用机理。结果　柴胡疏肝散可对抗应激引起的体能及情绪改变 ,并对各种单胺递质有不同的调节作用。结论　柴胡疏肝散在一定程度上调节了慢性束缚应激模型动物的行为表现 ,而且使不同组织单胺递质含量呈现动态变化趋势 ,提示其参与慢性束缚应激的内在调节     

水杨醛缩乙二胺希夫碱与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用及抑菌活性研究

合成了水杨醛缩乙二胺希夫碱化合物.利用紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和圆二色光谱法研究了水杨醛缩乙二胺希夫碱与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用.结果表明,该希夫碱化合物与BSA形成了复合物,导致BSA的构象发生变化,使BSA的内源性荧光发生静态猝灭,计算得到了希夫碱化合物与BSA相互作用的热力学参数.体外抑菌实验表明该希夫碱对大肠杆菌具有一定的抑菌活性.     

散斑空间尺度及动态散斑分析

以干涉、衍射及散射理论为基础介绍了散斑的形成、分类,并根据杨氏干涉及菲涅尔衍射理论.推导出静态散斑横向尺度及纵向尺度,给出了散斑的空间形状并对静态散班和动态散斑作了分析,总结出动态散斑三个衍射带的基本特点。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
