Résumé LeL-pyroglutamyl-L-prolyl-L-séryl--N-carbotert.-butoxy-L-lysyl azide et leL-aspartyl-L-alanyl-L-phénylalanyl-L-isoleucyl-glycyl-L-leucyl-L-méthioninamide ont été synthétisés, puis condensés enL-pyroglutamyl-L-prolyl-L-séryl--N-carbo-tert. butoxy-L-lysyl-L-aspartyl-L-alanyl-L-phénylalanyl-L-isoleucyl-glycyl-L-leucyl-L-méthioninamide. Après traitement par l'acide trifluoroacétique, ce dernier a donné l'endécapeptide,L-pyroglutamyl-L-prolyl-L-séryl-L-lysyl-L-aspartyl-L-analyl-L-phénylalanyl-L-isoleucyl-glycyl-L-leucyl-L-méthioninamide, qui s'est montré doué des mêmes propriétés chimiques, physiques et biologiques que l'élédoisine naturelle.  相似文献

In this paper we show that optimal trading results can be achieved if we can forecast a key summary statistic of future prices. Consider the following optimization problem. Let the return ri (over time i=1, 2, ..., n) for the ith day be given and the investor has to make investment decision di on the ith day with di=1 representing a ‘long' position and di=0 a ‘neutral' position. The investment return is given by rni=1ridicΣn+1i=1didi−1∣, where c is the transaction cost. The mathematical programming problem of choosing d1, ..., dn to maximize r under a given transaction cost c is shown to have an analytic solution, which is a function of a key summary statistic called the largest change before reversal. The largest change before reversal is recommended to be used as an output in a neural network for the generation of trading signals. When neural network forecasting is applied to a dataset of Hang Seng Index Futures Contract traded in Hong Kong, it is shown that forecasting the largest change before reversal outperforms the k‐step‐ahead forecast in achieving higher trading profits. “The last remnant of physical objectivity of space–time” is disclosed in the case of a continuous family of spatially non-compact models of general relativity (GR). The physical individuation of point-events is furnished by the autonomous degrees of freedom of the gravitational field (viz., the Dirac observables) which represent—as it were—the ontic part of the metric field. The physical role of the epistemic part (viz. the gauge variables) is likewise clarified as embodying the unavoidable non-inertial aspects of GR. At the end the philosophical import of the Hole Argument is substantially weakened and in fact the Argument itself dissolved, while a specific four-dimensional holistic and structuralist view of space–time (called point-structuralism) emerges, including elements common to the tradition of both substantivalism and relationism. The observables of our models undergo real temporal change: this gives new evidence to the fact that statements like the frozen-time character of evolution, as other ontological claims about GR, are model dependent.  相似文献

Summary 4 of the 5 species ofLimnodynastes of theperoni group show 2n=24. Onlysalmini has 2n=22, thus resembling the species ofPlatyplectron (thedorsalis andornatus complexes) which all show 22 chromosomes. This 2nd group also includes species (ornatus) with very low DNA amounts. From a karyological point of view, the species of thePlatyplectron (plus eventuallysalmini) group appear more differentiated than the species of theperoni group, from which they have probably arisen.Research partly supported by a contribution from C.N.R., Rome.  相似文献

Summary The chromosomes of three species ofPachybrachis and nine ofCryptocephalus chrysomelids were analyzed. The male meiotic bivalent formula ofP. azureus Suffr.,P. catalonicus Burl. andP. petitpierrei Daccordi is 7II+Xyr.Cryptocephalus sexmaculatus Ol. andC. vittula Suffr. have 13II+Xyp,C. bipunctatus L. 14II+Xyr,C. ochroleucus Steph. andC. ocellatus Drap. 14II+Xyp,C. crassus 01. 15II+Xyr,C. sulphureus 01. 15II+Xyp, the same number as inC. fulvus Goeze with 2n=32 chromosomes, whileC. primarius Har. has 19II+Xyp. The modal chromosome number inCryptocephalus is 2n=30 (about 60% of spp.), and most species are characterized their small chromosomes. The low variation found in the karyotypes of Cryptocephalinae along with their possible interrelationships with allied chrysomelid subfamilies are also discussed.  相似文献

Der RNS-Anteil an der fettfreien Trockenmasse stimmt in beiden Stämmen überein. Es wird diskutiert, dass die 2 Genome der diploidenDrosophila offensichtlich etwa ebenso aktiv sind wie die 3 Genome der triploiden.Drosophila verfügt also offenbar über einen Regulationsmechanismus, der die RNS-Konzentration trotz unterschiedlichen DNS-Gehalts konstant hält.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Untersuchungen derr II-Region desT 2-Bakteriophagen. Es wurde eine genetische Analyse derr II-Region desT 2-Bakteriophagen durchgeführt zur Feststellung, ob die Befunde, die sich auf die Funktionsteile innerhalb derr II-Region desT 4-Phagen beziehen, in bezug auf dier II-Region desT 2-Phagen verallgemeinert werden können. Die Mutanten wurden mit Hilfe von 5-Bromouracil und Akridineorange isoliert und dieh + r-Mutanten nach demselben Schema wie fürT 4-Phagen weiter differenziert. Sechzig ausgewählte Mutanten wurden nach funktionaler Identität geprüft, was zur Feststellung führte, dass die gesamte Region als eine Einheit funktioniert.  相似文献

A forecasting model for yt based on its relationship to exogenous variables (e.g. x?t) must use x?t, the forecast of x?t. An example is given where commercially available x?t's are sufficiently inaccurate that a univariate model for yt appears preferable. For a variety of types of models inclusion of an exogenous variable x?t is shown to worsen the yt forecasts whenever x?t must itself be forecast by x?t and MSE (x?t) > Var (x?t). Tests with forecasts from a variety of sources indicate that, with a few notable exceptions, MSE (x?t) > Var (x?t) is common for macroeconomic forecasts more than a quarter or two ahead. Thus, either:
  • (a) available medium range forecasts for many macroeconomic variables (e.g. the GNP growth rate) are not an improvement over the sample mean (so that such variables are not useful explanatory variables in forecasting models), and/or
  • (b) the suboptimization involved in directly replacing x?t by x?t is a luxury that we cannot afford.

Summary The karyotypes of Chilean lizardsLiolaemus pictusandLiolaemus cyanogaster is described for the first time. Both species possess 34 chromosomes; 6 pairs of macrochromosomes and 11 pairs of microchromosomes. Karyologically it is possible to differenciate this species because the pair No. 2 is metacentric (m) inL. pictusand submetacentric (sm) inL. cyanogaster. It is shortly discussed the signification of formule 2n=34 for the species ofLiolaemus analized karyologically and its possible mechanism of acquisition.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Chromosomensätze von 5 Eidechsenarten der Familie Aguidae, davon vier vom GenusGerrhonotus und eine vom GenusDiploglossus werden beschrieben.D. costatus ist 2n=36 mit 12 grossen metazentrischen Chromosomen und 24 Mikrochromosomen.G. multicarinatus ist 2n=48,G. paucicarinatus 2n=46 undG. coeruleus 2n=38. Diese 3 Arten haben einen identischen «nombre fondamentale» von 48 und alle haben 26 Mikrochromosomen.G. monticolus besitzt 2n=30. Die Anzahl der Mikrochromosomen ist auf 12 reduziert.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die somatischen Chromosomen der 3 EidechsenartenGekko gecko (2N=38),Iguana iguana (2N=34) undCrotophytus collaris (2N=36), werden dargestellt.G. gecko besitzt metazentrische, subteleozentrische und teleozentrische Elemente, aber keine Mikrochromosomen.I. iguana undC. collaris besitzen Makrochromosomen (6 Paare) und Mikrochromosomen. Bei den ArtenG. gecko undI. iguana waren in keinen von beiden Geschlechtern heteromorphische Chromosomenpaare nach zuweisen.

Zusammenfassung Als Fortsetzung früherer Untersuchungen der freien Aminosäuren und Peptiden in Eiern und Embryonen verschiedener Seeigelarten, wurde das Muster der Ninhydrin-positiven Stoffe vonEchinocardium cordatum, Psammechinus microtuberculatus undGenocidaris maculata papierchromatographisch untersucht. DieEchinocardium-Eier zeichnen sich durch ihre hohe Konzentration an Valin (Fig. 1A, Fleck 16) und Leucin (Fleck 9) aus, welche bei allen übrigen von uns untersuchten Arten nur in sehr geringer Menge auftreten. Ferner sind sie durch das Vorkommen eines spezifischen Stoffes charakterisiert, der nur beiArbacia lixula nachgewiesen wurde (Fleck 17).Psammechinus microtuberculatus undGenocidaris maculata unterscheiden sich in den Peptiden. DiePsammechinus-Eier enthalten einen Stoff, der wahrscheinlich mit dem Tripeptid vonSphaerechinus granularis identisch ist (Fig. 1B, Fleck Nr. 23). InGenocidaris-Eiern wurde ein Peptid registriert, das auch beiParacentrotus lividus vorkommt (Fig. 1C, Fleck Nr. 21).Es wurden ferner Messungen von Eivolumen, Total-stickstoff und Totalmenge der freien Ninhydrin-positiven Substanzen des unbefruchteten Eies durchgeführt. Das Eivolumen und der Gesamtstickstoffgehalt sind beiEchinocardium cordatum am grössten, beiArbacia lixula am geringsten. DieEchinocardium-Eier sind durch ihren hohen Gehalt an freien Aminosäuren gekennzeichnet. Sie enthalten rund 7mal mehr solche Stoffe pro Ei als dieArbacia-Eier; zwischenParacentrotus lividus undSphaerechinus granularis zeigen die Messwerte keinen deutlichen Unterschied.  相似文献

La morfologia del cariotipo diMugil cephalus mostra 24 coppie di piccoli cromosomi acrocentrici; nel cariotipo diLiza ramada e diChelon labrosus fa invece spicco, tra gli acrocentri, una coppia di subtelocentrici. Summary Chromosome studies on 8 species of EuropeanCryptocephalus; C. aureolus Suffr.,C. capucinus Suffr.,C. globicollis Suffr.,C. hypochoeridis L.,C. moraei L.,C. rugicollis Ol.,C. sexpustulatus Vill., andC. violaceus Laich. have shown an identical karyotypic formula, 14II+Xyr, 2n=30. Most species ofCryptocephalus share 2n=30 chromosomes. The only interspecific differences are in the size of bivalents and in the sex-determining systems. Suppose Z t is the square of a time series Y t whose conditional mean is zero. Consequently, the conditional variance of Y t is some function of . To estimate Φ , we propose a robust estimation methodology based on density power divergences (DPD) indexed by a tuning parameter α ∈[0,1], which yields a continuum of estimators, , where α controls the trade‐off between robustness and efficiency of the DPD estimators. For each α , is shown to be strongly consistent. We develop data‐dependent criteria for the selection of optimal α and lag p in practice. We illustrate the usefulness of our DPD methodology via simulation studies for ARCH‐type models, where the errors are drawn from a gross‐error contamination model and the conditional variance is a linear and/or nonlinear function of . Furthermore, we analyze the Chicago Board Options Exchange Dow Jones volatility index data and show that our DPD approach yields viable models for the conditional variance, which are as good as, or superior to, ARCH/GARCH models and two other divergence‐based models in terms of in‐sample and out‐of‐sample forecasts.  相似文献

Presenilin-2 (PS2) is one of three genes [amyloid precursor protein (APP), presenilin-1 (PS1) and PS2] shown to cause familial Alzheimer's disease (FAD), and is highly homologous to PS1. Currently demonstrated functions of PS2 include interactions with APP and Aβ, and participation in apoptotic pathways. PS2 FAD mutations influence APP processing in a manner predicted to promote amyloid formation and also enhance the proapoptotic effect of wild-type PS2. Other possible functions of PS2 are related to its homology to Notch pathway genes in Caenorhabditis elegans, suggesting it may have a developmental role. PS2-associated AD is the most reminiscent of the sporadic form of the disease in terms of older age of onset and longer disease duration. Since PS2 mutations are incompletely penetrant and age of onset in carriers is highly variable (40 – 88 years), elucidation of PS2 mechanisms may reveal factors which modify AD and are therapeutically relevant to sporadic AD.  相似文献
