雏鸭鸭疫巴氏杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌混合感染的诊治

对成都市郊某肉种鸭场爆发的雏鸭疾病，通过流行病学调查、临床症状、病理变化观察、病原分离鉴定、确诊为鸭疫巴氏杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌混合感染．在药敏试验的基础上，对１７００多只病鸭用两菌高度敏感的抗菌药物进行治疗，疗效显著，治愈率达９８％．     

初探奶牛溶血性巴氏杆菌的临床诊断和预防及治疗措施

1.病因1.1巴氏杆菌为无芽孢,不运动,兼性厌氧,菌体两端常染色浓重的革兰氏染色阴性小杆菌。因1880年巴斯德氏首先自病鸡分离到本属中的多杀巴氏杆菌而得名。鼠疫杆菌、假结核杆菌、肠道结肠炎杆菌和土拉杆菌原归本属,现前三者改归耶尔森氏菌属,最后一种改归弗朗西斯氏菌属。本属已确定的种有多杀巴氏杆菌、嗜肺巴氏杆菌、溶血巴氏杆菌、尿巴氏杆菌和鸭疫巴氏杆菌等。     

多杀性巴氏杆菌12:A对家兔的致病性研究

24种中草药对鸡巴氏杆菌的抑菌试验

为了对民间兽医常用的治疗鸡病的中草药进行科学鉴定,进一步探索治疗鸡病的有效中草药,我们在有关单位的支持和配合下,选择了部分民间兽医常用的治疗鸡病的中草药,对鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽较常见的病原菌——鸡巴氏杆菌进行抑菌试验,以进一步明确其疗效。现把24种中草药对鸡巴氏杆菌的抑菌试验情况简报如下:     

西昌安宁河流域鸭霍乱的流行病学调查与诊治研究

本文报道了西昌安宁河流域鸭霍乱的流行与诊治情况。各品种鸭均能感染,成年鸭和50—70日龄鸭发病居多,主要发病季节为6—9月。发病率为30—60%,死亡率为60—85%,有时高达100%。病原分离鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌。复方痢菌净、喹乙醇、庆大霉素、四环素和链霉素高度敏感,疗效良好。青霉素、氯霉素、卡那霉素和土霉素中度敏感。痢特灵、磺胺嘧啶、增效联磺片、磺胺甲基异(口恶)唑及黄连素不敏感。     

经产母猪猪肺疫的防治措施

猪肺疫是由猪多杀性巴氏杆菌引起的急性传染病，临床症状表现为体温41-41．5℃，精神萎靡，粪便干燥，尿色黄，张口呼吸等。     

基于微生物诱导碳酸钙的岩体结构面修复试验

针对混合花岗岩开展了巴氏芽孢杆菌诱导碳酸钙沉积的结构面修复试验研究.在实验室内对巴氏芽孢杆菌活化培养，利用电导率变化量表征巴氏芽孢杆菌脲酶活性，考察其生长规律与理化特性.借助XRD，EDS及SEM等手段对结构面处巴氏芽孢杆菌诱导产物进行分析.研究表明，选用22~28h培养后的菌液，巴氏芽孢杆菌脲酶活性最高;30℃，pH为8的理化环境最适合巴氏芽孢杆菌生长繁殖;巴氏芽孢杆菌在结构面处的沉积产物为5~10μm的立方体状碳酸钙晶体，以螺旋位错结晶方式生长，最终将结构面胶结在一起，达到结构面修复的目的.     

鸭疫里氏杆菌病的研究进展

鸭疫里氏杆菌病是危害养鸭业的主要传染病之一,本病可给肉鸭养殖户造成严重的经济损失。本文对目前本病研究热点,包括其流行病学特点,血清型,亚单位结构与分子生物学免疫学等有关进展作一综述,并指出目前应加紧对其分子生物学研究和疫苗研制工作,以加强免疫预防效果。

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
