瑞香狼毒总木脂素的体外抗肿瘤活性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了瑞香狼毒总木脂素的体外抗肿瘤作用.用MTT比色分析法、集落形成法对瑞香狼毒总木脂素的体外抗肿瘤活性进行研究,并与长春新碱的活性进行了比较.瑞香狼毒总木脂素成分对肿瘤细胞株SGC-7901,HEP-7402和HL-60的增殖及克隆形成具有较强的抑制作用,其体外抗肿瘤活性高于或接近于长春新碱,证明瑞香狼毒总木脂素成分具有较强的体外抗肿瘤作用.  相似文献

 运用中压柱色谱和高效制备液相色谱对橙黄瑞香的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所分离化合物的结构,并对所得到的化合物进行抗前列腺癌活性测试.从橙黄瑞香茎皮甲醇提取物中分离得到8个单体化合物,包括4个黄酮类化合物和4个香豆素类化合物,鉴定为为瑞香苷(1)、瑞香素(2)、荭草苷(3)、异荭草苷(4)、槲皮素(5)、芫花素(6)、西瑞香素(7)、乙酰伞形花内酯(8),所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.用MTT法对这8个化合物进行体外抗前列腺癌活性测试,结果显示4个香豆素化合物对两个前列腺癌细胞株PC-3M和LNCaP均有一定的抑制作用,其中西瑞香素(7)显示最强的活性,对PC-3M和LNCaP的IC50值分别为8.1,13.5μg/mL.  相似文献

瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L.)是瑞香科狼毒属植物,其干燥根入药.作为传统藏药材,瑞香狼毒在藏医药中的应用历史悠久.近年来有关瑞香狼毒化学成分和抗肿瘤、抗艾滋病方面的研究取得了迅速的发展.对狼毒其化学成分及药理作用方面的研究进行了综述,以期为该药材的进一步开发与利用提供依据.结果表明,瑞香狼毒主要含有黄酮类、二萜类、香豆素类及木脂素类化学成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗惊厥、抗癫痫、抗菌抗病毒、免疫调节及抗氧化等多种药理作用.  相似文献

利用生化检测法,用瑞香狼毒素B活性物质处理蚜虫活体及离体酶液,结果表明,瑞香狼毒素B对蚜虫酯酶总活性 ,羧酸酯酶,谷胱甘肽S-转移酶均有显著的抑制作用,对乙酰胆碱酯酶活性无明显的影响,对蚜虫体内解毒酶系的影响是导致中毒的一个重要因素.  相似文献

采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱层析技术和多种波谱分析方法.从芫花根中分离鉴定出7种酚类化合物.它们分别为伞形花内酯(1)、瑞香苷(2)、西瑞香素(3)、芫花素(4)、芫根苷(5)、毛瑞香素B(6)和毛瑞香素G(7),其中-4和7为首次从芫花根中分离得到.上述化合物的免疫调节活性通过其对小鼠巨噬细胞分泌白介素-1β(IL-1β),小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖及分泌白介素-2(IL-2)等进行检测.结果表明.20~30mg/L的化合物3~7对巨噬细胞分泌IL-1β,T淋巴细胞增殖及分泌IL-2有显的提升作用.  相似文献

本文以健康人血红细胞及细胞膜为实验材料,利用核黄素-蛋氨酸光照体系产生O_D~-,考察了瑞香素及其铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)配合物时O_2~-的清除作用。结果表明:瑞香素及其铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)配合物对O_2~-都有明显清除作用,以钢(Ⅱ)配合物活性最高;O_2~-可使Hb氧化,使膜中过氧化脂质含量增加,SOD、瑞香素及其铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)配合物对此均有一定的抑制作用,其中以SOD活性最高。  相似文献

本文研究了芫花(Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc)枝条的化学成分.芫花枝条的95%乙醇提取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取部位,经反复硅胶柱层析分离得到15个化合物。采用理化及波谱分析方法,分别鉴定为十八碳酸单甘油酯(1)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、棕榈酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、咖啡酸十八烷酯(5)、山奈酚(6)、西瑞香素(7)、西瑞香内酯(8)、木樨草素(9)、落叶松脂醇(10)、β-胡萝卜苷(11)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、刺五加苷B(13)、刺五加苷B1(14)、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷(15),其中7个化合物(1、2、3、5、13、14、15)为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

目的:对瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、C18反相柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和HPLC等方法分离瑞香狼毒的化学成分,采用波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中共分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别是:(2R,3S)-3-(3,4-二甲氧基苄基)-2-(3,4-亚甲二氧基苄基)丁内酯(1)、haplomyrfolin(2)、双氢芝麻素(3)、异新狼毒素A(4)和瑞香狼毒素B(5)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
