控制系统故障检测与诊断技术的最新进展 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
对故障检测与诊断(FDD)技术在控制领域的最新进展进行了综述,内容主要包括三类基本方法,即:基于解析模型的FDD、基于信号处理和基于知识的故障检测与诊断方法。重点评述了近年来发展起来的信息融合方法、多Agent方法、鲁棒故障检测、网络控制系统的故障诊断等。最后介绍了故障检测与诊断技术在控制系统中的若干应用成果,并指出尚待解决的主要问题和值得进一步研究的方向。 相似文献

将系统仿真技术应用于故障检测与诊断 ( FDD) ,提出了通过实测信息的在线交互解决理论轨线偏差的思想 ,建立了基于系统仿真的 FDD逻辑结构 ,针对 MIMO系统和线性动态 -测量系统构造了具有良好统计性质的故障辨识算法 ,为故障检测、故障辨识、故障时间确定和故障模式识别提供了新的技术途径 .本文的思想和方法不但可用于 CVDS的故障检测与诊断 ,对大规模复杂系统故障分析也具有供鉴和参考价值. 相似文献

考虑了具有参数不确定性的线性定常系统,研究了带有执行器故障和不确定性扰动的保成本容错控制问题。在考虑更一般、更实际的执行器故障模型的基础上,给出了系统鲁棒稳定及容错保成本控制器存在的充分条件。通过求解代数Ricatti方程完成动态反馈控制器的设计。仿真实例验证了所得结果的可行性。比较不考虑故障的控制器与考虑故障的容错控制器的控制效果,进一步说明了对系统进行容错控制的必要性。 相似文献

The reliable design problem for linear systems is concerned with. A more practical model of actuator faults than outage is considered. An LMI approach of designing reliable controller is presented for the case of actuator faults that can be modeled by a scaling factor. The resulting control systems are reliable in that they provide guaranteed asymptotic stability and H∞ performance when some control component (actuator) faults occur. A numerical example is also given to illustrate the design procedure and their effectiveness. Furthermore, the optimal standard controller and the optimal reliable controller are compared to show the necessity of reliable control. 相似文献

Monitoring the operational state of sensors promptly and the accurate diagnosis of faults are essential. This paper proposes an improved fault diagnosis scheme for sensors, which includes both fault detection and fault identification. Firstly, trend analysis combined with least squares support vector machine (TA-LSSVM) method is proposed and implemented to detect faults. Secondly, an improved error correcting output coding-support vector machine (ECOC-SVM) based fault identification method is proposed to distinguish different sensor failure modes. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, experiments are conducted with an MTi-series sensor, and some comparisons are made with other fault identification methods. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed fault diagnosis scheme offers an essential improvement with detection real-time property and better identification accuracy. 相似文献

This paper is to explore further results for total measurable fault information-based residual (ToMFIR) approach to fault detection in dynamic systems. The ToMFIR contains the essential fault information and remains unaffected by control actions in a closed-loop system. It is composed of controller residual and output residual and some of further results are developed in frequency domain. Besides the ability of detecting actuator and sensor faults, it is able to detect faults/failures resulting from the computer used for control purpose that generates control signals. Currently, all of existing fault detection schemes cannot achieve the same task at all. A practical DC motor example, with a PID controller, is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the ToMFIR-based fault detection. This paper presents a fault diagnosis method for process faults and sensor faults in a class of nonlinear uncertain systems.The fault detection and isolation architecture consists of a fault detection estimator and a bank of adaptive isolation estimators,each corresponding to a particular fault type.Adaptive thresholds for fault detection and isolation are presented.Fault detectability conditions characterizing the class of process faults and sensor faults that are detectable by the presented method are derived.A simulation example of robotic arm is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis method. 相似文献

基于节点电压增量关系方程理论,根据高阶故障对低阶故障的覆盖性,并结合替代原理,提出了一种可以诊断非线性模拟电路软故障的字典法,将仅应用于线性模拟电路软故障诊断的方法推广到了含有少量非线性元件的模拟电路。将非线性元件作为一个整体,利用节点电压增量关系方程的线性相关系数作为统一故障特征,实现了电路中非线性元件和线性元件集的硬故障、软故障、单故障和多故障的诊断。给出了含有单个或多个非线性元件的电路诊断方法,并用最小距离法对容差做了相应的处理,最后通过仿真实例证明了该诊断方法的有效性。 相似文献

软件可靠性增长模型一般假设故障是独立的,且检测到的故障能够被排除。但在工程中,一些检测到的故障可能无法排除,在排除过程中也可能会引入新的故障。考虑上述因素,本文假设故障的引入过程与时间呈现非线性关系,通过测试覆盖率函数来表示软件故障检测率,建立了基于非齐次泊松过程(non-homogeneous Poisson process, NHPP)的软件可靠性增长模型。为规避参数估计过程中模型函数导数连续性和存在性的限制,应用一个自适应变化的实值遗传算法进行计算。最后通过一个真实软件失效数据集对模型参数进行计算,利用不同的评价准则将所提模型和现有模型进行比较,说明所提模型的优越性和准确性。 相似文献

进行软件可靠性评估主要通过构建软件可靠性模型实现。软件可靠性模型通常给出被检出的故障可以立即被排除,并且不会有新的故障被引入的假设,这与实际的检错过程是不相符的。针对以上假设条件,提出了一种新的软件可靠性增长模型。该模型将软件的检错过程和排错过程作为两个独立的非齐次泊松过程分别进行建模,并将软件中存在的故障数看作是一个变化的函数,该函数包括软件中初始故障及引入的故障。在两个数据集上进行相应实验证明,较之其他模型,新建模型的拟合和预测效果更好。 相似文献
