海泥美容功效体系制备条件的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采集浙江舟山秀山的滩涂海泥,通过水浸提、过滤、离心沉降处理制备水溶体系,采用BCS-Trolox法测定体系的总抗氧化性能,采用酪氨酸酶法评价体系的美白功效;研究了制备水溶体系时温度、pH、时间和转速对体系的抗氧化性能和美白功效的影响。结果表明:海泥水溶体系制备的工艺条件为温度40~65℃、时间20 min,转速9 000 r/min的酸性条件,体系的抗氧化性能和美白功效显著。  相似文献

在柠檬酸盐体系的基础上,结合电化学应用的需要,发展还原引发剂-柠檬酸盐体系,分别制备了由硼氢化钠和甲醇作还原引发剂,在柠檬酸盐体系中制备了不含有PVP等保护剂的纳米铂水溶胶.不仅简化了PtCl2-6的柠檬酸盐体系的条件,且缩短了制备纳米铂所需时间.透射电镜和纳米粒子分布仪显示制备的纳米铂水溶胶粒径为5-8nm左右.制得的纳米铂水溶胶能通过电泳法修饰到电极表面上,表现出良好的电化学活性及催化活性.  相似文献

以除去喹啉不溶物的煤沥青为原料,在自制的载磁反应釜中制备针状焦.通过改变体系聚合反应最大压力及最高温度,对针状焦制备过程中施加磁场后中间相形成阶段的温度、体系最大压力等工艺条件进行了探讨,研究了不同条件下制备的针状焦的结构与电化学性能.采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪表征产物的结构特点;采用循环伏安法及电化学阻抗等分析方法表征了不同条件下制备的针状焦的电化学性能.在磁场作用下,体系最大压力为0.4 MPa、体系最高聚合温度为520℃时制备的针状焦具有最佳的结构及电化学性能.  相似文献

采用一步合成法和分步合成法制备了胺基改性二氧化硅,并通过浸渍法制备得到两种二氧化硅负载钯的催化体系.通过紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和马尔文激光粒度仪等分析方法对催化体系的微观结构和催化性能进行了研究,并对比了这两种催化体系的催化活性和循环使用性能.实验结果表明,由一步法和分步法制得的催化体系的直径分别为3.15μm和0.35μm左右,均能很好地负载金属钯,制备出两种含钯的高效催化剂.它们对模拟污染物4-硝基苯酚都有较高的催化活性,但在循环性能测试中,采用一步法得到的催化体系比分步法制备的体系表现出更好的催化活性.  相似文献

利用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱仪(EDS)等分析方法研究了硫酸沉淀法制备纳米白炭黑过程中体系反应温度和溶胶制备反应时间对制备过程的影响.实验发现,体系反应温度应控制在65~85℃,酸溶胶制备反应时间应控制在0.5小时左右.该条件下制备的白炭黑经激光粒度仪分析表明,粒径小、粒度均匀,主要成分为SiO2.  相似文献

为了得到综合性能较好的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体(TPE),对3种不同硫化体系动态硫化制备的EPDM/PP共混型TPE的性能进行研究.结果表明,采用酚醛树脂硫化体系制备的这类TPE具有较好的力学性能及加工性能,硫磺体系制备的这类TPE:具有较好的力学性能,但加工性能一般.过氧化物体系制备的这类TPE,力学性能和加工性能均较差.  相似文献

本文报道掺Pb和不掺Pb的Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O体系中高温超导电性的变化规律,讨论了体系组成、制备条件、物相与超导电性的关系。在合适的制备条件下,Bi-Pb-Ca-Sr-Cu-O体系中所形成的T_(ce)为103K的物相,除个别衍射峰外,几乎与纯铋系的4334相完全一致。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
