用水热法合成了吡唑-3-甲酸的两个配合物{[Ag(Py-3-CA)]n(1)和[Pb2(Py-3-CA)4]n(2)}(Py-3-CA=吡唑-3-甲酸),用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了配合物的晶体结构,并对其进行了红外光谱、元素分析、X射线粉末衍射、荧光等性质的表征.结果表明:配合物1属于单斜晶体,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=0.859 97(4)nm,b=0.576 70(2)nm,c=1.012 87(4)nm,β=97.673(4)°,V=0.497 83(4)nm3,Z=4;晶体2属于单斜晶体,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=1.107 64(3)nm,b=2.366 60(6)nm,c=0.863 20(2)nm,β=110.313(3)°,V=2.122 02(10)nm3,Z=4.配合物中的氢键作用使其自组装成稳定的三维立体结构.荧光测试结果表明,配合物1和2具有荧光性质.  相似文献

5-苄基-4-叔丁基-2-氨基噻唑与芳香醛缩合制备了11 种5-苄基-4-叔丁基-2-苄亚氨基噻唑.结构经1H NMR和元素分析确证, 并用单晶 X-射线衍射测定了化合物Ⅰc的晶体结构.化合物Ⅰc晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为 P21/n,晶胞参数为:a= 1.437 53(11) nm,b= 0.986 65(8) nm,c=1.465 65(12) nm,β=114.256 0(10)°;Z=4,V=1.895 3(3) nm3, Dc=1.349 g/cm3, F(000)=808, R1=0.050 7, wR2=0.116 3,S=1.03.体外筛选结果表明,化合物Ⅰb, Ⅰk 在10 μmol/L 浓度下对COX-2的抑制率超过50%.  相似文献

通过水热法合成了无机-有机杂化硼酸盐[Zn(C4H13N3)2][B5O6(OH)4]2,并通过红外与拉曼光谱分析以及元素分析对化合物进行了表征.X射线单晶结构分析结果表明,晶体属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.856 96(14)nm,b=1.178 07(19)nm,c=1.454 2(2)nm,α=90°,β=91.260(2)°,γ=90°,Z=2,V=1.467 7(4)nm3,Dc=1.602 g/cm3.五硼酸根阴离子[B5O6(OH)4]-之间通过氢键相互连接形成三维的框架结构,沿着a轴和c轴的方向存在大的孔洞,模板剂[Zn(C4H13N3)2]2 阳离子镶嵌在这些孔洞中.  相似文献

微波辐射下利用3-甲氧基-2-羟基苯甲醛和丙二酸二甲酯在甲醇溶剂中反应,高产率地合成了8-甲氧基香豆素-3-甲酸甲酯,通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR和X-射线单晶衍射分析确定了其结构.该化合物属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,a=0.40283(14)nm,b=2.4867(8)nm,c=1.0379(4)nm,β=93.272(4)°,Z=4,V=1.0380(6)nm3,R1=0.0560,wR2=0.1532.化合物是一平面分子,分子间通过弱的C-H…O氢键和π-π堆积作用形成了三维超分子结构.用微量热法研究了该化合物对大肠杆菌生长的抑制作用,结果表明该化合物有较好的抑菌活性.  相似文献

采用水热合成法, 得到了3种8-羟基喹啉金属配合物: [Al(C9H8NO)3](1), AlO3; [Co(C9H8NO)3](2), CoQ3和[Cu(C9H8NO)2](3), CuQ2 . 并对3种化合物的单晶进行了X-射线衍射分析, 确定了结构.3个晶体都属于单斜晶系的P2 (1)/n 空间群. 配合物(1)的晶胞参数是a=1.122 7(8) nm, b=1.301 7(9) nm, c=1.681 2(9) nm, β=95.064(9)°, V =2.447(3) nm3, Z =4, F(000)=1 024. 配合物(2)为a=1.1 240(12) nm, b=1.2 894(14) nm, c=1.666 5(18) nm, β=95.068(10), V =2.406(4) nm3, Z =4, F(000)=1 048. 配合物(3)为a=1.065 7(14) nm, b=0.861 1(11) nm, c=1.525 1(2) nm,β=102.229(2)°, V =1.367 7(3) nm3, Z =4, F(000)=716. 同时对3种化合物的UV-VIS-NIR、IR和荧光光谱进行了测定和分析指认.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
