Preparation of (R)- and (S)-2-Allyl-1, 3, 2-dinaphtho (α, β) [d.f] dioxaborepin and their reactions with aldehydes

(R)- and(S)-2-Allyl-1,3,2-dinaphtho (α,β) [d.f] dioxaborepin ((R)-2 and(S)-2) have been first prepared by the reaction of(R)-(+)- or(S)-(−)-1, 1′-bi-2-naphthol and triallylborane in THF at room temperature, respectively.(S)-2 and(R)-2 are sensitive to moisture and oxygen in air and disproportionate easily to triallylborane and 1,1′-bi-2 naphthyl bis (1,1′-bi-2-naphtholborate) at ambient temperature. However, THF is a stabilizer for them. The reactions of(R)-2 or(S)-2 and some aliphetic or aromatic aldehydes in CH₂Cl₂ at −78°C for several hours afforded β-alkylenyl alcohols in up to 84.8%ee. Primary Study on Phytodegradation of Bisphenol A by Elodea nuttallii

In a microcosm system where Elodea nuttallii and Bisphenol A （BPA） coexist, with the help of Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer （LC-MS） and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer （GC-MS）, the dynamics of phytodegradation of BPA with concentration 1-20 mg/L and the products of phytodegradation was studied. Antioxidation activity and phospholipids fatty acids were measured to evaluate the effects of BPA on E.nuttallii. The results showed that the half life period of phytodegradation of BPA was less than 15 days. 2-（4-hydroxypheny）-2-（3,4-o-dihydroxypheny） propane and 2, 2-bis（4-hydroxypheny） propyl alcohol were identified to be as two possible products of BPA. The peroxidase （POD） activity of E.nuttallii decreased by 50% to 100% compared with that controlled at the end of the experiment. The fatty acid methanol esters （FAMEs） changed obviously too. It showed that oxidation stress and membrane damage would be the two effcting aspects of BPA on E.nuttallii.     

葎草提取物胃肠促动作用的实验研究

目的探讨葎草提取物对胃肠运动功能的影响。方法采用胃排空、肠推进运动实验法以及离体胃、肠实验法,研究葎草提取物对胃、肠运动功能的影响。结果蒸馏水组胃内容物残留率(%)和小肠推进比(%),分别为(82.53±10.69)和(50.88±8.68);葎草水提物大、中、小剂量(10.0、7.5、5.0 g生药/kg)组,胃内容物残留率(%)和小肠推进比(%),分别为(53.83±9.89)、(48.98±9.75)、(62.75±10.56)和(60.19±7.77)、(64.98±7.41)、(58.71±6.83);葎草醇提物中、小剂量(7.5、5.0 g生药/kg)组,胃内容物残留率(%)和小肠推进比(%),分别为(73.21±8.09)、(74.19±7.71)和(57.48±6.18)、(57.42±6.62)。与蒸馏水组比较,葎草水提物大、中、小剂量(10.0、7.5、5.0 g生药/kg)组均显著降低胃内容物残留率(P0.01),明显提高小肠推进比(P0.01,P0.05);葎草醇提物中、小剂量(7.5、5.0 g生药/kg)组也明显降低胃内容物残留率(P0.05),也明显提高小肠推进比(P0.05);在降低胃内容物残留率及提高小肠推进比,葎草水提物与相同剂量的醇提物比较,差异显著(P0.01)。在离体实验中,葎草水提物给药前后肠管、胃底环状肌的收缩幅度分别为(1.20±0.06)g、(72.01±4.27)mg和(4.89±0.60)g、(211.42±6.76)mg;葎草醇提物给药前后肠管、胃底环状肌的收缩幅度分别为(0.88±0.05)g、(70.20±3.26)mg和(1.43±0.17)g、(218.75±3.13)mg。与给药前比较,葎草水提物与醇提物给药后的肠管和胃底环状肌的收缩幅度明显强于给药前(P0.01);从给药前后肠管收缩幅度差比较,葎草水提物与醇提物比较差异显著(P0.01)。结论葎草提取物具有促进胃排空、肠推进运动的作用,且水提物作用强于醇提物。

南宁七坡林场尾巨桉人工林生物量的初步研究

【目的】为科学、可持续地经营桉树（Eucalyptus）人工林以及评价桉树人工林在区域碳循环中的地位、作用和生态效益提供有效的依据。【方法】采用平均标准木法和收获法对南宁七坡林场的尾巨桉（Eucalyptus urophylla×E．grandis）及其林下植被的生物量进行调查。【结果】在尾巨桉人工林中,各层次生物量呈现乔木层〉灌木层〉草本层,其中尾巨桉生物量最大,处于主导地位;尾巨桉各器官生物量的大小顺序为树干（64．38％）〉根（24．29％）〉树皮（5．97％）〉老枝（2．25％）〉嫩枝（1．56％）〉老叶（1．32％）〉嫩叶（0．20％）。【结论】尾巨桉的生物量主要集中在树干上,叶的生物量最少。     

甘油氢解产物的测定方法研究

[目的]研究快速直接测定未经衍生化处理甘油氢解产物(1,3丙二醇;1,2-丙二醇)的方法.[方法]以甲醇为溶剂,醋酸正丁酯为内标物建立气相色谱分析测试方法,并采用ZB-5 HT气相色谱柱.[结果]当样品组成浓度在0～27 mg· mL-1范围内,内标法校正实验工作曲线的线性相关系数R达到0.9993～0.9995,标准残差(SE)为0.0040～0.0112.对6个实验真实样品进行平行定量测定,结果表明最大相对偏差为0.06～0.09,平均回收率为99.19％～100.42％.[结论]该方法可以满足直接测定甘油氢解液相产物的要求.

Spatial and Temporal Distributions of Soil Organic Matter in the Mixed Plantations of Alder and Cypress in the Hilly Areas of Central Sichuan Basin

The investigation was conducted on the spatial and temporal distributions of soil organic mater （SOM） in the mixed plantations of alder （Aluns crernastogyne） and cypress （Cupressus funebris ） （MPAC）, which distributed in the hilly areas of central Sichuan Basin （HACSB）. The results show that： （1） the spatial distribution of SOM among different sites at the same age are not significant before 15-year-old, but significant at 20-year-old, and not significant again after 25-year-old; （2） the SOM contents in 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm layers increase sharply from 10- to 15-year-old, and decline gradually from 15- to 30- year-old; the SOM contents of the 30-year-old PCP were 80. 38% and 78.42% higher than that of the 10-year-old, but 29.16% and 53.37% lower than that of 15-year-old in the 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm layers, respectively. The decrease of SOM contents would lead to the degradation of soil fertility and the decline of forest productivity.     

Comparison study of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin and carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres

To compare two microspheres of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin and carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin loaded theophylline as pulmonary sustained drug delivery carriers, the characteristics and ciliotoxicity were studied. The drug loadings of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin and carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres were 21.09% and 21.42%, and the encapsulation efficiencies were 91.40% and 92.80%. The distributions of 50% (d _0.5) of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin and carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres were 4.89 and 5.83 μm, respectively. Both microspheres showed spherical shape with smooth or wrinkled surfaces. FT-IR of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres demonstrated that theophylline had formed hydrogen bonds with chitosan and β-cyclodextrin, while for the carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres theophylline had interaction with carboxymethyl chitosan. The moisture absorption showed that an equilibrium was reached within 24 h. The two microspheres possessed better adaptability. In vitro release of theophylline from chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres was slower than that from carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres at pH 6.8. Preconcentration and Separation of Trace Copper in Water Samples with Nanometer-Size TiO2 Colloid and Determination by FAAS

A new absorbent of nanometer-size TiO2 colloid for Cu(Ⅱ) was studied in this work. The adsorption rate could reach above 99% when the pH values were at the range of 5-6. The adsorption balance time, adsorption capacities, and the eluent were investigated. A novel method of trace Cu(Ⅱ) preconcentration and separation with nanometer-size titanium dioxide colloid and determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was advanced. The detection limit (3σ) of the method was 1.15 μg· L~(-1) , and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D) was 1.53% (n=6). Environmental sample experiments were also conducted to test the feasibility of the method, and it came out that the recovery rates were between 95.9% and 97.8%.     

Carboxymethytl Pachymaram Up-Regulates Dendritic Cell＇s Function in Hepatitis B Virus Transgenic Mice

The effect of carboxymethytl pachymaram (CMP) on the function of dendritic cells(DCs) derived from spleens of hepatitis B virus transgenic mice are studied in vitro. The phenotypes of DCs are tested by flow cytometry (FCM), cytokines measured by ELISA. The expression of DCs’ phenotypes in HBV transgenic mice are low (CD80⁺CD11c⁺:59.12±11.53 vs 9.60±4.53, p<0.01; CD80⁺ MHC-II⁺: 44.86±12.31 vs 9.80±5.72, p<0.01, normal mice vs HBV transgenic mice), the ability of DCs stimulating T lymphocytes proliferation decreases (0.37±0.11 vs 0.20±0.11, p<0.05, normal mice vs HBV transgenic mice), levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ decrease whereas the level of IL-10 increases; CMP can enhance DCs’ ability of stimulating T lymphocytes proliferation, facilitate the secretion of IL-12 and IFN-γ, inhibit the secretion of IL-10, thus up regulates DCs function. The results show a good prospective use of CMP on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Some Results about the Sample Path Properties of Markov Processes with Independent Self-Similar Components

This paper considers a special class of operator self-similar processes Markov processes {X（t）, t≥0} with independent self-similar components, that is, X （ t ） =（X^1（t）,…,X^d（t））, where {X^i（t）,t≥0}, i=1,2,…,d are d independent real valued self-similar Markov processes. By means of Brel-Cantelli lemma, we give two results about asymptotic property as t→∞ of sample paths for two special classes of Markov processes with independent self-similar components.     

Application of Constructed Wetlands on Wastewater Treatment for Aquaculture Ponds

A group of constructed wetlands （CWs） were applied to the recirculating aquaculture system. This study assessed the performance of CWs in treating the aquaculture wastewater, examined the water quality condition of aquaculture ponds and the growth and the survival rate of ＂target＂ species （Ictalurus punctatus and Megalobrama amblycephala）. The results showed that CWs were effective on reducing the concentrations of 5-day biochemical oxygen demand （BOD5, at 70.5%）, total suspended solids （TSS, at 81.9%）, chlorophyll a （Chl-a, at 91.9%）, ammonium （NH4^＋, at 61.5%） and nitrate nitrogen （NOa-N, at 68.0%）. Effect of CWs on phosphate （PO43 -P） removal was relatively lower （at 20.0%）. The concentrations of BODs, TSS, Chl-a, NH4^＋ and TN, TP in the recirculating culture pond were significantly lower than that in the control pond（ p〈0.05 ）. CWs could help to increase total yield, survival rate of the ＂target＂ species and significantly decrease feed conversion ratio （ p〈0.05 ）.

Chemical Composition and Antimicrobial Activity of Essential Oil of Asarum caulescene

Both essential oils of fresh and air-dried Asarum caulescene （Maxim.） were analyzed by GC-MS in three different polarities. The resuits show that thirty-four components were identified in the oils, and main compounds of both oils were β-pinene （7. 63% vs. 20. 77%）, 2 carene （8.94% vs. 7.99%）, β-phellandrene （7.80% vs. 14.39%）, 1,8-cineole （8. 91% vs. 13. 29%） and germacrone （46. 64% vs. 6.64%）, however, the content of monoterpene hydrocarhons（30.29% vs. 52. 30%） and oxygenated sesquiterpenes（47.69% vs. 10.65%） of both oils was different. The antimicrobial activity of the oil was evaluated against 3 fungi and 11 hacteria including 7 clinical isolated strains. Our results showed that both oils presented a broad antimicrobial spectrum, and compared with the essential oil from fresh herb, the extracted oil from dried herb had hetter antimicrohial activity, its minimum inhibitory concentration（cmi） values of dried herh were 0. 16-2. 5 g/L and lowest minimum bactericidal concentration（cmb ） value was 0.31 g/L.     

Organic solvent- and phase transfer catalyst-free oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone with dilute H2O2

The oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone with 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide by using peroxotungstate complexes formed in situ from sodium tungstate dihydrate and various bidentate organic ligands as the catalysts, without organic solvents, halide and phase transfer catalyst has been carried out. The influence of 13 ligands on the oxidation is investigated. The maximum yield of cyclohexanone is obtained when using 1,10-phenanthroline (96%) and oxalic acid (95%) as the ligand. Very high yields (around 90%) have also been obtained for the instances of using salicylic acid, 3,5-dibromosalicylic acid, and 8-hydro- xylquinoline as ligands. A research to improve the reaction condition using cheap oxalic acid as the ligand indicates that the optimum condition is that the reaction mixture with a molar ratio of cycohexanol︰tungstate dihydrate︰oxalic acid︰30% H₂O₂=100︰2︰2︰120 was stirred at 85—90℃ for 12 h. :
